Hello and welcome to today's nature meditation.

To begin you can find a comfortable place either inside or outside on the earth.

Either seated or laying down just making sure that you're nice and comfortable.

Going around in any way until you are completely settled,

Becoming still.

If you are inside you can imagine or visualize that you're outside in one of your favorite places in nature.

A place that lights you up.

Bringing this place alive in your imagination and your senses.

From there turning your awareness inwards towards your body.

Noticing what's here with you today with an open attention.

These sensations,

Feelings,

Thoughts that may be particularly drawing your attention.

Without getting too drawn in.

Observing the weather passing through today.

Bringing your attention to where you can feel the contact of your body against the ground beneath you.

The surface area,

The skin of your body making contact with the skin of the earth or the ground.

You notice which part of you feels the heaviest.

Which part of you may be touching the ground but feels the lightest?

Can you feel the weight of your bones releasing down to the pull of gravity towards the earth?

And as you allow your weight to release and be absorbed down towards the earth,

Can you also feel the earth absorbing and pressing into you?

Notice if any muscles want to soften,

Relax a little bit more towards the ground,

Letting go.

Beginning to come into conscious relationship with the elements around you.

The air that you breathe,

The blanket of space that envelops you,

The earth that supports you,

The solar fire that nourishes you,

That lights you up.

And the waters of the earth that soothe,

That encourage flow.

Bringing your attention back to the movement of your breath of air as it enters and as it leaves your body.

The natural ebb and flow of your tidal breath.

Not trying to control or change your breath but just notice the breath flowing at a pace that is exactly right for you.

Allowing the air to caress any places in you that may feel restricted or shut off.

This softness of air permeating,

Moving into those places of stuckness,

Like silky smooth liquid light.

Softening,

Aerating,

Flushing and cleansing any restrictions or areas of tension.

Almost as if you're breathing in through every pore of your body,

Becoming very porous in your skin,

Very receptive and permeable.

Lighting up your awareness at your low belly,

The pores of your low belly and your entire pelvis.

Expanding,

With cleansing oxygen.

And contracting and releasing giving back.

You could even imagine a soft malleable pearl at your low belly,

Behind your navel,

And drop down a little bit.

Feel this soft ocean pearl,

Sparkling and receptive,

Becoming a little more pure and clean.

With each breath,

Like a balloon expanding in all directions with your inhale.

Breathing,

Receiving breath through your pores.

Emptying back out into all this.

Imagine this pearl gently being rocked and breathed by the tidal rhythm of your breath.

Swelling and becoming very full with each inhale.

Softening and emptying out.

This low belly space is very simple and beautiful.

Intelligent and wise.

Resting in this place.

Not only breathing in air,

But also breathing in the awareness that is held in space.

This pure awareness that is charged with the intelligence of nature.

The vitality and the potency in through your pores,

Filling you up and nourishing you deeply at your core.

And then releasing and softening into the sensations of your essence.

Breathing in this pure awareness that is charged with the potency of the snow-capped mountains,

The crystals,

The waters,

The starlight of the earth and the cosmos.

Breathing out,

Feeling into your essence.

Losing also almost as if you are the space witnessing yourself,

Witnessing your body.

Imagining this space,

Sensing and feeling you,

This pure awareness observing you.

The vastness and the stillness of space observing your essence.

So your awareness is resting out at your edges where the space meets your skin.

And then as wide and expansive from there as you like.

In the space there's also this cosmic silky shimmering light like the moon on calm waters.

Breathing in the space and liquid light.

Receiving this light energy in your body anywhere that feels tender or raw.

Allowing it to smooth and stream and soften you like the softest petal of a rose.

Opening up your awareness to include the prana,

The chi,

The energy of nature all around you.

And offering gratitude to the green ones for this generous exchange,

This symbiotic relationship.

This intimacy of receiving fresh cleansing oxygen and nourishment and energy from the trees,

The plants and algae.

Knowing that as you exhale you offer back what will be processed into food.

Gratitude for this air that is shared with all living creatures and beings and has passed through us many times.

So breathing in this shared prana,

Receiving the nutrients from nature and the elements all around you.

Feeling your porosity to absorb these nourishing energies in through every tissue and cell of your body.

Breathing in the space and liquid light.

Breathing in the space and liquid light.

Breathing in the space and liquid light.

Breathing in the space and liquid light.

Breathing in the space and liquid light.

Breathing in the space and liquid light.

Breathing in the space and liquid light.

Imagining your inner landscape beginning to feel plump and nourished and lush.

Drinking in this abundance of nourishment around you.

Rich,

Vibrant green energy,

Crystal clean white light,

Air.

Really allowing your inner landscape to light up here.

See if you can envision your body,

Your inner landscape,

Alive and vibrant like the most beautiful sacred nature scene.

Maybe this is a place that you've already visited or it's just a place full of all of your favorite nature,

Plants,

Trees,

Waterfalls,

Hot springs.

If you can visualize this very vibrant ecosystem within your own body.

Streaming rivers flowing through you.

The ancient old growth,

Redwood forest.

Rolling green hills or valleys orchards.

Fast open ocean.

Fragrant flowers.

Can you connect in with what the imagery and the felt sense and the smells of this beautiful thriving ecosystem,

This place in nature would look and feel like?

Oh,

Oh,

The spirit animals,

Fairies,

Elves,

The sky is the limit of whatever you want to bring into this beautiful inner ecosystem,

Meeting it with reverence,

Curiosity and awe.

And the openness of a child engage and move towards,

Visualize,

Lighting up your imagination,

How you would like to be in this nature utopia,

How habitat,

Nature is engaging with you.

Really allowing yourself to receive whatever is most nourishing.

This place is beyond generous and full of abundance of everything that you need.

And you just get to drink it in,

Maybe be receiving a loving embrace from a dip in the cool lake or in the hot springs.

You curl up underneath the friendly ancient tree.

Maybe a soft furry creature curls up beside you and offers you comfort.

80-ilo So whatever it is,

Bringing that into your imagination,

Into your inner ecosystem and body and asking,

Inquiring,

What do I most need right now?

What do I most desire for healing?

What does my soul most desire or need right now?

Taking the next few moments to really allow yourself to receive whatever it is you need from this healing sacred landscape,

To be rejuvenated,

To drink from all of the healing that you need.

As Core you You You You can stay here as long as you like as long as you need You may be asking if there's any messages that this sacred landscape has for you And remember on your journey Any primordial wisdom that nature or the earth Can whisper and speak to you You Are offering your gratitude giving thanks To the sacred place maybe leaving an imaginal object or Fruit or food flowers and appreciation feeling this place give you one last healing loving embrace so that you feel this recharging and renewal of your spirit right down to the cellular level Slowly journeying your way back into your fingers and your toes,

Your lower body,

Your pelvis,

Your core,

Your upper body,

Your heart,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Chest,

Neck,

Head,

Face.

Making any small movements to wake yourself up.

Come back into the space around you if your eyes were closed.

Actually thanking yourself for taking this time to rest and draw in what it is you most need and to listen deeply to your body and your own internal intelligence and the intelligence of nature all around you.

Knowing that when we care deeply,

Love and respect ourselves,

We can more deeply care for,

Be a resource and offer support to our planet and to others around us.

So bowing deeply to you from my heart to yours,
