Walking this Path to Freedom is not easy, and it is not for free. It is not even cheap. Because if we want to live in ever-expanding peace, love, joy, harmony, wholeness, and abundance, there is a price to pay. The price of releasing and letting go of all of that which no longer serves. Releasing and letting go of everything that is not in alignment with who we are becoming. So a question we need to ask ourselves is, are we willing to pay this price? Are we willing to release and let go of who we are, over and over again? I invite you to join me as we explore what it is we are signing up for when we begin walking this beautiful path.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom,

This beautiful path where we get to set ourselves free to be in ever-expanding love and joy and peace and harmony and wholeness,

To forever allow for greater and grander expressions of who and what we are to emerge,

To soar,

To shine,

To glow in ways beyond our imagination.

So this is a beautiful path that we are blessed to walk.

This is not to be taken for granted because there's a lot of people,

A lot,

A lot,

A lot of people that would love to be able to do this work that we get to do,

But for various reasons they cannot.

But we get to.

We can.

We get to.

And therefore we must.

Therefore we must.

For all those that would love to but are not able to.

My name is Daniel Roqueo and as always I'm deeply grateful and honored that you are choosing to join me,

That you're choosing to participate,

That you're choosing to tune in to this space of expanding our consciousness,

Of raising our vibration through high and holy communion.

So the topic for today,

It relates to what we just spoke about,

What we just talked about.

It relates to how this is work that we get to do.

I believe the topic is something somewhere along the lines.

Are we willing to pay the price of freedom?

Are we willing to pay the price of admission?

Would be the other,

Another way of saying it.

And this topic is so relevant because this,

I,

I meet a lot of individuals.

Some of them absolutely are doing the work.

Some are doing the work amazingly.

So I just want to give them a shout out.

But there are other individuals that would love to be in that ever-expanding peace and love and joy and harmony and wholeness,

That would love to set themselves free to soar,

To shine,

To glow,

Regardless of conditions and circumstances.

And so they go to seminars,

They read books,

They buy audio courses,

And they can parrot And they can rehearse,

And they can reiterate,

And they,

They know all the quotes.

But it is all on an intellectual level.

And this is not ever about us stacking information.

This is not ever about us adding knowledge onto ourselves.

But this is about us getting down,

Really getting down and doing the work.

Getting down,

Doing what needs to be done.

The principles of transformation states that if we want anything to change in our lives,

Just adding information,

Just adding content to our intellect,

That's not going to make any difference at all.

But if we want anything to change in our lives,

We need to change.

We need to change the choices that we are habitually making.

We need to change what we're turning our attention to.

We need to change what we're buying into.

We need to change our habits.

If we want anything to change in our lives,

We need to change.

That's the first principle of transformation.

The second principle of transformation states that unless we change,

Nothing is ever going to change.

Yes,

We can have all the books,

We can have all the DVDs,

We can have all the courses,

All the video courses,

But unless we give the insights,

The realizations that we catch from reading,

From listening,

From watching,

Unless we give them permission to move us into change,

Nothing is going to change.

As long as we keep remaining the same old choices,

As long as we remain the same as we've been for,

I don't know,

Decades perhaps,

More or less,

Nothing is ever going to change.

And then the third principle of transformation states that when we begin to change,

In that moment we make a new choice,

In that split second that we make a new choice,

Everything begins to change.

Because whenever we make a new choice,

We're taking off in a new direction.

The trajectory for our lives has now shifted,

Has now changed,

Which means that everything will begin to change.

Kind of like when we're driving down a highway.

It's not the best analogy perhaps to illustrate this,

But let's go with it because that's what's coming through.

We're driving down the highway,

And let's say that we're headed for somewhere.

We're headed for somewhere.

And as long as we stay on the highway,

We're going to keep moving in the direction of wherever it is that we are headed,

In whichever direction this highway takes us,

Right?

The moment we leave the highway,

We're now on a different trajectory.

We're now bound to see something different.

We're now bound to experience something different than from driving on the highway.

And it doesn't need to be a big 90 degree deviation from the highway.

We do not need.

.

.

I mean,

Just leaving the highway,

And we can be going on a road that is now more or less parallel to the highway,

But because it is not the highway,

The scenery will be different.

Our experiences will be different.

And every single moment offers that opportunity to us.

Every single moment inherently has the possibility of us making a new choice.

So we're not ever,

Ever,

Ever bound by our history,

By our past,

By our genetics,

By our inheritance.

We're not bound by anything,

Unless we give something else outside of ourselves,

The power to bind us.

But we are free.

We are free.

I still remember,

I believe it was last summer,

I was out on the deck and I was watching this bird flying across the sky,

And all of a sudden,

It just took off in a completely new direction.

It was such a beautiful reminder,

It was such a beautiful testament to how the freedom that the bird gave voice to,

Gave life to,

That freedom is within us.

There's nothing holding us captive where we are,

Except for our thoughts,

Our judgments,

Our fears,

Our beliefs,

Our point of views.

There's nothing outside of ourselves.

The only limitation we ever have is in our own minds,

The limitations that we impose upon our lives.

But that's on us,

That has nothing to do with life,

With the capital L,

That has nothing to do with the loving presence that is all there is,

That has nothing to do with the sacred laws of the universal principles that govern all of our lives.

But we need to do the work.

So there is a price to be paid if we want to get on the ride of freedom,

If we want to get on the ride of conscious manifestation,

There is a price to pay releasing and letting go of everything,

Everything that is not in alignment with the good that we wish to experience.

So we need to release and let go of our complaints,

Our bemoaning,

Our regurgitation.

We need to release and let go of our tendency to turn our attention toward all the seeming bad things that are happening,

The seeming lack,

The seeming scarcity.

We need to release and let go of our excuses,

Our blame stories,

Our victim stories.

There's so much that we need to release and let go of.

If we want to live in that ever-expanding realm,

Dimension of peace and love and joy and harmony and wholeness and beauty,

If we want to set ourselves free,

Not only once,

But over and over and over again.

The caterpillar,

It releases its old being,

Its old structures,

It releases these ones emerging as the butterfly,

But we get to do it over and over and over again because this is not a finite journey that we are on.

There is no end destination.

Yes,

There is a new destination.

Once we get there,

We just realize that this is just the beginning.

This is just the starting point.

We're just getting started up in here.

We're always at the bottom of our next level.

So there's a continuous depth that needs to happen within us.

We need to continuously die to our littleness,

To who we used to be.

And this takes work,

It takes courage,

It takes discipline,

It takes.

.

.

What else does it take?

Courage,

Discipline.

Maybe that's just about it.

It takes courage,

It takes discipline to practice,

Practice,

Practice,

To get down,

To roll up our sleeves,

Do the work.

Examine our minds,

Witness and observe the content that is flowing through our minds.

Is this serving me in this now moment?

This thought that I'm entertaining,

This belief that I'm buying into,

Is it serving me?

This way of showing up,

This way of reacting,

Of giving myself permission to be a numbness,

Mindless reactionary drone.

Is it serving me?

Yes,

It serves the ego.

It serves the ego to strike back,

To seek vengeance,

To get back,

To give as good as we get.

Absolutely,

It serves the ego.

But does it serve the next version of who and what I am?

Does it serve the good that we desire?

Those are questions that we want to ask ourselves.

There is work and this work is continuous.

It's continual.

It never stops,

Like that passage from scripture where it says that birds have holes and foxes have nests,

But there is no place for men and women to lay their heads.

Because there is a continuous unfolding happening.

There's always that next great and grand version of who we are.

We need to say yes to it.

We need to honor it.

We need to exercise our,

We need to build our attention muscles,

Our presence muscles strong enough so that we catch ourselves when we perhaps get sidetracked or get hijacked by the content that flows through our minds.

This is work.

This is deep,

Profound work.

Moment to moment,

To moment,

Moment by moment,

By moment,

By moment.

It's not a one and done thing.

It doesn't happen overnight.

There is no end destination,

But it is eternal.

So we need to be on our spiritual toes,

Being mindful of what it is that we're giving our attention to,

What it is that we're giving our power to,

What it is that we're trusting.

Are we trusting fear?

Are we trusting worry?

Are we trusting doubt?

Are we trusting a sense of limitation,

A sense of not being enough,

A sense of not having enough?

Or are we leaning into thy will be done?

Are we trusting that benevolent presence that is the all in all,

That is all there is,

That is always for itself,

Expressing itself beautifully,

Perfectly,

Magnificently,

Always?

What are we trusting?

In which direction are we moving?

Are we making choices that are in alignment with the good that we wish to experience?

In this moment,

What is it that we need to release and let go of within ourselves so that we may allow for that next great and grand version to emerge?

It is not ever about us making anything happen,

So we do not need to buy into the egoic excuses saying that we perhaps don't know enough,

That we don't have enough time,

That we are not enough of this,

That we don't have enough of that,

Or that we are too much of this or too much of that.

None of that matters.

None of that matters.

When we say yes,

This loving presence does the rest.

When we say yes,

The sacred laws do the rest.

So all we need to do is to say yes to that vision,

That intention that is guiding,

Leading,

Moving us forward,

And do the work on a day-to-day basis to move ourselves in that direction.

Continuously releasing and letting go of that which no longer serves,

Setting ourselves free over and over and over again,

Releasing our attachments to judgments and opinions,

Thoughts as to what should and should not be,

Embracing and allowing that which is,

Coming back to the nowness of this moment over and over and over again,

Coming back to the breath,

Coming back to the breath,

Realizing,

Acknowledging that every single moment is a new beginning,

That every single moment offers an opportunity for us to make a new choice,

A higher choice,

A choice that we've never ever made in our lives.

There's nothing stopping us from making that choice.

There's nothing stopping us.

This is not the path for the faint of heart.

This is not the path of least resistance at all.

This is work.

Transformation is messy,

As we have talked about in previous messages,

That this releasing and letting go of what no longer serves,

It is messy.

We will move through challenges.

We will move through spaces of confusion,

Of not feeling good at all.

We will move through spaces where structures are crumbling,

When we,

Just like that caterpillar that literally dissolves,

It ceases to exist,

It liquefies,

And we too will be moved through spaces where it seems as though we are literally dissolving,

And we are in a sense,

Not physically,

Perhaps,

But we are dissolving who we used to be,

So that who we will become may emerge.

This is work.

Are we willing to pay the price of admission to get on this ride?

Are we willing to pay the price of freedom?

The invitation for us today is to examine,

Are we willing?

Are we willing to do this work?

And the question that we're invited to ask is,

Where am I hiding behind excuses?

Where am I hiding behind convenience?

And the invitation beyond that is to step out of it,

To release and let peace go,

So that we may set ourselves free.

Thank you so,

So much,

As always,

For tuning in,

For participating.

Please share.

Please invite others into this space.

Until we meet again,

I absolutely,

As always,

Bless,

Bless,

Bless our days,

And I bless,

Bless,

Bless our ways,

Knowing that all is well,

That something wonderful is happening,

That everything is working for our highest good.

Much love.

Many blessings.

Namaste.
