This session is for individuals that are supported by expressive meditations. Join me for this guided scribbling session where you'll be invited to slow down to the pace of creation and open more to the vitality and flow of life. Grab something to make marks with, and something to make marks on and come scribble with me.

I'm just inviting the body into motion.

The spiral just gets the body moving.

My only intention right now is to start making marks and letting the body play itself as much as possible.

See if it's possible to just let the body make marks and play and express itself.

Your role here is as the adult observer,

Holding this space sacred.

And our child's inner creator,

Giving it all the space and the warmth and the trust and the patience that it needs.

It doesn't have to perform.

It's not here to make anybody look good.

Just having fun.

Enjoying themselves.

Making marks from this place,

This wigliest,

Scribbliest place.

The only goal right now is to fill the page and to sit back and watch and observe what happens.

You might find yourself more mentally involved with this right now.

You might find yourself in deep flow.

Wherever you are,

It's just right.

I trust your process.

Trust your pace.

See if you can keep coming back to the page.

Back to your breath.

Letting the body grab colors.

Make shapes.

Patterns.

Seeing if the body can just arrive more fully on the page.

From scribbling long before we were writing.

Dancing long before we walked.

This sort of plays our natural birthright.

The only way to do this wrong is to try to do it right.

So we bring our awareness to our self-care.

Notice how this is self-care for you.

What ways?

How do you know?

How does it feel to be here in this moment with the page?

Not needing answers,

Just trusting the process and allowing the curiosity to sink into our bodies.

Does this bring us alive?

Help us feel connected and safe?

Notice when it doesn't.

In what ways does it not feel like self-care?

See if it's possible right now,

Like you're just making marks and filling page after page,

Not worrying what goes down.

See if it's possible to just care for yourself 5% more right now.

Make yourself 5% more comfortable.

Give yourself 5% more permission.

Reminding your body with deep breaths that it's safe to relax.

You might even let out an audible sigh.

Noticing how it feels to be you in this moment.

In connection with yourself and the page.

You're not worried about how it looks.

This is creativity based on how it feels.

How it feels to be alive right now in this human body.

Can we use the page to invite 5% more ease?

5% more warmth?

It's possible to live the questions.

Embody the questions,

What is this human body needing?

Feel 5% safer in this world.

5% more alive.

More connected.

Not worrying about finding the answers,

Just being open to the questions and letting the questions sink into the body.

How do I want to feel?

How do I want to take care of myself in a way that nurtures that?

Can I move 5% closer?

Notice your body's own pace and process.

Your body's own natural pause and resting points.

Stay with your process as long as you'd like.

This is your sacred time.

Notice if you're aligning with your intention and your permissions.

My intentions today were to rejuvenate,

Restore,

Reconnect,

Relax,

Relax.

Re-align.

Realign.

Release.

Release.
