Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit down or lie down without interruption.

Allow yourself to settle into this space,

Making any adjustments to ensure your comfort for the duration of this meditation.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with air and then slowly exhale,

Letting go of any tension you may be holding.

Inhale deeply once again,

Noticing the air moving into your nostrils,

Down into your lungs and how your chest rises.

Exhale feeling a wave of relaxation wash over you.

Continue to breathe deeply and with each exhale imagine releasing all the thoughts that clutter your mind,

With every exhale and with every inhale drawing clarity and calmness.

Now gently close your eyes if you haven't already.

With your eyes closed bring your attention to the top of your head.

As you focus here visualise a warm soothing light that begins to relax your scalp.

Feel this light slowly moving down,

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

Your eyelids.

Let this sensation of relaxation flow down to your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Allowing all the facial muscles to soften.

Let this light of relaxation travel down your neck,

Releasing any tightness.

Feel it glide over your shoulders,

Down your arms,

All the way to your fingertips.

Notice the weight of your body against the surface you're resting on and allow yourself to feel supported and safe.

Now let this warmth spread through your chest and abdomen.

Breathe into these areas and as you breathe out release any discomfort you find.

Feel the light continue to travel through your hips,

Your thighs,

Melting away tension all the way down to your feet.

With your body relaxed imagine a space within you where intuition speaks.

It could be a room,

A garden or any place that feels safe and serene.

Picture yourself in this space and feel its comfort and security.

Here your intuition can speak clearly and without judgement.

In this space ask yourself a question you've been seeking an answer to or simply open yourself up to the wisdom that your intuition provides.

Don't force the thoughts or the answers,

Let them come naturally like leaves floating down a stream.

As you sit with your question,

Listen,

What sensations arise in your body?

What feelings make themselves known?

Is there a quiet voice within offering guidance?

Your intuition may speak in images,

Emotions or a knowing sense,

Trust what comes.

And if your mind wanders,

Just gently guide it back with your breath,

Back to this inner space of listening and feeling.

Whatever arises during this time,

Accept it without judgement.

If clarity doesn't come right away,

That's ok.

Intuition can be a gentle whisper that grows clearer with time and patience.

Trust that the answers will come when you are ready to hear them.

Now take a few more deep conscious breaths.

Feel the energy of your intuition within you.

Knowing you can return to this space at any time,

Slowly start to bring your awareness back to the room.

Notice the surface beneath you,

The sounds around you and the air on your skin.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Take a moment to thank yourself for this time of introspection and connection to your inner wisdom.

Remember your intuition is a compass that is always with you.

As you move through your day,

Just trust in its gentle guidance.
