Welcome to your guided meditation.

We will be balancing your chakras and working on your inner child.

Start by getting into a comfortable position.

Whether it be lying down in a chair or cross-legged on the floor.

Make sure you are comfortable with either a pillow or a blanket.

As you settle into this space,

Start to shrug your shoulders up into your ears and down.

Take some deep inhales in and out.

Making the out breath a little bit longer than the in breath.

In and out.

In and out.

Use your lower belly to process your breath.

And start to visualize a safe place,

A safe space.

Whether it be a beach,

A forest,

Your own backyard,

A park,

Even your own bedroom.

The first place that comes to your mind is your safe place.

You are safe.

Slowly drop yourself into your safe space.

Imagine your root chakra,

Your energy center,

At the bottom of your spine,

Your tailbone.

This is your root chakra.

The color is red.

You are grounded here.

Imagine roots growing out of your root chakra just like a tree rooted into the earth.

You are protected by Mother Earth.

Your root chakra is the area of safety,

Existence.

The red color is a light.

As a light,

It slowly dims,

Slowly starts to get bright and expands.

The red color expands and slowly moves up to the area right below your belly button and turns to the color orange.

Take a deep breath in for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And exhale into your sacral chakra.

The orange color,

The sacral chakra,

Is your area of creativity.

Your emotional balance,

Your finances.

The orange light starts to expand and move up into the area right above your belly button but below your ribcage and turns to the color yellow.

This is your solar plexus,

The area of self-esteem,

Your will to do things.

This area is closely tied to the area of digestion where your serotonin is produced.

The yellow color,

The yellow light expands and moves up to your heart chakra.

Your heart chakra is a color green.

The green light expands out into the chest and to the arms.

This area is for receiving and giving.

It expands and turns to the color blue as it moves to the throat,

Your throat chakra,

The area of communication,

Which is not only speaking but listening.

The area expands,

Your throat chakra expands and moves up to your third eye and turns to the color indigo.

It moves up to the space right in between your brows.

This is where your third eye lies.

The area of intuition,

Thinking,

Where all your anxiousness settles.

As it expands,

It moves up to your crown chakra where the color is white.

The white color expands around you.

This is your prana,

Your energy,

Your life force.

Take a deep inhale in.

Hold at the top and release.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Release all the chakras.

Keeping your eyes closed,

I want you to visualize yourself in your safe place.

Get into further detail about what's around you.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

Can you touch?

What can you smell?

Can you taste anything?

What are you wearing?

What do you look like in your safe place?

Now you will meet little you.

As they walk or run towards you,

What age are they?

What are they wearing?

Give them a big hug as they walk or run towards you.

As you greet little you,

You feel the warmth around you.

You feel their unconditional love.

They whisper in your ear,

I love you.

You are good enough.

You are safe.

They whisper a message into your ear as you soak up the energy,

You listen to what they have to say.

Remember to breathe.

Soak up the energy.

Remember it's now time to say goodbye to little you.

Thank them for their words and meeting you.

Give them one last big hug.

And as they disappear,

You slowly release the visualization.

Now you know what you need to do.

To be the best you can be in your life.

Gently move your fingertips,

Your toes,

Head.

Take a deep inhale,

Hold at the top for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Longer exhale,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Come back to the space.

Slowly open your eyes and come back to the present moment.

Welcome back.

This meditation is meant for you to do throughout your growth and spiritual awakening.

Your self love and acceptance journey starts by looking back at what you really want in life.

What little you wanted for yourself,

That feeling of unconditional love.

Continue the process,

Continue the growth.

Continue this meditation as much as you need.
