Thank you for choosing this journey with us. In this practice, we will take you on a journey which will feel like a long, deep meditation. We will guide you through an insightful Yoga Nidra which will focus on intention setting, breath, awareness and letting go; followed by a body scan focusing on sensation and relaxation. Sound will support you throughout this healing journey; using sound bowls and Anna's voice. Take this time to surrender and focus your intention inward.

Hi,

I'm Annabel.

And I'm Anna.

And we will be guiding you through your yoga nidra and sound-tailing practice.

We are so grateful that you're here today,

Practicing with us,

And have chosen this time for yourself.

If you are new to yoga nidra,

Welcome.

It's one of my deepest loves.

And it will feel like a long,

Deep meditation,

Just like you're falling asleep.

We'll be finding that space between sleep and wake,

And trying to consciously go to that space,

So we can peel back your layers,

And plant your chosen seed of intention.

And to support you on this journey,

I will take you on a healing path with sound using my voice.

If there is anything you feel like you need to release or let go off,

You can allow yourself to do this.

And using my voice and these healing sound vibrations,

You can really take this time to surrender and focus your attention inward.

By choosing to do this practice regularly,

You are choosing yourself to find and explore your higher and true self.

This practice is one of the most powerful manifestation tools we have,

And one of the most impactful ways to reach a place for deep healing.

We're so happy that you're beginning this journey with us,

And we really hope you enjoy it.

So go ahead and get comfortable.

Maybe you want to lay on the floor,

Your bed,

A mat.

Maybe you pull a blanket over you,

Or the pillow underneath the knees.

Whatever is comfortable for you.

Just begin to adjust everything.

Your body,

Your position,

Your clothes,

Until you are completely comfortable.

During Yoga Nidya,

We try to have no physical movement.

Close your eyes.

Just take a few deep,

Easy breaths.

Filling up the belly on the inhale,

And completely letting go on the exhale.

Our seed of intention today is just to truly let go.

Spiritually,

Emotionally,

And physically,

Let go.

Inhaling through the nose,

Repeat.

Let's exhaling go.

Allow the breath to guide you.

During this practice,

You are functioning on the levels of hearing and awareness.

The only important thing is to follow my voice.

Make a resolution to yourself now,

And repeat.

Now just focus on your intention.

Your intention could be,

I am well.

I am completely aligned with my body.

With this concise,

Powerful,

And positive statement,

We are sending signals throughout your body to let go.

We are choosing today,

In this moment,

To fully and completely relax.

Repeat your intention three times with courage and complete faith in the power.

Become aware of your body,

How it feels on the ground,

Planted into the earth.

Slowing down your breath,

You are fully aware.

Slowly begin to notice the sounds around you,

Starting from the further sound away that you can hear.

Without identifying it,

Just listen and become aware.

Now slowly making your way into the four corners of this room,

Listening to the sounds and just letting them go.

Making your way to the closest sound that you can hear.

Listen to your breath.

Allow your breath to guide you.

Imagine your body lying on the floor.

Just become aware,

Fully aware of your body.

Being aware of your right foot.

Your right foot is relaxing.

Your right foot is relaxing.

Feel it.

Your right foot is relaxed.

Your right lower leg is relaxing.

Your right lower leg is relaxing.

Feel it.

Your right lower leg is relaxed.

Your right upper leg is relaxing.

Your right upper leg is relaxing.

Feel it.

Your right upper leg is relaxed.

Your right hip is relaxing.

Please do not fall asleep.

Total awareness.

Whole body on the floor.

Become aware of your body lying on the floor.

Perfectly still,

Your body in this room on the floor.

Visualise your body lying on the floor.

Become aware of your breath.

Feel the flow of your breath in and out of your lungs.

Do not try and change the breath.

Natural.

Feel it.

Your breath is relaxed.

Complete awareness of the breath.

Every cell in your body is breathing.

Feel it.

Feel the power of the breath.

It moves like rivers of golden light flowing through your body.

Feel it.

Effortless inhale and exhale.

Light throughout your system.

The light is going through your body.

Feel it.

Your whole breath is relaxed.

Your body is hot.

Your body is hot.

Your body is cold.

Your body is cold.

Your body is sinking into the map.

Feel it.

Your body is sinking into the map.

Your body is floating.

Your body is light.

Feel it.

Floating.

Whole body is floating.

Relax your whole body and experience love.

Experience true accepting of how your body is exactly in this moment.

All the sensations.

It is all love.

Envision where you need healing.

From your heart to your mind to your physical body.

Repeat your intention.

And just feel it.

Draw your mind outside of your body.

Listen to the sounds around you.

Become aware of the whole body,

Aware of your breath.

Your body is lying,

Totally relaxed on the floor.

You are breathing quietly and slowly,

Relaxed.

Become aware of the floor and the position of your body lying on the floor.

Visualise the room around you.

Become aware of your surroundings.

Coming back into your body,

Lie quietly for some time and keep your eyes closed.

Start moving your body really gently when you are ready.

Stretching and wiggling.

Do not hurry,

Just take your time.

Make sure you feel truly awake before you sit up and open your eyes into the brand new world.

The practice of Yoga Nidra is now complete.
