Breathe out in a long sigh down the full length of your body,
Allowing your body to release what it's brought with it here.
Bring your awareness down to where the weight of your body rests,
On the surface directly beneath it.
Give more of your body's weight to its support.
Notice the support is steady.
Sit back onto the steadiness.
Breathe down to the steadiness.
Breathe up from the steadiness.
Let it steady you.
In your own time,
Become aware of the sensation of the air entering your nostrils and leaving.
Notice the air is cool as it enters,
Warm as it leaves.
And allow your breath to begin to slow and lengthen.
As you do so,
Become aware of the movements your body makes as you breathe.
The expansion of the in,
The release of the out.
Notice that you're breathing in from the space around you,
And out into it.
Notice the touch of the air on your face and body.
And allow your senses to gently spread to the space around you.
Out to the horizons all the way around you.
Out to sky above.
Notice the spaciousness.
Let it be there.
As you sit back on the steadiness,
Allow yourself as much space as you need.
You have all of this space to breathe from.
Allow any feelings or sensations to be there.
Without judging them or wishing them different.
You can breathe into these places and let them release what they are ready to as you breathe out.

Draw yourself back from where your energy lies scattered.
Back home to your center.
To this moment here.
Sit back into your center and onto where the weight of your body rests.
As your breath ebbs and flows,
Allow yourself to bring to mind how you would really love to be.
Imagine the very best version of yourself exactly as you'd like it.
With all the qualities and strengths you would love to have.
Picture yourself being this way.
Take your time.
Notice how you look.
Notice your body posture.
Notice how you are breathing.
Notice what you are saying.
Notice how you are with others.
Notice how you look going about your day to day life.
At work.
And at play.
Now step into that you you would love to be.
Notice how good it feels to have these new qualities and strengths there inside you.
Notice how you are breathing.
Notice how you are feeling.
Notice what you are saying to yourself.
Notice how everything looks.
Notice how everything feels.
Notice how you interact with other people.
And how they respond to you.
Notice how good it feels to be this way.
Enjoy having these positive feelings.
Allow them to fill your body.
Fill your mind.
Notice how your past looks.
Perhaps you see things in a different perspective.
Notice how your future looks.
All the positive possibilities that open up.
See yourself moving forward over the coming hours,
Days and weeks with these powerful qualities right there within you.
Every step of the way.
Notice how good it feels seeing things unfolding in this way.

Gently come back to where you are here in this moment.
Notice the energy of all those positive qualities there within you still.
Breathe into them.
And allow them to expand and radiate through the whole of your body.
