Greetings and peace.

My name is Jonathan Stalls with Intrinsic Paths.

I describe myself as a walking artist,

Just inviting you as you are into this meditative invitation.

I highly encourage unhurried movement,

And this can be a beautiful visualization practice if you are sitting or lying down.

If you are not already outside,

I invite you to pause.

And again,

Totally optional.

I invite you to make your way under a tree or to visualize yourself near a tree.

And from there,

I invite you to place your hand or visualize yourself placing your hand on the trunk,

The details of the bark as they touch your fingers and your palms,

The reaching branches above you,

The roots reaching deep underneath you.

This recorded audio meditation is being done outside in a public park,

And so you will hear the sounds of people and airplanes,

And I invite you to welcome them as well as welcoming the unique noises and sounds that surround you as you move and as you breathe.

This is inclusive to unhurried human movement of all kinds,

Walking or rolling on a wheelchair or powered scooter,

And also sitting down and lying down.

So with your hand on the tree,

I invite you to take a few slow,

Really deep breaths,

Honoring the gifts of branches and roots,

Breathing deeply in with the trees in the sky,

Deeply in,

Slowly out,

Deeply,

Deeply in,

Stretching your lungs like reaching branches,

Slowly out.

Let's do one more deep breath before we begin our movement.

As you breathe in,

I invite you to welcome nourishment and compassion to fill your heart and your body,

And in your out-breath to move compassion into the world around you.

So nourishment and compassion deeply in,

Slowly out.

And so I invite you to begin to slowly move.

If you are sitting or lying down,

I invite you to visualize yourself slowly moving in a park or right outside your front door.

Just be mindful to be extra unhurried and attentive to your body,

To the breeze,

To the sky.

Notice things around you with a new,

A new frame of tenderness and presence,

To look and see and witness a little deeper,

Moving and breathing,

Moving and breathing,

To look and see and witness the branches of trees around you a little deeper,

The way they twist,

The way they bend,

The way the clouds swirl and roll,

Or the way the sky cries out for mystery and wonder,

Unknown dimensions.

And so we move and we breathe.

Be with your movement.

Be with the details around you.

Be with the breeze.

Welcome the breeze.

And as the name of this meditation invites,

I now invite you to just bring attention,

Gentle,

Casual attention to the opening of channels,

The opening of channels,

The things inside of you,

The dreams,

The joy,

The wild,

The questions,

The truths,

The aches,

Places of pain,

Places of joy,

Places of creativity,

The realm of dreams,

All these different channels.

So we move and we breathe and we're just casually bringing attention to these areas that speak to us,

That call out to us,

That inspire us.

We welcome the breeze,

The sounds of geese,

All the sounds around us and in us.

So I just invite you continue to move with these channels,

All the things going on inside of us,

All the things pulling and tugging around us.

And as we continue to move,

Lean into a few of these channels,

Clear the way,

Remove some of the blocks,

Allow the blocks or anything that might be fogging up this channel or these channels,

Just allow them to be released in your movement,

To be shed in your movement,

To slowly fall off the shoulder,

To slowly fall out of the brain,

To land on the soil and on the streams,

To be taken by the wind.

In our very movement,

We open and cleanse all of the channels inside of us.

Joy,

Dreams,

Pain and grief,

Truths,

Rawness,

Aliveness,

Wildness,

Wonder,

These cosmic forces inside of us that can teach us and inspire us,

Nurture us and ground us,

Shake us,

So we move and we open,

We move and we breathe.

So as you clear and lean into a couple of these channels,

I just invite you to imagine them opening and reaching in your movement,

That your very movement,

This channel is opening and becoming more available.

It's making itself more known.

It's being nourished by presence and movement and the natural world around you.

So in your movement,

Just be curious for what starts to blossom and grow and come up when clearing the way for these channels to be more seen and witnessed and honored.

We don't need to solve anything.

We don't need to fix anything.

We don't need to control or over understand anything.

Just be with curiosity.

Be with openness.

Be in movement with the clearing of channels,

The opening of channels.

We move and we breathe.

We move and we breathe.

I invite you now to find a tree nearby or maybe just a comfortable area on your walk or roll and we'll do a couple closing deep breaths together and I invite you after our breathing to continue your movement,

Continue opening these channels,

Honoring them,

Witnessing them,

Tending to them as long as it serves.

So find a tree,

Consider placing your hand on the tree or just standing humbly under the branches.

If you are still sitting and lying down inside,

Just visualize another tree accompanying your breathing and your rest and your pause.

So we take a deep breath honoring all the wonder and wildness of our channels,

Our joy,

Our truth,

Our pain,

Our dreams,

Our aliveness,

Things that inspire us.

So we honor and witness them with our breath deeply in,

Slowly out.

And with our next in breath,

We invite nourishment to inspire and heal and tend to these channels.

No solving,

No fixing,

No need to over understand,

Just healing and tenderness and nourishment deeply in with the breeze,

With the sky,

With the trees.

Slowly out.

Another deep breath honoring our aliveness and our breathing,

That we are worthy because we are here,

We are worthy because we breathe,

We are worthy because we are alive.

Deeply in,

Slowly out with the wind and the trees and the sky and the soil.

Peace,

Peace to your movement,

To your ongoing breaths,

To the opening and clearing of your wondrous and wild and raw channels,

To movement,

To life,

To breath.

Peace.
