Meditation happens when we create inner silence within our mind, in our internal dialogue by letting go of our so-called designations, which we think as our identities. We interact in this physical world thinking that’s who we are forgetting that in reality, our true self is this unbounded divinity within, our inner silent observer of all our actions and interactions that’s who we really are Eternal-Truth-Bliss: Sat Chit Ananda! In this meditation, we cultivate to be just that!

So today let's bring awareness to give space to ourselves and others.

Give space to our own designation that we have created for ourselves.

Give space to the roles that we have created for ourselves.

And again just for the purpose of meditation just to create that inner silence.

So let's go ahead and bring right hand arm to the chest,

Left hand just below and around our navel.

As we check our posture,

Relax our shoulders back and down,

Align yourself with the cosmos as you align your neck and spine sitting nice and tall.

Connecting our feet with Mother Earth,

Softly pressing from all the four corners.

Creating that dynamic extension as if you're being pulled from the crown of your head towards the sky,

Towards the universe.

While you're firmly seated on your sit bones,

Firmly connected with Mother Earth.

Our eyes are softly closed,

Not squeezed,

Not scrunched.

And today as you bring awareness for allowing meditation to happen,

The easiest way we all know is to stay in the present moment by being with our breath.

So as you inhale let your belly rise,

As you exhale let your belly go in.

Inhaling and exhaling at your own pace,

At your own comfort.

As you follow your breath,

You know it's hard to go into the past or future or into any judgment or analysis.

You simply stay with your breath at this present moment,

At this existential moment.

Let it go.

We know as we stay connected with our breath,

We go towards meditation.

And meditation may happen where we would go beyond space and time.

So very gently bring both your palms back to your lap.

And today as we continue towards understanding of creating that inner silence,

The internal silence,

We bring into awareness that whenever we let go of our own designations that we have created,

Designations that are created by our roles that we play,

The social roles of being mother,

Father,

Sister,

Daughter,

The professional roles that we have created,

The cultural roles that we have created,

The roles of sports fan that we might have created.

And those designations that interact with the other roles.

If we simply bring awareness to those roles and we realize that that's not a permanent identity,

That's not our true identity.

Our true identity is our inner silence,

Inner divinity,

Inner wisdom.

Then we can create this very beautiful serene calmness within.

Not only that,

We create this efficiency into every role that we play.

Just like a good actor who plays different roles on a stage knows that he is not that role.

He is not that Shakespeare.

He's not that other character.

At the end of the drama,

When he comes back home,

He knows his true identity.

And that's what we have to do.

Every interaction,

We have to do it efficiently.

But at the end of the day,

Or at the constant interaction,

We got to know our true identity.

So as you gently bring your awareness to the crown of your head,

To your forehead,

As you connect with the trillions of cells inhaling,

Exhaling at your forehead.

Take some time.

Just for the purpose of meditation right here,

Right now.

As if you have this beautiful layers of beautiful scarves or ropes around you.

Having names of each roles that you play.

A role of a mother,

Father,

Brother,

Sister,

Wife.

And as if you are coming towards this place where you're sitting.

Out from your garden or your backyard.

And you're dropping each layer of that beautiful scarf with each designation.

Until you come back to this chair with beautiful own inner light shining through.

Which is not bogged down with any of those designations.

Social,

Professional,

Cultural,

Spiritual,

Educative,

Whichever designation that we have gathered and have it around us,

Wrapped around us,

Walking around with it.

So let's drop those.

Use your own imaginations.

Breathe your arms in your head.

Focused it's going to move over to our other side.

If you're finding yourself getting attached with those roles going into past,

Then it's okay.

But whenever you are ready,

Come back to it,

Letting those calfs fly away,

Feeling lighter and lighter,

Feeling the inner light now shining through,

Through you as it's not layered and locked down with those roles,

Those designations,

Those identities.

As you're gently seated back in your chair wherever you are,

Fully glowing with this inner beautiful light shining through you,

Now is that,

That you have let go those designations,

Does not mean that you are cutting off those beautiful relationships.

Now rather,

You're coming from a place of divinity,

A place from inner silence,

A place where there is no judgment,

Resentment,

Analysis towards that interaction.

Rather now,

Everybody is treated equally.

Now each role and each interaction comes with love and compassion,

With warmth and gratefulness,

With joyfulness and blissfulness.

Feeling that light,

Allow it to shine through as you stay alert and awake,

Allowing this beautiful light to infuse more in and out,

Internally,

Externally into your aura,

As you bring your awareness from your forehead to your eyes,

To your cheekbones,

To your relaxed jaws and clenched teeth,

Center of your chin,

Center of your throat,

Your shoulders,

Upper arm,

Elbows,

Lower arm,

Wrist,

Palms,

Back up to your wrist,

Elbows,

Shoulders,

Center of your throat,

Experiencing the spaciousness at your throat center,

The calmness and serenity,

Just like a beautiful blue sky,

Basking in that,

Connecting to that inner silence.

Down towards your heart center,

As you connect with your breath and the space within your heart center,

Truly feeling the manifestation of that inner love and joy from your heart,

Manifesting into trillions of cells and around you,

Within you,

Surrounding you.

Continue to be in your heart center,

Simply basking in this pure silence and pure awareness.

Very gently,

Using your own imagination,

Bring into awareness this beautiful you with this shining,

Loving light,

Shining through,

Bring into those interactions as a mother,

As a teacher,

As a father,

As a friend,

Now that you are not worried of how those beautiful scarf looks like,

Whether you have worded right or wrong,

Whether it's right color,

None of that which is ego-based,

Rather now you feel light without those designated fake identities that have been created.

But now you're simply interacting from your true self,

From the love,

Joy and blissfulness,

From the source of inner wisdom and silence and not ego,

Not power,

Not possessions.

If you're always interacting and acting from that space,

Then we are in meditation every moment.

So use your imagination to bring those interactions in your awareness.

And again,

Very gently,

Bringing that light,

Shifting your awareness from the heart to the trillions of cells in your entire body,

Allowing this first interaction with your own self,

Meditatively,

With our own self,

With that shining light,

With no judgment for us,

No analysis for us,

No guilt for us,

No fear for us.

Simply this divine light manifesting in our physical realm,

Energetic realm,

Astral realm.

Take those beautiful big inhales and exhales.

Feeling that lightness,

Calmness and serenity within.

Again,

Couple of big inhales and exhale out.

And very gently,

Bring both your palms together.

Place it onto your eyes before you rub it and place it onto your eyes.

And gently,

At your own pace and at your own comfort,

Bringing them from the crown of your head and massaging,

Head to toe,

Neck and throat.

Nice circular motion to all our joints,

Our shoulders,

Elbows,

Wrists,

Pressing our palms,

Gently massaging our lower back,

Our knees,

Ankles and gently awakening our self with this sense of touch and smell and taste and sound to get back into our physical activity.

Again,

Couple of big inhales,

Exhale out,

Gently open your eyes when you feel comfortable.

And I thank you all,
