Hello,

My name is Julie and I'm excited to guide you on this mind adventure.

As we move through our imaginations,

Please do anything you need to take good care of yourself.

My instructions are always an invitation that you are free to take or leave.

If you are not feeling what I'm saying,

Stay connected to what feels right to you.

That's what's most important.

To begin,

Find a comfortable position with your body.

This might be lying down on your back or stomach or perhaps you are in a seated position.

Give yourself a couple moments to get as comfortable as possible.

What would it feel like to get even more relaxed as you let your muscles soften?

Let your shoulders melt away from your ears as you notice your breath moving in and out.

Huge breath in,

Long breath out.

Taking one more breath in and out at your own pace.

Let your hands rest where they are or if you'd like place one hand on your heart and the other on your tummy,

Sending so much love and kindness to your body and mind.

Imagine your hands are filled with a beautiful bright golden light as relaxation moves throughout your body and mind.

Softening and relaxing any muscles,

Face,

Jaw,

Shoulders,

Tummy,

Back,

Hips,

Thighs,

Calves,

Feet,

All releasing and relaxing.

If it feels okay for you,

Close your eyes saying to yourself,

I am breathing in as you breathe in and I am breathing out as you breathe out.

I am breathing in,

I am breathing out.

Please use this time to take extra good care of your body and mind.

Imagine you are walking on the beach.

It could be a beach you have been to or one that you make up in your mind.

You are feeling safe and happy in this special place.

Listen to the birds singing in the distance.

You can feel the ocean air on your skin.

It's the perfect temperature for you.

As you walk slowly next to the greenish blue ocean,

Feel the warm soft sand between your toes.

You see friendly dolphins playing in the distance,

Jumping and surfing waves with their family.

They are having so much fun playing in the water together.

Take out your favorite blanket and place it wherever you would like.

Get comfy on this blanket as you watch the dolphins play in the distance.

Next to you are a couple of buckets so you begin to build a sandcastle.

This sandcastle is big and beautiful and you are decorating it in a way that makes you so happy.

Take a few moments to add anything to this work of art that you would like.

People walking by comment on how beautiful it is.

Everyone is so impressed.

It looks incredible.

After playing with your sandcastle you decide it's time to relax on your favorite blanket.

You get super comfortable on your back as you smell the fresh ocean air.

The sun is warming your skin and it's the perfect temperature for you.

As you look up you watch the clouds slowly drift.

Moving against the beautiful blue sky the clouds are creating different happy animal pictures.

Then they move again and create your name.

You feel so peaceful,

Safe,

And happy to be here.

The clouds begin to shift into any shape you would like.

It's like a show in the sky that's just for you.

Please do anything at this beach that you would like.

Perhaps you play in the water,

Fly a kite,

Or eat a snack.

It's completely up to you.

We'll be here for a couple of moments doing anything that you would like.

You Take about 10 more seconds to do anything else that you choose.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

As we begin to close our mind adventure please know you can come back to this peaceful place whenever you need a moment of rest and relaxation.

Big breath in,

Long breath out.

Perhaps you drift off to sleep or begin to slowly move your body as you come back into this present moment.
