Hi,

My name is Elizabeth and today I will be your guide inside.

Today I wanted to speak to you a little bit about the challenging emotions that we all experience.

Fear is often at the root of all of these unpleasant and challenging experiences we have in our bodies and our minds.

And I have found that if we can simply change our relationship to fear,

We can transmute what once was an ocean of panic,

Anxiety,

Sadness,

Despair into our freedom,

Into our purpose.

So if that sounds like something you may be interested in,

Let's take a journey together today as we move from fear to freedom.

One thing to just understand before we meditate is that what we resist persists.

And so in order for us to transmute fear to freedom,

We need to become friendly and able to turn towards the fear.

So many years ago,

I redefined fear as a friend existing as resistance.

So anytime I'm having this challenge within my body or my mind or my heart,

I can look at it as a simple friend telling me there's resistance in my body,

Like it's knocking on the door,

Reminding me that there's resistance and that all I need to do is to bring my awareness,

My attention out of my head and down into my heart or wherever I may be experiencing the sensation of that fear.

So one thing I want to encourage here is instead of asking,

Why am I feeling scared or why am I feeling these feelings,

Go to where am I feeling this activation and what am I noticing?

And then we can use the power of our awareness to shift these oceans into a different energy,

One that can heal the wounds,

Which we maybe have not fully healed.

So now just get yourself comfortable,

Maybe lie down or sit somewhere where you feel supported and gently close your eyes.

Feel the heaviness of your body here now.

Have the awareness that you are sitting or lying down within this room,

This space,

That you're safe.

If you're feeling like you're not in your body,

You can always place one hand on the heart and one on the belly to help your nervous system align and feel that gentle movement of breath as you inhale and exhale.

And we are going to invite any fears that have not been fully digested in our life to be present.

You don't need to look for them.

We're just inviting any energies of the past that are ready to be free to awaken.

And we give our body and our heart and our mind permission to be available and open and receptive to these energies within us.

And you may feel activation in your heart or in your body and look at that activation simply as the waking up of an old hibernating energy,

A little vessel that fell asleep and is now ready for you to help guide it back to its home.

So any energy vessels that may be awakening within you say,

Yes,

Yes,

I can be with this.

I have more than enough space for them.

And as this energy maybe is moving within you,

You can also be aware of the movement of your breath.

The breath is moving in and out of the chest,

Bringing your awareness to the movement of the center of your chest as you breathe in and out.

And almost seeing that breath as if it's moving through the front of your heart center,

The center of your chest,

And also moving through the back of your chest.

And as you stay with the breath,

The breath is like a gentle massage to these little energy vessels.

And just like the wind moves through clouds,

Your breath is like the wind,

Gently moving through these energy vessels and inviting them to do whatever they need to do,

Trusting that they know what they need to do to open,

To process,

To dance around,

Or to hang out.

We don't know necessarily what they need to do,

But we invite them and trust that they do.

We have more than enough space for them.

So you can even say,

I trust this energy and I trust its dance.

And the movement of the breath is just helping it circulate however that may be.

So just staying with the energy and staying with the breath,

Holding space for it all.

And as it circulates and moves and becomes different things,

All we're doing is holding that energy with a gentle yes.

Staying with it,

Even repeating yes,

Seeing yes as the movement of the wind of your breath.

Yes within these little vessels if they are still present.

And yes is written within every molecule within you because with the energy of yes,

We can flow,

We can move and find the path of yes for each energy within you.

Invite the energies within you that are ready to be free to find their yes path and you are creating that.

And we can move up into the mind,

Up into your brain and see the word yes there.

Whatever's present,

We say yes.

And moving into the eyes behind the eyes,

A gentle yes written behind them.

The yes is moving in through the nose and all through the body as you breathe and on your tongue and your teeth and your throat saying yes to any pain,

Any fear,

Any strain,

Any stagnancy.

It's all a yes.

And letting that yes move down your shoulders,

Letting go of the burdens by just saying yes.

And then breathing into your lungs,

The left side,

Yes,

The right side,

Yes.

And yes to your heart and letting that yes circulate deeply into the deep spaces of the heart that maybe have not been visited in a very long time bringing your yes.

Maybe even with your own finger,

You can write the word yes upon your heart.

That from this moment forward,

When I feel any fear,

I know that it's just a friend here letting me know that there's resistance and I just need to bring my yes to it.

Bringing my yes with loving awareness,

I open up the space for the energy to do what it needs to do.

And so with your hands upon your heart,

You can see that yes within your heart.

You could write the word yes upon your left hand and your right.

Place them upon the center of your chest as a commitment,

As a remembering that our gentle yes will help us find our way home.

And then you may take these hands in front in prayer position.

Bringing them up to your third eye with a gentle yes that I will see from my highest self and then bringing them down into your mouth.

And I will speak with the gentleness of yes.

Letting go of the resistance of the past so that I may be creative in the way that I follow the river that life provides.

Sometimes we may hold on to the side of that river very tightly.

However once we can be gentle and kind and find our way back into that river with our gentle yes,

We are on the path of trust and support.

Because in that river,

The universe is right behind you,

Supporting you and taking you exactly where you need to go.

So feel yourself on that river leading you to where you are going,

Knowing that the word yes can help you when you feel stuck.

And finally just bringing your awareness back to the breath,

Seeing the energy of yes moving in through your nose all the way down to your belly and out so that you have an aura of yes.

And inviting your body,

Your mind,

Your heart and your energy field to raise to its highest vibration as you move into the rest of your day or evening.

With a enthusiastic yes,

We raise our vibration and we always thank the challenge that brought us here.

Because by bringing our awareness and our yes to it,

We shift and evolve and grow and our wounds become our wisdom.

I look forward to seeing you on your path of yes and I humbly bow from my heart to yours as we travel through life with love and a gentle yes.

I hope you have a beautiful day.

Namaste.
