Welcome my friends to revitalize a guided breathwork journey.

During this breathwork experience I invite you to reconnect with your breath and rejuvenate your entire being.

Through this guided breathwork session you can expect to embark on a journey of deep relaxation,

Inner exploration and revitalization.

You will be guided through specific breathing techniques designed to promote balance,

Release tension and increase energy flow.

This breathwork journey will leave you feeling refreshed,

Renewed and connected to the innate wisdom and vitality within you.

So embrace this opportunity to revitalize your body,

Your mind and your spirit through the transformative power of breath.

So let's get started.

Start by finding a really really comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down and perhaps just gently closing your eyes.

Just take a few moments to arrive here in this present moment.

Just allowing yourself to let go of any distractions or worries and begin by bringing awareness to your breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Allowing your belly to expand fully.

Hold the breath for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth releasing any tension or stress.

Let's do that again.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Holding the breath for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth.

And now let's begin the breathwork session.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs with fresh revitalizing air.

Hold the breath for a few seconds,

Feeling the energy and oxygen circulating through your body and as you exhale through your mouth just imagine releasing any stagnant energy,

Stress or negativity.

Feel a sense of lightness and release with each breath and allow yourself to fully let go and surrender to the present moment.

Let's do this together five times.

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding at the top and breathing out through the mouth.

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding at the top and breathing out through the mouth.

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding at the top and breathing out through the mouth.

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding at the top and breathe out through the mouth.

And let's do this one final time.

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding at the top and breathing out through the mouth.

Just allow yourself to breathe in and out through your nose gently now.

And as you do this just feel the energy and vitality going through your body with each breath.

As you continue notice any sensations,

Emotions or thoughts that arise.

Just allow them to be present without judgment.

Simply observing them as you maintain your focus on the breath.

With each breath just imagine yourself replenishing and revitalizing your entire being.

Feel the breath flowing through your body nourishing every cell,

Bringing clarity to your mind and rejuvenation to your spirit.

Just taking a moment to embrace the healing power of your breath and the life force it carries within.

And now I invite you to take a few more rounds of deep conscious breaths,

Immersing yourself in this revitalizing experience.

Feel the rejuvenation spreading throughout your body,

Your mind and your spirit.

So we'll do five more rounds of breathing in through the nose,

Holding at the top and then breathing out through the mouth.

Here we go.

Breathing in,

Holding at the top and breathing out.

Breathing in through your nose,

Holding at the top and breathing out through your mouth.

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding at the top,

Breathing out through your mouth.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Final time breathing in and breathing out.

And slowly just bring your breath back to its natural rhythm.

Take a few moments to express gratitude for this revitalizing breathwork journey and for the renewed energy and vitality that you have cultivated.

And when you're ready I invite you to very gently open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of revitalization and renewed energy with you into the rest of the day.

May this breathwork journey empower you to revitalize your entire being and tap into the innate vitality and wisdom within you.
