Welcome.

The intention of this meditation today is to anchor yourself in the present moment.

We begin this journey of meditation so we can witness the beauty in every moment a little bit more clearly.

Let's start by getting seated comfortably in a quiet,

Safe place.

Just begin by following my voice.

Let me guide you as you start to take a warm,

Deep breath in and then exhale.

Start to notice your sit bone and begin to relax your spine.

Feel your body sink down into comfort and relaxation.

Feel the tension start to slide off of your shoulders.

As you breathe in and out.

Give yourself permission to relax completely.

Feel your arms fall loosely beside your body.

Relax your hands and let them fall wherever is comfortable today.

Just focus on your breath.

And from time to time,

You'll start to notice thoughts coming in.

You may wander off for a long while on a thought.

And when you realize you have,

Without any judgment or blame,

Gently bring your attention back to the present moment.

This experience of just sitting here in your body,

Gently breathing.

You deserve to take this time for yourself and sit in complete relaxation.

Perhaps you are struggling with your concentration today and need to reset.

Perhaps you are struggling with something very small.

Maybe life feels completely unmanageable today.

Whatever it is,

Be here now.

Focus only on slowing your breath.

And I wonder if now you can begin to imagine or be aware of a wave of relaxation.

Beginning at the top of your head and flowing all the way down into your body.

Feel it start at the top of your scalp,

Flow over your shoulders,

Into your stomach,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

And all the way down into your shins and feet.

Notice any part of your body that is tense and simply allow that muscle to relax.

Allow it to let go of any tension it is holding onto.

Breathing in and out,

Becoming completely still.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feel all of the thoughts and the feelings of your current doubts and frustrations.

Begin to see them cloud around your body and watch your breath blow them away.

Release a deep breath and let go of all of the doubt and stress.

Breathe in the light and breathe out everything you cannot control.

Breathe in acceptance for where you are today.

And breathe out everything you cannot control.

Accept where you are today.

Love who you are today.

Remember that you are enough,

You are amazing,

And you're worthy of great comfort in yourself.

You deserve to feel warm.

Breathe in this heat and fill your soul with this warm light.

Breathe in your belief in love.

Breathe out any leftover feelings that do not serve you anymore.

Breathe in this simple truth.

You are enough,

You are strong,

You are capable,

You are focused and hardworking.

You deserve to show up in your life and receive love from the universe.

Notice your body lighten,

Feel your body become more relaxed.

Listen for the next few minutes,

Listen to your breath and observe if your thoughts are coming up.

Remember that these are simply passing by,

You do not need to hold on to them.

Let them go and continue to watch your breath flow in and out.

Continue to visualize breathing in love and watch your thoughts simply come up and let them go.

Let them go.

Let them go.

Let them go.

Let them go.

And as you bring your attention back to my voice,

Feel that love wash over you as you allow yourself to move more freely into your day.

Full of belief in that you can move more comfortably into the days ahead.

Be here and now.
