Begin by finding a comfortable seated or lying position.

Let your body settle.

Soften your shoulders,

Unclench your jaw,

And allow your breath to slow.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold gently.

Now exhale fully through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale.

Let it fill your belly.

Hold.

Exhale.

Let it all go.

Feel yourself arriving here,

Now.

There's nowhere else to be but right here.

There's nothing else to do but to be with yourself.

Let the noise fall away.

Let the pressure release.

Let your body remember what it feels like to feel safe,

To feel grounded,

To feel held.

Now silently or aloud,

Repeat this affirmation.

I am rooted in peace.

I move with intention.

I honor my needs,

My energy,

And my pace.

I release what is not mine.

I return to myself gently again and again.

My presence is powerful because it is mine.

Inhale again,

Deep and slow.

Let yourself arrive.

Feel the air move through you.

Exhale and release any tension or tightness you may be carrying.

You are safe to soften.

You are safe to let go.

Let the ground hold you.

Let the breath guide you.

Let this moment meet you exactly where you are.

There is no rush.

There is no right way to be.

You are allowed to just be.

Now bring your attention inward.

Feel your body.

Feel your heart.

Feel your spirit.

Notice what needs attention.

Notice what you've been holding that's ready to be released.

Notice what needs to be honored,

Perhaps for the first time in a while.

And now gently,

Quietly,

Say to yourself,

I return to myself now.

I give myself permission to pause.

I give myself permission to breathe.

I give myself permission to need.

You are allowed to rest.

You are allowed to need quiet.

You are allowed to take up space with your truth.

You do not have to earn your peace.

You do not have to explain your boundaries.

You do not have to rush your healing.

Let yourself settle.

Let yourself slow.

Let yourself be held by your own presence.

Now gently place a hand over your heart.

Feel its rhythm.

This is my center.

This is where I begin again.

I am not lost.

I am returning.

I am not behind.

I am honoring my own peace.

I am not too much.

I am whole.

I am not broken.

I am becoming.

Breathe that in.

Let your breath remind you peace is not a destination.

It is a home within you.

You can return to it at any time.

Return when you're tired,

When you're unsure.

Return when you've poured out more than you've had to give.

And now say,

I choose peace again and again.

I choose me again and again.

I am rooted.

I am worthy.

I am whole.

Let these words be your anchor when the world feels loud.

Let peace be your strategy,

Your strength,

And your guide.

When you're ready,

Gently bring awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Place a hand back over your heart.

Feel its rhythm.

Steady.

Alive.

Yours.

Take one last deep breath.

Exhale with gratitude.

Yeah,

Remember,

You can return to this place,

This peace,

This power,

Anytime you need.
