Feeling the nowness,

This kind of cloud of nowness that we are within the cloud sensations.

Thinking even the thoughts about future and past.

Part of this cloud of now.

Giving some time to adjust.

To letting yourself be.

Not just letting yourself be yourself in a kind of personal way,

But letting yourself be yourself in this way of just a cloud.

Just now.

If you wish.

Perhaps allowing.

A longer out breath.

Flowing in a delicious way down the front of your body.

Slowly with each out breath kind of washing away.

What we think we are those thoughts.

You.

The out breath washing through washing down the front of your body.

Like a river washing fine.

A little further downstream gently.

Kindly releasing.

What doesn't need to be carried.

You.

You.

What if you're already okay,

No matter what,

No matter what you've done or not done.

Might do,

Et cetera.

And that already okayness could really come into your joints and bones and blood and skin.

Brain heart being.

You.

That feeling experience that so many people who die and come back.

Who die for a few moments and come back.

Maybe it's just right here.

Maybe that is our foundation as beings already okayness completely.

As you are already accepted and loved.

In every tiny particle.

And all the space and presence of you.

Then what.

If you've already got that okayness and love.

In you somewhere,

You don't need to do something to get it.

We can let our trying so hard hang like heavy wet clothing.

Beloved.

We can let our held back inside somewhere.

Come out.

Fill in fill up.

Let our grudge our resentment or a sense of friction cool down.

What if you don't have to do anything or be anything different.

To be whole.

Holy and completely loved and okay and accepted and here.

And powerful.

And then what.

What was that life project that we kept thinking we could,

We had to finish first.

If that's done.

If that's done.

You if you wish anytime another longer out breath water falling soothing down the front of you down your front pooling around your toes gathering at the base of your big toe and an in-breath filling and growing across the sole of your foot and up the back of you up to the top of your neck and again breathing out from the top of your neck up and over your head and down the front of you breathing in up your back breathing out down your inner front and maybe also a bit in front of your body breathing in and like a river soaking up the cells in the back of your body and also the space behind and next to you filling with the in-breath if you wish you you you you you Our bodies resting into the ground and air.

And our own care and interest coming into that heaviness and slipperiness of our bodies,

Our embodied bodies.

Seeing our bodies feel themselves.

We may also start to feel another reality,

Heaviness and openness,

Solidity and spaciousness,

Biological life and life beyond biology.

Form in specific rich details of color with eyes open or closed.

Smell,

Taste,

Sound,

Sensation and the subtle sensations of our inner atmosphere allowed to have room and life,

Allowed to be free.

Form and formless.

Here inside this mysterious life experience,

We have access also to details and also to something wide beyond imagination.

Not hiding.

Not making up stories.

Not two,

Not one.

This life and aliveness.

This moment and the timeless.

This form and what is formless and without which there would be no form.

This life and aliveness.

This moment and the timeless.

I had to get used to the longer periods of silence, but it was nice to see what I chose to do during those openings. I opened my eyes at one point because I thought it had been quiet for so long and the recording must have ended. There were still 14 minutes to go, so I closed my eyes and re-entered the silence.
