Sām Sām Sām Sām Sām Sām Sām Sām Sām Sām God appears in the dream of a temple priest and this temple priest becomes like,
Oh,
There's God and God tells him,
I'm coming,
I'm coming,
I'm going to visit you tomorrow.
And he wakes up and he wakes up and he wakes the other co-priests who live in the same place,
In the same temple.
Wake up,
Wake up!
God came in my dream.
Early morning dreams always come true.
God is going to come.
He's going to come.
So the priest said,
Our dreams have never come true and when has God ever really visited?
It's not possible.
We priests know the truth that God never visits.
You also know we are doing business here.
Go to sleep.
So the priest says,
No,
No,
I'm telling you really.
He came in my dreams.
So he's going to come.
I said,
Okay,
If you believe so much,
Anyway we've not cleaned the temple for a long time.
We've not taken care of the statues and not painted around.
Let's really work hard,
Make it beautiful.
If God comes,
Great.
If God doesn't come,
At least we'll start getting more donations and make a little more money.
So anyway,
Don't know how to do.
Anyways,
We will get the benefit both ways.
So,
Okay,
Let's start decorating and they wake up early and they start cleaning and painting and decorating the idol,
Putting flowers and everything,
Everything.
And they prepare this wonderful meal and they're really tired by midday and now they're waiting.
Okay,
The Lord will come,
Lord will come.
He does not come.
It's afternoon,
He does not come.
It's late afternoon,
He's not there.
It's early evening,
He's not there.
And then the sun sets and they give up.
Oh,
He's not coming.
When did dreams ever come true?
Nutcase,
Pujari.
We should have not believed you in the first place.
Come on,
Let's eat the food ourselves.
Hum khutko hi bhog laga dete hain aur khudi prasad khaale te.
Let's have the prasad and enjoy and go to sleep.
So they eat and they shut down shop.
They count their earnings for the day.
They are happy with their earnings and then they go to sleep.
Middle of the night,
That Pujari who had the dream last night,
He says,
You know,
I can hear the wheels of a chariot.
Lord Krishna must be coming.
So they say,
Okay,
Just stop it now.
It is nothing.
It's just some rumbling in the wind far away.
Go to sleep.
Don't bother us.
After some time,
He says,
No,
I hear the footsteps of God.
He's climbing up the steps of the temple.
Oh,
Stop it.
It must be a wanderer somewhere,
Wandering about in the night.
Go to sleep.
He's saying,
No,
I just heard a knock on the door.
So then they say,
Okay,
Now this is getting too much.
Okay,
This is just the wind.
Go to sleep.
And they force that Pujari also to go to sleep.
And they go to sleep.
In the morning when they wake up,
They see footprints on the steps of the temple.
They find the marks of a wheel that had come all the way to the base of the steps.
God had come.
Nobody opened the door.
God returned.
Rabindranath Tagore says they missed the opportunity and he's added,
This God knocks on your door every day.
You miss this opportunity every day.
Every day you get an opportunity to just dive into that sweet peace,
That sukoon of a hug,
Of an innocent look,
Of an innocent smile.
Every single day it comes your way and you miss it.
So don't miss it,
Rabindranath says.
Don't miss it.
Ram naam ki loot hai to loot saketo loot.
Ant mein pachtaayega jabtran jayega chhoot.
The witness's nectar is in abundance.
You take as much as you can or in the end you will repent when life ebbs out of your hand.
With Corona,
You really don't have the guarantee that you had just a few months ago.
Oh,
I'm a young fellow,
I'm a young girl,
I'm going to live longer.
That guarantee is all gone.
Now you don't know the moment you step out of the house what happens.
Ant mein pachtaayega.
You will repent it.
You will repent it when life ebbs out of your hand.
Jabtran jayega chhoot.
You know most people when they die,
They are very very sad.
They are very very sad.
Why?
Not because they are going to die or meet death.
They can't even fear something that you've not met.
For example,
You cannot miss somebody who you've never met in your life.
Correct?
You cannot search for that which you have never lost.
You cannot miss somebody that you have never met.
Like that only you cannot have fear of somebody or something that you have no idea about.
So it is another story that you have fear of death.
You don't really have fear of death.
At the end of life,
What happens really?
You repent.
You feel sad.
You feel very strongly it was a lost opportunity.
Life is going out of my hands.
God had come.
There were footprints outside.
God had knocked.
I was the one who missed that opportunity.
I was the one who said,
Oh it is just some rumbling somewhere.
The clouds are rumbling.
I was the one who said that,
Oh it's just the wind.
Oh it is some wanderer.
I was the one who missed that opportunity.
Lots of people are sad at the time of death.
It is only because they let life slip through their hands.
Because they did not find love.
The same sense of lack that you are feeling right now,
If you feel it till the end of your life,
You feel very empty at the last minute.
That you could not find a solution to this sense of lack.
That you remain dry and parched all your life.
That you remain thirsty all your life.
It is not death really.
It is the sadness of a missed opportunity.
And the man who knows this secret of the witnessing,
He fills up his cup every moment.
Again and again his cup of love is full.
Again and again.
So don't waste time.
Time is really fleeting.
That will be meditation.
When you can do it moment to moment,
Being in that love.
Again and again and again.
So,
Number one spiritual conditioning that you all have,
100% you all have,
Is that either I am searching for God or I am searching for truth.
Right?
It's one of the two.
Some of you feel you are searching for God.
But how can you search for somebody you have never met,
Never known?
Have you met God?
No.
You don't know the dude.
How can you search for somebody you have never parted with?
And how can you say you are searching for truth?
You never had it.
How can you lose something that you never had?
Spiritual conditioning.
You heard it from a teacher.
You heard it from a scripture.
You heard it from a guru.
You heard it from a master and you adopted that as a belief.
I am searching for the truth.
You adopted that as a belief,
As a conditioning.
I am searching for God.
No.
You are not searching for God because you've never met him.
So you've never parted.
You cannot search for that which you never parted with.
You are not searching for truth because you never had it.
How can you lose something that you never had?
This is called an incorrectly diagnosed spiritual illness.
A real teacher comes your way to tell you the correct diagnosis of your illness.
And the correct diagnosis is that you are searching for love.
You are seeking that source of love.
You try to fill it up with this person,
That person,
This thing,
That thing.
You make money,
I'll make lots of money.
I'll fill it up.
I'll fill it up.
You feel empty at the end of the day.
Ask a millionaire.
Ask a billionaire.
You feel empty even with billions in the bank.
You are not searching for truth.
You are not searching for God.
You are searching for the source of that love,
That which you lost.
And you lost it to Mr.
Conditioning.
Earlier in life to material world conditioning and later in life to spiritual conditioning.
Very clear?
All we need to do is drop,
Drop,
Drop.
Let go of conditioning one by one.
This is my belief.
This is something that I have adopted.
This is not my true experience.
My true experience is like that one year old baby that doesn't even know this is a body,
Doesn't call this body I.
But there is a sense of beingness,
A sense of presence,
A sense of existence.
That is the witness.
The first year of your life you were completely there.
You have to just go back to the same memory.
It is so easy.
It is so easy.
The only difficult thing is your conditioning.
So what you are thirsting for is nothing else but that love,
The source of love.
The fish in the water is thirsty.
I keep smiling listening to this.
It is searching in the ocean,
Above and below,
Wandering with sadness.
The fish in the water is thirsty.
You are in the water.
You are the witness.
You have only forgotten it.
Again and again remind yourself,
I am not this mind that is saying I like my spouse's behaviour or I dislike this behaviour.
Why is this happening,
That happening?
This is all conditioning.
This is all that I have put on later on in life.
Go to the core.
Go to the real nature that I am.
Go to that soft sweet peace.
Again and again your search needs to be inwards,
Inwards,
Inwards.
Somewhere in the course of our upbringing,
Education,
Society,
Culture played a role and we learnt lots of wrong things.
And those are that bother you in meditation.
When you sit down,
Close your eyes,
What bothers you the most?
Your own selfish thoughts,
Your own anger,
Your own hatred,
Your own ill will,
Your own greed,
Your own aversion to things,
Your own cravings,
Your own conditioning,
All this is.
So recognise this,
This cultural conditioning,
Upbringing conditioning,
Familial,
Religious conditioning,
Societal conditioning,
Nothing needs to be blamed.
We have to just unlearn it now.
There is no point blaming.
Our parents did the best they could,
The best they understood.
So no blaming.
In fact,
Thank them for taking you through this so that now you learn to drop it.
Once you recognise this is fire,
You stop putting your hand into the fire.
You cannot say my parents should have protected me from the fire.
All your life you would have had the curiosity what will happen if I put my finger into the fire.
So it's good your parent allowed you to finally put your hand in,
Burn it,
Recognise oh this is a burn.
Without blaming anybody,
Learning from this,
I learn to uncondition myself,
Unlearn the negative things that I have learnt.
That is why we take vows on the Buddha's path.
And Kabir has a zillion Doha's out there.
Those are the ones that are the most famous.
I went to look for the bad in the world.
I could not find the bad outside.
The moment I looked within,
I found that ego,
That I,
That is the worst person.
So recognise these conditionings,
Be thankful that they came your way to teach you a lesson and now start unlearning,
Dropping,
Dropping,
Dropping,
Dropping.
Then only can you get to the core,
The source of love and rest there.
We can even go directly but then again our conditioning pulls us out.
Again you go there,
Again conditioning pulls us out.
So only one job of going to the witness does not help.
It's a two-part technique.
I go to the source of love also so that I keep tasting it and don't forget the nectar and at the same time I learn to drop the conditioning.
Drop,
Drop,
Drop,
Drop,
Drop.
And finally moment will come when I can rest here.
I won't be pulled out anymore.
That is why the two-part practice is important.
Abiding in the witness and dropping the conditioning that pulls you away from abiding in the witness.
Very clear?
Yeah.
That is why we meditate.
That is why some of them are doing a self-silent retreat this weekend.
Why?
Because it helps them just drop that conditioning.
Some people do it in different ways.
Maybe meditation for 10 hours in a day is not your way.
Maybe another way,
Taking vows and sticking to the vows is your way.
Some people do it by disconnecting with the wrong Sangha.
That which pulls me into bad conditioning.
I drop that bad company.
Bad company could be internet,
Could be TV,
Could be radio,
Could be a bad neighbour,
Could be a not so great friend.
Could be anybody or anything.
You find your way to drop the conditioning.
Because you were born as that beautiful soft piece enveloped in flesh.
And now that soft piece is somewhere forgotten and all you remember is the flesh and bones and this body and then you are stuck with the wrong identification with the body.
The core is that soft piece.
Go back to who you were.
Actually go back to who you are.
Again and again.
Again and again.
And do it with a very strong determination and absolute sincerity to yourself.
Recognise that I want to go to the core of love.
I can go there only through acceptance of everyone,
Through trusting everyone.
Is the one year old child on guard thinking,
Oh this person is going to cheat me,
That person is going to steal from me,
That person is going to attack me.
No.
He meets the mother with the same love,
He meets the stranger with the same love.
You will say,
No no then how will I live in this world,
What if someone attacks me?
That's exactly where Kabir is taking you in the next Doha.
He says,
Kabir aap thagaaye aorna thagye koi,
Aap thagye sukh ho the hai aor thagye dukh hoi.
You get cheated,
Says Kabir aap,
But you don't cheat others.
We did the same thing in Buddha's 44 Vows,
Right?
Others will cheat but I will not cheat.
So it's okay to be cheated,
Says Kabir,
But it's not okay to cheat others.
Why?
He tells you that in the second line.
When I am cheated by somebody else,
There is suk,
There is happiness,
But when I cheat others,
There is dukh,
There is sadness.
How?
I experience the opposite in the world.
I cheat another person,
I get millions of dollars,
I feel suk,
I feel happy.
I become richer,
Million dollar richer.
Really?
Look within.
Didn't you feel that pinch,
That pang of guilt when you cheated the other person for that?
Yes?
That guilt does not let you rest.
That guilt does not let you sleep like a baby.
A baby can sleep 10 hours,
12 hours,
15 hours,
Very peacefully.
Why can't you?
Your niggling mind,
Your guilt,
Your ego wakes you up.
It does not let you rest.
That is what will bother you at the last minute when you are about to kick the bucket.
That will bring in sadness.
That guilt will not let you die peacefully.
The millions will be left behind.
Even if you make zillions,
All that will be left behind.
What will go with you is your guilt.
So tell me,
Was it suk or was it dukh?
Was it happiness or was it pain?
It's pain.
It's painful to cheat others because you cannot sleep well at night.
You have to live with that guilt.
That dukh.
Now how do I get suk or happiness by others cheating me?
What happens at the most?
When somebody cheats you,
Your ego feels very bad.
Oh,
She cheated me,
He cheated me.
This was very bad.
This was very wrong of them.
I am also somebody.
They cannot cheat me.
The ego is hurt for a little while.
Very very hurt.
But what happens?
This hurt passes away after a while.
It is gone.
The ego becomes softer actually.
That is the suk part because ego is nothing but the mind.
It's only an I thought.
Our entire practice is to go to the witness and rest there.
When the ego is strong and stiff,
It does not let me rest in the witness.
When the ego becomes softer,
Quieter,
It lets me rest in the witness.
Yeah?
I know this is the hardest sutra.
I want you to contemplate on this today.
Again and again.
Do not cheat others.
It's okay to be cheated but it's not okay to cheat others.
When you are cheated,
At the most you feel a little sad.
You don't really lose anything.
There is no ping or pang in your conscience.
There is no pinch inside.
Your conscience is still pure that I did not cheat that person.
Ego becomes softer.
But when you cheat another person,
Your conscience goes through guilt.
That pinch goes with you to the grave.
You are carrying all the guilt of all the bad things that you did to others.
Isn't it true?
You can never forget it.
How much ever you try to push it away,
It comes back up.
So all will be lost when you cheat others says Kabir.
All will be lost.
It's okay to be cheated but it's not okay to cheat others.
I know best scenarios,
Nobody cheats you and you don't cheat others.
But you cannot keep that condition.
If that happens to you,
Just see it as the ego becoming softer,
The ego surrendering,
The ego getting a chance to let go.
I was in that position.
I was given the opportunity to cheat all of you.
Whoever comes to Gyanasanga,
Charge them money.
But that pinch,
What will I do with that pinch?
I cannot live with that guilt of charging each one of you 10 dollars.
How rich will I become with 10 dollars in my kitty?
I said no.
You keep your dollars and your great financial model to yourself.
I am happy like this.
There was the other aspect of it.
Okay,
If you don't listen,
Then you will be cheated of your title.
Your title will be taken away.
Your name,
Fame,
Popularity will be taken away.
I said take it away.
It is the bondage of the ego.
Let that bondage go away.
Let it go.
At least I will sleep like a baby.
At least I will not have the pang and pinch of guilt that I am taking money for giving those teachings which belong to Buddha,
Which belong to Kabir,
Which belong to Ramana Maharshi.
Which belong to somebody else.
Buddha did not charge.
The sages of the Upanishads did not charge money.
Ashtavakra did not take half of Janaka's kingdom to give him Ashtavakra Gita.
Patanjali did not charge for giving the Yoga Sutras.
So I cannot cheat.
I cannot do that.
In return,
You want to take this name,
Fame,
Popularity?
Take it.
All yours.
Do you see that?
The ego gets humbled.
I am telling you from my own personal experience.
The humbling of the ego is suk,
Is happiness.
It is a blessing.
It is a joy.
So whatever goes,
Let it go.
With open arms,
Let it go.
Aap thage sukh hot hai aur thage dukh hoi.
Don't cheat others.
At any,
Any cost,
Do not cheat others.
So this is one homework you have to keep contemplating today.
Remember this.
Whenever you cheat,
You are going to feel that pinch of guilt.
Whenever you cheat,
You are going to be fearful that your cheat is going to come out into the open.
Everybody is going to find out about it.
Karni kare to kyun dare aur karhi kyu pachta hai.
Tu ne boya ped babul ka,
Thir aam kaha sek hai.
If you do something wrong,
Why be fearful?
Why repent after doing something?
If you sow a bitter seed,
You cannot enjoy a sweet fruit.
Aam is mango.
It is a sweet fruit.
Babul is very bitter.
So if you have sown a bitter seed,
You cannot get a sweet fruit.
If I cheat others,
I am sowing a bitter seed.
If I am hating another,
I am sowing a bitter seed.
If I am gossiping,
If I am saying something bad about another,
I am sowing a bitter seed.
Even if I am thinking that this other person is here to attack me,
In my mind I have an ill thought about him or her.
It is a bitter seed.
Don't even start thinking that this other person is bad.
Not to go even the thought in the direction of the thought.
If you want a sweet fruit,
You have to sow a sweet seed.
You cannot get a sweet fruit from a bitter seed.
Are you seeing what I am saying?
Homework number two for you is make up a list today of all the things that you think that you see are negative in you.
Whatever takes away that soft sweet piece from you.
Remember,
When I try to protect myself too much also,
Then also I am pushing people away.
I am pushing things away.
Oh,
This person has come to attack me.
This person is here to steal from me.
This person is here to say lies.
This person is here to do something wrong to me.
This constant thinking,
This pattern of negativity is throwing out bitter seeds.
A bitter plant is going to grow.
You are going to get a bitter fruit.
You will not get a mango.
Drop this hole.
I need to protect myself because when I protect myself from the enemy,
I also prevent myself from a friend.
I am building four walls,
No?
And I am not letting anybody in.
Obviously,
I am not letting even the friend in.
I am not talking just in terms of people.
I am talking in terms of good karma.
If I am constantly in fear,
Constantly thinking the world is bad,
Constantly trying to protect myself from a colleague that could deceive me in future,
A boss that could be mean to me in future.
Oh,
This vegetable seller on the street could come and rob my house.
This is constant negativity.
Did the one-year-old think like that?
No.
That is why he had those beautiful eyes,
That warm smile,
That glow,
That love.
It's okay to be cheated.
It's okay to be cheated.
Unlearn what you have learned.
Unlearn.
Let go this whole thing of protecting myself,
Protecting myself.
In the wrong thing of protecting myself,
I make an excuse to push away the world.
Then I push away both the good and the bad away from me.
We make too many arrangements to secure ourselves from attack.
We are closing doors.
We are barring the entry of love.
If you keep closing all doors,
You are building a grave.
You are already a grave.
You are almost dead.
You are a walking dead zillionaire.
You have lots of money.
You are very rich.
You have everything that you could want in the world but there is only loneliness within.
You are alone in that grave.
You have created a tombstone.
Life's mantra is to live in insecurity.
This is another heavy one.
How can I live in insecurity?
Javedaktar's poem.
Sorry,
I couldn't find a Kabir poem on this thing.
So Javedaktar,
You know he is an atheist,
Right?
But from no angle from his poetry can you feel he is an atheist?
You feel he is totally surrendered to God.
So his poem,
I think it was in a movie but I am not good at remembering names of movies.
You will know probably.
Hava ke jhunko ke jese azaad rehna sikho tum ik dariya ke jese lehro mein bahana sikho.
Har ik lamhe se tum milo khole apni bahi.
Har ik pal ik naya samah dekiye niga hai.
Jopne aku mein hiraniya leke chal reh he hoto zinda hoto.
Dil o me tum beta bhi aale ke chal reh ho to zinda hoto.
If you are carrying your insecurities in your heart,
Then you are alive.
If you are carrying restlessness in your eyes,
Then you are alive.
Learn to be free like the wind.
Learn to flow like the waves in the water.
Meet every moment in life with open arms.
Embrace every moment.
Let the eyes see every moment like a newborn sees the world.
If you are carrying your restlessness in your heart,
You are alive.
If you are carrying the restlessness in your eyes,
You are alive.
What does he mean?
See a flower growing on a small plant,
It's fully embracing the wind,
The sun,
The space.
It's fully blossoming,
Looking so beautiful,
But it is very insecure.
Little bit of rain and the flower will fall off.
Little storm and it will fall off.
But it is embracing life as it is.
It is really living in that insecurity.
Similarly,
A stone sitting right next to that flower bush.
Come rain,
Come snow,
Come wind,
The stone doesn't move.
Very secure.
In its place,
Nothing can touch it.
Untouchable,
Unmovable.
You want to be like that?
You choose.
You want to be the flower or you want to be the stone?
You choose.
What is the speciality of the flower?
It embraces everything as it is.
Embrace life,
Live life.
So stop this deception.
Stop this wanting to protect yourself,
Thinking that you are being attacked by that person.
You have to save yourself from that person.
Completely be open and embrace everything.
Then you will be able to go back to that one year old that you were.
Shailaja will go back to the one year old Shailaja.
Veda will go back to the one year old Veda.
Swati will go back to the one year old Swati.
Do you get it?
You will go back to the source of love.
But of course,
There then there is that little insecurity,
That restlessness where somebody can attack you.
Attack if you want to attack,
Attack.
My sukoon,
My peace,
My sweet soft core is more dear to me.
I cannot give this softness up to protect myself from this attack.
Attack,
I will stand up again.
I will stand up again.
It's okay.
It's okay to be cheated.
It is not okay to cheat others.
You get it?
Be pure,
100% pure is what I am telling you through these Doha's.
Come to purity.
Drop the pretense.
Drop the storytelling.
Drop the conditioning that came from external sources.
You are responsible because you also held on to that conditioning.
Now let go.
So stop telling your child,
Stand first in the class.
What are you telling him?
You will be better than the others.
You are instilling competition in him.
You are instilling politics.
You are making him grow up to become a politician.
Cheat others.
Become more sensible.
Don't get fooled.
Others are fooling you.
It is for the prestige of my family.
Teach your child to love.
Teach your child to be joyous,
To be happy.
To be happy with what is.
Do your best in the moment and then be happy with whatever comes.
Teach your child to love.
In your teaching,
You will start unlearning those aspects of you where you stopped loving.
When I start thinking,
Oh this person is going to steal,
This person is going to deceive,
This person is going to do wrong,
I create a wall.
I stop loving everybody.
That's what really shrivels a person's personality.
And then the rest of your life you are jumping from one spiritual organisation to another looking for love.
One spiritual guru to another looking for love.
Arree Baba,
It is within you.
You are looking outside,
It is within you.
Mula Nasruddin's story.
I have told you many times,
Ashutavakra also.
Mula Nasruddin was outside his house.
Looking here,
Looking there,
Looking there.
So the neighbours came.
What happened?
What happened Mula?
Oh you know I lost my keys.
So they also start looking.
Here,
There,
Front yard,
Porch,
Backyard.
No,
Where did you lose your keys Mula?
I lost them inside the house but it's very dark there.
So I am looking outside.
You are doing the same thing.
It's very dark here.
That's why you are looking outside in a spiritual organisation,
In a guru,
In a teacher,
In another person you are trying to find love in that person.
That's why you jump from one marriage to another,
From one husband to another,
From one wife to another.
You jump from one job to another job,
One boss to another.
You are looking in the wrong place.
Turn inwards,
Turn inwards.
Yes,
Come back to that softness,
That purity that is your own nature.
For that you will have to let go of your conditioning.
There is no other shortcut.
No other shortcut.
You got shriveled because you were taught to doubt others,
You were taught to deceive others,
You were taught to protect yourself from attackers.
What was being done to you is that which we do to a bonsai plant.
We keep cutting the roots.
You know,
Those trees are 300-400 years old but they are only one foot tall.
How?
Because you keep cutting the roots of the tree.
You keep cutting the roots of the tree and just keep the little bit of roots that are remaining in water.
The tree keeps growing fatter and fatter and thicker and more bushes but it does not grow in height.
That is what has happened to us.
We have stopped growing in height because our roots got cut.
Do not do that to your kids.
Do not do that to your kids.
Teach them to love.
Teach them to embrace life.
Teach them to be happy.
Teach them not to doubt anybody.
Teach them to love every stranger,
To meet everybody with a smile.
Teach them to maintain that pure innocence.
Otherwise,
20-30 years,
40 years down the line,
They will be sitting in another Ekta's class trying to bring that love and that innocence back.
No point.
No point.
No point.
No point.
No point in prayers.
No point in doing idol worship.
No point in going to the temples,
Masjids,
Churches.
No point.
No point going from one guru to another,
Running from one scripture to another.
Unless you look in,
Then only can your sense of lack go.
That brings us back to that Doha which I sent to you in an email,
The last Doha.
That which is full empties out.
Now do you understand?
You had a cup of love but because of your conditioning,
It started emptying out.
It became fully empty.
You became dry and parched.
That which is empty fills up.
Again you go to another person,
Try to find love in another person.
You do fill it up but it's no point because it's not the source.
Another job,
Another career,
Another person.
This is not the source of love.
That is why you don't find happiness.
Rito bharo na paaye anubhav soi kaha hai.
Neither empty nor full.
That is the real anubhav,
The real experience.
That is true knowledge.
What is the meaning of neither empty nor full?
Go to that witness right now,
Take a step back.
Step back from the body.
See are you in the mind?
There's one more step behind the mind.
Take one more step behind the mind.
Observe the mind saying yes,
No,
I get it,
I don't get it.
That is the witness.
Can you say this witness is empty?
Can you say this witness is full?
It's neither empty nor full.
That is the true experience.
That is the true anubhav.
That is the source of love.
That is who you are.
So be with yourself again and again and again.
Aum
