Welcome,
This is Yin.
Thank you for being here to meditate with us.
Today's meditation is going to be about acceptance of what is.
Whatever you're feeling at this moment,
You're going through some challenging times or if you're just feeling lost,
Whatever state you're in,
I welcome you to come as you are.
We're here just to experience,
To be,
To feel,
As opposed to the constant trying to manipulate,
Trying to change what is.
So for the next 10 minutes or so,
Let's just enjoy.
Simply allow ourselves to be,
To feel,
Without the need to change anything.
So let's just take a moment to connect with our breath.
Simply feel your in-breath and your out-breath naturally.
As you inhale,
You start to feel your body expanding.
As you exhale,
You start to feel your body naturally relaxes.
Without any effort,
Just simply inhale and exhale,
Connecting with the rhythm of your body.
Let's just take a moment.
As you're breathing in and out,
Simply feeling how your body is at this moment.
How is your breath?
You don't even need to think about it.
Simply allow,
Observe,
And feel.
If there's a lot of thoughts going on,
Just let them be.
Even allow the thoughts to be there,
Without the need to stop them,
To pause them.
As you listen to my voice,
Just let my voice guide you back to your breath.
Remember,
It's not a failure that your thoughts take you somewhere.
It's all okay at this moment.
Everything is allowed,
Everything is accepted,
Including the thoughts,
The emotion,
Anything.
So let's continue to come back to the breath as we inhale and exhale.
Let your breath guide you to your natural rhythm,
The rhythm that you're comfortable with.
This is how you are at this moment,
And it's okay.
There's nothing wrong with what you're experiencing at this moment.
All the emotions,
All the thoughts,
All the pain,
However your body,
Your mind,
Your emotion,
Your psyche at this moment,
It's all okay.
It's all welcome,
All accepted.
Slowly allow yourself to let go a little by little.
Just like with your breath,
Each time you exhale,
You let go a little more.
You don't even have to force anything to happen.
Don't even have to manipulate anything,
Just that simple natural breath that you're taking.
Each time you inhale,
You're receiving the abundance,
The love from the universe.
Each time you exhale,
You release what doesn't serve you anymore.
Just as simple as that.
Just your breath,
That's all you need.
Nothing to fix,
Nothing you have to do at this moment.
Simply be with you.
You're holding space for yourself,
Containing,
Holding,
Embracing what is.
You are okay as you are.
Inhale,
Receive.
Exhale,
Let go.
Take your time,
There's no rush.
There's no right or wrong,
There's no wrong way to do this.
Everything is okay.
Even if you lose track of my voice,
Or you're not doing exactly as I say,
It's also okay.
You're not meant to follow everything.
You're having your own experience.
And whatever you're experiencing right now,
It is okay.
Inhale,
Receive.
Exhale,
Let go.
Even if you find that you're unable to let go,
It's also okay.
Just let yourself be at this moment,
Whatever state you're in.
Simply allow yourself to be,
To connect with exactly as you are at this moment.
It is okay.
You are okay.
Slowly,
Let's put our hands in front of our hearts.
Continue to feel your breath,
Feel your chest rising and falling as you inhale and exhale.
This is how you are at this moment.
Thank you for this moment.
Feel the warmth of your body.
This is how your body is at this moment.
Thank you for your body.
And feel your heartbeat.
You are still alive.
Your heart is still beating.
Thank you for life.
Thank you for your heart.
Thank you for this space you have cultivated for yourself.
Thank you for yourself,
For being with you.
Whatever you're experiencing now,
We have always got your back.
Give yourself a little more time.
No rush.
When you feel ready,
You may slowly open your eyes.
Just look at everything around you.
You're still here.
They are still here.
And it's all okay at this moment.
