Hi,
Welcome.
Thank you for joining me today for your peace and presence affirmations practice.
Take a moment to settle in.
Let your body find whatever position feels supportive and allow your breath to soften just a little.
We all move through seasons of stress,
Noise,
And uncertainty.
Even when we appear calm on the outside,
Our inner world can feel anything but.
And that's okay.
It's a human experience,
Not a personal failure.
And this practice is here to remind you that calm isn't something you have to chase.
It's something you can return to.
And affirmations are one of the simplest tools we have to help the nervous system shift back towards safety,
Towards steadiness,
And presence.
As you listen,
You can repeat each affirmation silently or out loud or simply allow the words to wash over you and settle into your body.
There is no right or wrong way,
Just an invitation to soften into what's here.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Let's begin.
With every breath,
I return to calm.
With every breath,
I return to calm.
I am safe in this moment.
I am safe in this moment.
My body knows how to relax and restore.
My body knows how to relax and restore.
I soften my body and allow ease to return.
I soften my body and allow ease to return.
In this moment,
I choose to be present with myself.
In this moment,
I choose to be present with myself.
I release what I cannot control.
I release what I cannot control.
Every breath brings me back to what is calm and true.
Every breath brings me back to what is calm and true.
Peace lives within me and I can access it now.
Peace lives within me and I can access it now.
Peace lives within me and I can access it now.
And over these next few moments,
As you allow your breath just to be natural,
Your everyday rhythm,
That rise and fall of your belly or in your chest,
Just take a moment to settle,
To let these affirmations sink in and let that calmness settle just a little more with each breath.
Notice how your body responds when it feels acknowledged,
When it feels supported.
Notice how your body responds when it feels supported.
As softness and a gentle opening moves through you and within you.
Let your presence be enough.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Notice what lightens.
And sit in this truth for just a moment more.
And let that peace fill the space around you and within you.
Take one more slow intentional breath in and a soft,
Easy exhale out.
As you return to your day,
Remember that these affirmations are always here for you.
Not as pressure to feel calm,
But as a gentle pathway back to yourself whenever life feels loud or overwhelming.
Your body is capable.
Your mind is adaptable.
Your inner calm is real,
Even if it sometimes feels far,
Far away.
You can revisit this practice anytime you need a moment of safety,
Of grounding,
Or of presence.
And if these words supported you today,
Feel free to share how you're feeling in the comments so we can all support one another in our healing.
From my heart to yours,
Thank you for being here and for taking this moment just for you.
I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day.
Namaste.
