Day by day, we can easily get caught in the monotony of every day life and lose a part of ourselves along the way. In this meditation we will be activating that inner child that knows exactly who you are and what you want. This meditation is designed to help create authenticity and guide you into your purpose when feeling lost and remind you of who you truly are and what it is you want from your life.

Hello everyone and welcome to this meditation practice.

Today we are going to be taking part in a meditation that will help us to remember what it's like to be a dreamer.

Throughout our lives we often get caught up in the nine to five hustle and bustle and we lose that imaginative side to ourselves.

More often than not it's through no fault of our own,

It's just life can become overwhelming and we have a lot to do so we forget to take time to actually sit back and imagine what it is that we want for ourselves.

So today we are going to be given the time to be able to imagine again.

Use the power of our imagination to activate some passion and motivation that will hopefully propel us forward.

First of all I would like you to spend a minute simply focusing on your breathing.

You have to take control of your breath in this moment,

Just pay attention to your natural breathing pattern.

Wonderful,

Hopefully you feel a little more grounded in this moment as you focused on your breath.

Done as we've just set our minds up to be in the perfect position to imagine.

Please find a comfortable position in which you can close your eyes and begin to visualize something great for yourself.

If you are comfortable I want you to listen to my voice as I take you on this guided journey.

In springtime notice that the trees either side of you,

The sun is shining through the branches of the trees and as you continue to walk forward it's like a flicker of light that keeps hitting your eyes.

Notice the grass beneath you,

Can smell the freshness of it as it is growing for the summer.

In front of you there is a beautiful blue sky and everyone's having a wonderful day at the park.

You really feel relaxed in this moment as you take a deep breath in through your nose,

Through your mouth,

You recognize how good you're feeling and this good feeling is acting as a reminder,

Important it is to take time for yourself,

Yourself than you have in a very long time.

This gives you a moment to reflect on what your life has been like recently.

You now to spend a minute to think about the possibility of freeing up some time for yourself.

Maybe things have been very fast-paced lately,

Maybe there are things that you don't necessarily want in your life at the moment that isn't serving you.

Think about how you can free that time up for yourself,

Think about what your life has been like and the feelings that you've had from it and think about how you want to change going forward.

I'll give you a couple of minutes to contemplate this.

The good thing about reflecting in this way is it means that it gives us the opportunity to make change going forward.

Hopefully in this last couple of minutes it might have sparked some ideas in your mind to do with your life going forward.

You continue walking through the park,

Notice that there are some children playing a game of soccer.

They are so happy,

You don't have a problem in the world,

Happy for them and at the same time this reminds you of what's really important and that is feeling the present moment,

Creating opportunity to have happiness.

You may have reflected in the last couple of minutes to some of the things that are not serving you.

The good thing about making yourself aware of these things is now you get to remove them which gives you time things you love into your life.

Perhaps this is going to be spending more time with family,

Maybe this is going to give you some extra time to go on that trip that you've always wanted to do,

Maybe this is going to give you some time to self-reflect on your life and think about what it is you really want to do with your career,

Who you want to be,

Where you want to be.

This might give you an opportunity to focus on your relationships.

I want you for a moment to imagine the things that you want in your life and how you can include them more into your life going forward.

As I said this meditation is all about using your imagination.

Keep taking yourself back to the children playing soccer in the field and how happy they are.

How can you add moments of joy into your life now that you've thought about freeing up that time?

I'll give you another couple of minutes for this.

Amazing.

Remember this is your life.

You have the ability to make it as you choose.

Sometimes we get caught up in making other people happy and we prioritize things which aren't necessarily bringing us happiness.

Sometimes it's just about self-reflecting so you can switch up those priorities,

Remove some of the things that aren't serving you and adding in the things that you do want to create those joyful blissful moments that really have meaning.

I want to applaud you first for being here and taking this time to self-reflect.

Sometimes this is all it takes to have that break from the monotony to help you realize your potential,

Free will.

You were born an artist,

A creator and you have this innate ability to create the life of your dreams,

To create the life that you choose.

It just begins with freeing up time,

Adding in more things that you love.

You can open your eyes now.

Just become aware of the room around you.

Pay attention to how your body's feeling.

Pay attention to how you're feeling mentally.

Maybe you feel a little more lifted in this moment.

You have the ability to create the life you choose.
