If you are listening to this and cannot sleep,

Welcome.

I'll be here for a few moments to guide you,

And the soundscapes will take you the rest of the way.

Let us begin by taking a few slow,

Deep breaths.

Just becoming aware of your breathing.

Gently breathing in and out through the nose,

If that's comfortable.

Just noticing your breath.

As you breathe in,

Notice the coolness in the air coming into the nose.

And as you breathe out,

Notice a slight change in temperature,

Expelling all of your air.

And as you breathe in again,

Notice your belly gently rises as you breathe in.

And notice how your belly gently falls when you breathe out.

Just noticing the subtle rhythm that your body makes.

As you breathe in,

The belly rises.

And as you breathe out,

The belly gently falls.

And noticing in this moment,

Feeling a little more relaxed and calm and present.

Let us take a deep inhalation through the nose,

Long and deep.

Open the mouth and make a sound and let it all go.

Fully and completely.

Noticing the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Just noticing.

And let us do that again,

Taking a long deep inhalation through the nose,

Inhaling.

Open the mouth and let it all go.

Fully and completely.

And then go back to noticing the natural movement of your breath.

We'll take another deep inhalation through the nose,

Inhaling.

Open the mouth,

Let it all go.

Letting the body settle,

Release and relax.

In this moment,

Feel into the space of your body.

Feel your arms,

Your legs,

Your torso,

The back of the neck.

Feel your face.

Soften your eyes,

Relax.

And again,

Simply become aware.

Notice the breath naturally coming in through the nose and exhaling through the nose.

Inhaling,

The belly gently rises.

And exhaling,

The belly gently falls.

Feel into the rhythm that your body makes.

There is no other rhythm like yours.

Sweet,

Peaceful and gentle.

Getting into your own rhythm,

Maybe bringing a gentle smile on your face and knowing that you are indeed unique in every way.

And allow yourself to settle into your space.

Settle into you.

Noticing the body becoming more relaxed.

Noticing the mind becoming relaxed as well.

And as you listen to this soundscape,

Continue to let go.

Let go even more.

Even more.

Appreciating who you are,

Why you are,

And how you are.
