Welcome to the vitamin C meditation experience where we really hope that by doing this meditation you'll be able to see clearly and be nourished and taste and feel what it's like to be grounded in presence so that you can go through your day,
Your daily life moment by moment and remember this feeling of presence,
No matter where you are.
What's going on,
You can be the calm in the storm.
So feel free to find a comfortable spot if you haven't already.
And you can close your eyes or keep them open.
Meditation can be done with your eyes open and maybe finding an area to glance or an object or a spot to glance at.
But either way,
Let's connect with the breath and settle into this time for you.
So take a moment to breathe in deeply and then do a nice long exhale out.
This really signals to your mind body that it's time to relax and it's really time to just let everything go.
So let's energetically take another big deep breath in.
A nice deep breath out.
You can set aside your worries.
Anything from the past that might be coming up or anything you're projecting into the future and be right here,
Right now in this moment.
There's so many things coming in our direction at all times from the outside world.
That building this practice of meditation and finding a way to calm your senses down and to be right here right now is a very powerful practice that you can access at any moment,
Anywhere you are.
You can always use the breath as your anchor.
If you're starting to have a flurry of thoughts or maybe there's some tension in your body.
Keep your mind something to do.
If you're having trouble calming down so you could tell it to just kind of focus on the breath.
You could do a body scan.
Kind of start at the top of your head and slowly scan through your body and kind of bring awareness to parts of your body that needs some attention.
There may be a little bit constricted.
Really connect with the deep calm presence within you.
You can almost picture the bottom of the ocean where it's calm and whatever the storms are at the top.
Whatever is happening with the waves,
You know that you're always calm in the storm.
Really connect with the stillness,
This powerful stillness within you.
You can even feel yourself lifting and expanding and continue to be in this moment.
This presence is always available to you.
We've all felt it in our lives and this is where the deep wisdom is.
It's right here.
And while you're in this calm state,
You can start to intend to open your listening.
Not listening with your ears,
But listening beyond your ears and seeing beyond your eyes.
Starting to really trust whatever insights are coming in or what feelings you're having.
You have committed to this moment to really connect with yourself.
When you start to connect with the deepest wisest version of yourself,
You connect with your soul's wisdom.
And you see clearly,
You see with clarity,
You begin to see with conviction.
You know what truth feels like.
You're not arguing with yourself,
You're not living in the duality of the world,
Of the external world.
You start to see infinite possibilities.
Expansion,
Free expression,
Creativity,
Unconditional love.
This is all within you.
Your life force energy is waiting to express through you.
By sitting and connecting with the stillness and going deep to the stillness beneath the stillness,
You start to feel part of you that really wants to wake up and be free and see clearly.
So while you're listening,
You're also open to receiving.
And when the thoughts come in,
The goal here is not to have your thoughts stop,
To cease the thoughts.
It's just not to enmesh with the stories and the past and the future and just you can kind of look at your thoughts and see them as a cloud or a bubble and just let them float away.
Because when you touch this depth of the soul's wisdom,
You begin to notice the difference between a thought that is incessant,
Repetitive,
Coming from your lower self and you start to really lean into these thoughts that are coming directly from your highest self.
So this practice of meditation will continue to clear the muck,
Clear the blocks and allow you to see clearly.
So for the last part of this meditation,
We're going to stay in the stillness.
We're going to ask,
What is it that I need to hear right now for my greatest good and for the greatest good of humanity?
Be open to whatever you receive as your next best step.
So as we close out this meditation,
Please send yourself loving kindness.
Remember what it felt like to be in a place where you were just cozy and warm and you felt safe and connect with that energy and send it right back to yourself right now.
So that whenever you are feeling a little bit out of it or a little bit down or a little bit off,
You can always connect with your own loving energy.
Take a few breaths on your own,
At your own pace and when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.

Whether you write in a journal or whether you're just sitting and looking forward or looking.
Just kind of stay in that stillness and see if you can bring that stillness with you throughout your day or the evening or whatever time you're doing this meditation.
