Fear is normal,

But not always useful.

With perspective,

Fear can be instructive,

A guide.

Find a comfortable posture and close your eyes if you like.

Allow your breathing to become soft.

If you find your mind wandering,

Bring your awareness back to the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body.

My foundation is unshakable.

My foundation is one of love and worthiness.

I belong here.

I have a place here.

My presence is unique.

My presence is needed.

Just as I am,

I am lovable.

I am worthy.

I am not guided by unhelpful input.

The values of others are not an indication of my own.

What matters to others does not need to matter to me.

I trust myself.

I trust myself to let go of unhelpful habits.

I pursue actions that bring me closer to the life I want,

Allowing excess to fall away.

I am able to listen to my inner sense of knowing.

I can trust love.

I can trust light to lead the way.

I move forward knowing I am free to learn as I go.

It is not my responsibility to be perfect.

It is not my job to get it right every time.

Moving forward,

I learn.

Moving forward,

I grow.

I feel my feelings and I move forward.

When I feel fear,

I remind myself that fear is normal.

Feeling fear creates sensations in my body.

I notice these sensations with a renewed perspective.

My fear is trying to protect me.

I am curious about my feelings.

I can ask,

How is my fear trying to protect me?

Does this serve me?

What is there to learn here?

I meet myself with self-compassion.

I acknowledge that I come with my own experiences.

I am a physical form with unique thoughts and ideas.

My thoughts and ideas are real.

They are not all true.

I can question my own thoughts and ideas.

Remaining curious about my thoughts and ideas empowers me to live the life I want.

I can feel my feelings and move through them.

I can feel fear and do it anyway.

When I feel negativity that keeps me living small,

I challenge these ideas.

When I feel negativity that colors the way I see myself and my loved ones,

I challenge these thoughts.

When I hear thoughts of should or shouldn't,

I pay attention.

I have the ability and tools to write my own story.

I have the ability and tools to pave my own way.

I supply my brain with the thoughts I want to think.

I challenge habitual and limiting thoughts.

I replace unhelpful thoughts with my own.

I create new pathways for my brain that enable me to live the life I want.

Fear does not lead my life.

I am led by love.

Love is my guide.

Love is my inner knowing.

From my secure foundation,

I can steer away from unhelpful input.

I can release comparison and ideas that do not align with my values.

I accept the presence of fear.

Fear is a normal emotion,

A group of sensations in my body.

I can learn from fear.

I do not let fear dictate my life.

I trust that I am safe.

I trust that I am valuable and worthy.

I trust that love can lead me.

As I move through the various feelings that come with being a human,

I am growing.

I am learning.

I am empowered.

I am free.

I can move through these feelings.

I am showing up moment by moment,

Day by day.

I am valuable,

Lovable,

Worthy.

My role is important.

My contributions are meaningful.

I am secure and free to live the life that lights me up,

The life that aligns with my deepest values.

Thank you for your courage.

As you are ready,

Bring your awareness to the sensations in your fingers and your toes.

Stretch and move.

Open your eyes to go about your beautiful day.

Namaste and thank you for being here.
