Thank you for taking the time for yourself today to tune in,
To come home,
To find your center.
Let's begin by closing your eyes.
You can do this meditation lying down in a comfortable seated position,
Whatever you feel called to do in this moment to relax.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose for a count of four,
And hold at the top.
Release through the nose,
And hold.
Deep breath in through the nose,
Hold,
Release,
Hold.
And deep breath in,
Hold,
Release,
Push,
Hold.
And return to a gentle breath,
And let it go.
Come back to a normal rhythm of breathing now.
Notice your chest rising and falling,
And as you relax further,
Your breath should move down into your belly.
So out of your shoulders,
That higher realm of breath,
Deep down into a relaxed belly breath.
And just notice how you're feeling right now.
Do you sense your body calming down,
Realizing that it is in fact safe?
Do you feel the weight of the week,
Of the day,
Melting away into the floor,
And with your intention now,
With every breath that you take,
Encourage the stress,
The anxiety,
The fear to melt out of you.
Have no resistance to how you feel right now,
And the wave of comfort that's coming over you like a warm blanket,
With that imagery in mind,
The wave.
Use your breath like a wave in the ocean,
And imagine it washing over every dead and dying cell in your body,
Cleansing,
Washing,
Removing that which does not serve you.
And the deeper you fall into your relaxed state,
This loving state of coming home to your breath,
To who you really are,
You'll start to remember what it feels like to be truly free.
You'll start to remember what it feels like when you were a child,
Without any worries or stress,
Simply operating from this moment of presence,
And excitement,
And innocence.
I'm going to leave you with these thoughts,
These intentions,
And your breath,
And it's your job to just be here,
And to breathe this truth back into your body,
Into your subconscious,
To release any stories,
Scripts,
That might have been running to protect you.
You don't need them anymore,
And when it's time to come out,
I'll let you know.
If you're ready now to come back into your body,
In this new headspace and flow,
You can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
You can rock your head side to side if you're laying down,
Or do some gentle neck rolls if you're seated,
And really feel the difference in your body than when you first pressed play.
Sending gratitude to every cell in your body for participating in this very real alchemy that you just did,
And remember that you can always,
Always find this space again,
Whether you have me or not.
You are the captain of the ship,
And the ocean is always there to bring you home,
To cleanse.

Be grateful that you have that voice inside of you,
Urging you towards healing,
Towards health,
Towards remembering.
Listen to that voice,
Especially when you feel anxiety or fear creeping up,
And know that those negative voices are not of you.
