Hello and welcome.

This is Clea from Growing Through Love.

During this meditation,

I will be guiding you to connect to the truth of who you are,

To connect with the inner knowing,

With the inner self,

With the true self,

And how you can embody that self into your everyday life.

So let's begin.

Whenever you're ready,

Please make yourself comfortable and gently close your beautiful eyes.

And take a deep breath.

Breathe through your nose,

To your chest,

To your belly.

Feel your whole belly expanding and your whole being relaxing into this breath and into this moment.

And exhale slowly.

Letting go of anything that you've been caring.

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

Letting go of the tension.

Letting go of the overthinking.

Bit by bit as you bring your awareness back into this moment.

Into your body.

Noticing your body.

Noticing the sensations in your body.

What are you feeling?

What are you noticing?

And whatever sensations you're noticing,

Give them permission to just be.

Give yourself permission to just be into the safety of this moment.

Into the safety of this breath.

There is a knowing,

A subtle knowing,

Yet strong knowing,

That everything will be okay with each breath.

Because we never think about our next breath.

And yet we know that it is going to be enough.

That we will take the next breath and the next after that.

There is this divine trust,

Or trust in the divine,

That everything will work out as it is meant to be.

As it is created to be.

And through this knowing,

We are surrendering even more into this moment.

Into the beauty and the divinity of this moment.

Noticing our breath and noticing our bodies.

And the relaxation that comes from this awareness.

And the relaxation that comes through this awareness.

Notice your heart.

That beautiful center of creation.

Notice the energy in your heart expanding.

How does that feel?

How does this connection to your heart feel like?

And ask your heart,

How does the true version of me feel like?

How does my higher self feel like?

How does the embodiment of my higher self feel like?

And connect to that knowing.

To that inner knowing.

Without trying to think it.

Just feel what comes up.

What emotions,

What sensations show up for you.

What emotions,

What sensations show up as you connect to this inner knowing.

To this truth.

How does your true self or your new self feel like?

What does it look like?

What work do they do?

How do they show up for themselves?

How do they show up for the world and the people they love?

How do they embody their power?

How does she show up for herself?

How does she show up for the world?

How does she embody her power and her truth and her strength?

How does she embody her power and her strength?

What clothes does she wear?

What style is she embracing?

How does she feel with herself and being herself?

How does she embrace the world and life itself?

What is the work that she does?

How does a day in her life feel like?

And look like?

What does she do for her dream job?

What is the work that she is doing?

How does a day when she has to show up and to work looks like and feels like?

And how would that person react?

What has that person accomplished?

What are her dreams and aspirations?

What has she done so far in the direction of her dreams and aspirations as the person that she embodies?

And notice the gap between who you are now and that version of yourself.

And ask yourself,

This person,

This higher self,

This true version of me,

If she was in this moment of time,

In this point of my life,

With the circumstances,

With opportunities,

With the challenges that I am facing now,

How would that person,

How would my higher self react and respond to these circumstances,

To these challenges?

What would she do now?

What is the next right thing for me to do that would bring me closer to this embodiment of my true self,

Of my higher self?

And this is the beautiful part,

As you move through your life with this knowing,

With this understanding,

From this perspective,

As you show up every day as her,

As the person that you want to become,

As your ideal self,

As your higher self,

The gap between who you are now and that person becomes smaller and smaller.

And now,

I want you to see all the aspects of yourself that you want to bring to life.

How can you embody a bit more today the energy of that goddess,

Of that higher self,

Of that true self?

How can you embody a bit more today the energy of who you truly are?

Connect with your heart and connect with the answer of this knowing.

And bring it to life bit by bit every day.

Because if you keep doing this every day,

With resilience,

You will notice that you are becoming the embodiment of who you truly are.

Because your heart and your body and your mind are bringing that to life in this moment.

Your mind is rewiring for you to be that person.

And as you come back to this practice,

Through this meditation or on your own,

Your body is becoming familiar with how it feels like to be this person.

And your opened heart resonating and radiating the love and the high frequency that will help in creating this new reality for you.

And all you have to do is to come back to this practice of embodiment.

And embody the truth of who you are before you were told who you should be.

And this is the whole purpose of this meditation.

Reminding you of who you are.

Of the truth of who you are.

And guiding you to embody that truth.
