Now it is time to stop meditating in any special way. Try non-meditation. Nothing to focus on; no special method. Just be here as you are. You will realise your essential nature as pure awareness. Awareness is a given, it takes no effort whatsoever. It is always here. Like you are. Your true nature is also a given; formless, timeless, endless freedom.

Welcome to the Nun meditation.

Now let's start by just arriving,

Just being here.

You may take a deep breath.

Just feel your body's presence,

Feeling the seat under you,

A touch of the cushion or chair.

Noticing the experience of the body.

Whatever it's like.

So no need to improve or even evaluate.

So now knowing that this is a meditation,

You notice what that does.

Maybe some sense of expectation or a sense of getting somewhere,

Taking a special attitude and just noticing that.

And especially if there's a subtle sense of effort or trying.

And you're only observing that.

Now as this is going to be a nun meditation,

There's nothing to do.

There's no technique.

There's no special focus.

Just be here,

Sitting here as you are.

So things may arise as you are here.

There may be listening.

There may be feeling.

Anything can come.

There's nothing about it.

There's no right or wrong.

There's no trying,

No approach.

You are here.

Just be here as you are.

Please feel.

There is only this completely natural knowing moment to moment.

Completely natural experiencing.

So you don't have to do that.

You are here.

No need to realise you are here.

It's utterly obvious that you are here.

No need to realise you are here.

No need to realise you are here.

So even if there is a thought saying,

What's next?

What am I to do?

Then just that's a thought.

As it has come it will go.

Nothing can go wrong or right with this.

You are aware of being aware.

That's all.

Being aware is not a doing nor a decision.

Being aware is what being alive is.

Maybe you were hoping for some guidance.

A special seeing.

But there is in fact nothing higher than this.

Purely natural seeing.

Which is essentially what you are.

Unconditional being.

No presence.

Try not to be for a moment.

It is not possible.

Even a trying is just a momentary sensation that quickly passes and still you are here.

So let's finish here.

We even finish not meditating.

Let's say it's done.

It's over.

You can relax now.

Notice how that feels.

What is here now?

Just sweetness.

Just being.

Do nothing and life is sweet.

Let go of effort and be who you are.

Pure being.
