Hi,
My name is Diana Mirzaeva.
I am a Mind-Body Connection coach,
A meditation teacher,
And a psychosomatic specialist.
And I'm recording this guided meditation in the beginning of a new year,
And I feel very inspired to share this powerful technique with you guys that will help you to work with your goals,
And not only in a traditional way of achieving them,
But in a more efficient way that I usually use when working with my clients.
And today,
We will concentrate on releasing the tension towards your goals,
Towards achieving them.
And this tension is probably the biggest obstacle that holds you back from having what you want,
From making steps towards your dream life,
From believing in yourself,
And from being confident in yourself,
In your goals,
And in your future.
Of course,
We have to be very clear and very intentional with our goal setting,
And it is really important to make sure that the goals you are setting for yourself are coming from your heart,
Are true for you,
Are aligned with your vision and mission in your life.
And if you're struggling with that,
If you're not sure about these moments,
I invite you to the individual and personal work with me.
But right now,
Let's dive deep into this powerful technique,
And I'm sure that you will benefit a lot from practicing it.
So,
Traditionally,
Choose a comfortable position for this meditation,
And I encourage you to practice it sitting,
Whether in a lattice position with your legs crossed,
Or in a chair with your feet grounded on the floor,
But anyway,
Make sure that your spine is upright,
And your whole body is alert,
But relaxed.
So sit comfortably,
Adjust your position,
And let yourself enjoy the next few minutes fully.
And let's take a few deep and calming breaths,
In through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
You can add a sigh when you're exhaling,
And imagine your whole body relaxing.
Let's do it together.
Breathe in through your nose,
Draw the air down to your belly,
Expand your rib cage,
And exhale through your mouth,
Releasing all the air from the inside,
Including all the physical tension.
Breathe in through your nose,
Expand your torso,
Your chest,
Your heart area,
And breathe out all the doubts and all the insecurities.
Breathe in the last time,
And make it the deepest breath in yet for yourself.
And breathe out gently and fully,
Resting into the present moment.
Sit here with your natural breath for a few moments,
Noticing all the sensations,
Your body sitting here and now,
All the tiny movements that the breath causes inside and outside of you,
And set an intention to look inward.
Choose one of the goals that you would like to work with right now.
One of many,
Probably,
That you set for the new year,
Or that you have ahead of you.
See this one goal,
And visualize yourself with this goal,
That you already have achieved that,
That it is your reality now.
Notice all of the details of yourself and of your life that are coming up to you when you see yourself having this goal realized.
And now,
Notice that feeling,
That hesitation or sensation,
That stands between you and this goal,
Something that stops you from being there yet.
Breathe in through the nose,
And out through your mouth,
Relaxing your body,
Releasing the tension.
And one more time,
What is this feeling,
Hesitation or sensation,
That prevents you from being there with this goal right now?
Breathe in and out,
Letting go of the physical,
Mental or emotional tension.
Feel that you are a child now,
A child without this tension,
With no fears,
No hesitation.
This child has no idea that anything is not for him or her in this world.
Feel that you are this child now.
And sense how it is to be this child free of fears,
Hesitations,
All of these negative or limiting beliefs.
You are this pure little child.
And now,
Look at your mom and dad.
It doesn't matter if you had both of them,
If they are still alive or not.
If you cannot remember either or any of them,
Just imagine them standing in front of you.
See your mom and dad in front of you.
Who of them had such a feeling,
Such a tension?
Not necessarily your mom or dad had it,
But can be any of your close relatives or somebody who was taking care of you when you were a kid,
Your grandparents,
Aunts,
Uncles,
Nanny.
Who of your close ones had this tension that you feel now towards your goals?
And usually the first picture that you get in your head when you just hear the question is the right answer.
So don't hesitate,
Don't choose logically.
Turn off your mind and believe in that first image.
Who is it?
See them now in front of you.
And you can repeat these words whispering to yourself in your mind or out loud.
I see you.
I respect you.
I thank you for everything you did for me and everything you gave me.
But I choose to live differently.
I choose to have my feelings.
I choose to make my decisions,
To choose my way and to choose my path.
Allow yourself not to adopt their feelings and tension.
Allow yourself to be free,
To be yourself,
To make your choices,
To be the true you.
Explain to your inner child,
To that little kid that parents or relatives or close ones could make mistakes.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Releasing any tension,
Any emotions,
Anything that is stuck inside of you now.
You are that kid with their own way,
Their own life and their own decisions.
And see how this kid looks at him or herself and looks at your goal.
What does this child want to do?
How does he or she like to do that?
This child can do everything differently now.
This child has the right and can walk this path differently.
Visualize how this child sees the whole world,
Your goal and the path to achieve this goal.
See this path as detailed as possible,
But if it is quite difficult yet,
Just draw the general picture and,
Most importantly,
Sense what this child is feeling right now with this goal,
How differently he or she sees himself,
Herself and this goal and the whole life.
Emerge in all of the feelings,
Emotions and sensations that the child is experiencing now.
Allow your physical body to feel everything that is needed to be felt at this moment.
Experience the reality of that kid and experience the new reality of yourself.
Feel the inner agreement to walk your authentic path,
To live your authentic life and to be the true you.
Accept,
Allow and agree.
Now you are you at this moment,
At this time.
How do you look at your goal now?
How do you see yourself achieving this goal?
Realize how different this picture is from the beginning of this practice.
Feel your whole body.
Feel everything that is happening inside your chest and heart area.
Put a light smile on your face.
Relax your front.
Relax your shoulders and take a deep breath in through your nose and a relaxing,
Grateful,
Uplifting breath out.
You can sit in this state for as long as you want,
Soaking in your new reality.
And if you feel ready,
You can add some movement into your limbs,
Your neck,
Your shoulders and chest area.
Hug yourself and open your eyes.

Trust your sensations,
Your feelings and emotions and believe that your body has already experienced a new reality,
Because it is so.
