Welcome to this session to help you increase your sense of gratitude.

In order to notice your gratefulness more closely,

Simply turn your focus inwards and pay attention to what's happening inside your body right now.

As you notice all the questions,

Thoughts and images that are going through your mind right now,

Ask yourself where is the gratitude for your brilliant mind that is so active?

To get in touch with your sense of gratitude and slow down your thoughts,

Simply close your eyes.

And once they are closed,

Imagine closing them again.

And again.

And again.

Notice how this allows all the tiny muscles around your eyes to relax,

To smooth out and simply calm your inner world.

Feel your relaxation by taking a big deep breath in.

Let the air escape a little more slowly than usual.

And notice how this is relaxing you to release any tension more easily and effortlessly.

Each time you inhale,

Or perhaps each time you exhale.

Relaxing.

That's right.

Just like that.

Let it all go.

All the way.

Allow relaxation to wash over your body entirely.

From head to toe.

And whenever you feel ready,

Completely let go into relaxation.

Become aware of your mind.

Notice what kinds of thoughts are going through your thinking.

Breathe in to relaxation.

Two times more relaxed than before.

Allow your relaxation to double.

Your awareness travels down from the top of your head.

Down to your shoulders.

And arms.

Across your chest.

Down your back.

Gently.

Slowly.

Visiting any part of your body that needs more direct instruction to relax right now.

So that you can clear your mind completely by watching the thoughts slipping away.

Then travels down your legs,

All the way down to your feet.

Making every muscle light.

Just like the air around you.

And now,

As you are going even deeper into a nice state of relaxation,

Notice that you sense some positivity in the air around you.

Feel that calming and peaceful energy floating around you.

Simply touching your skin on your face.

On your hands.

On your neck.

Notice a pleasant warmth or any other sensation it brings.

Allow that positive,

Calming and peaceful energy to be absorbed by your body and mind right now.

Gently and slowly.

Allow for this in whatever way feels most natural to you.

And whenever you feel a certain part of your body filling with this positivity,

Give permission for it to come flowing into you and to fill all the other parts of your body.

Allow it to happen right now.

Allow that positive,

Calming and peaceful energy to fill every cell of your relaxed body and mind.

As you enjoy this positivity coming into you,

Ask yourself how grateful are you in this moment?

You are able to receive positivity through the air.

Feel how happy you are to be in this beautiful place.

Without any distractions.

Feeling safe and secure.

Rest and at ease.

Allow for yourself to notice the gratitude right now for being alive.

Healthy.

Filled with positivity.

Allow your unconscious mind to remind you of all the gifts that you received and all the gifts that you have yet to receive in your life.

Think about your favorite people that you are grateful to be part of your life.

Remember all those times you made someone smile.

Those times you helped someone feel better.

Every time you shared your love,

Knowing that you can give even more than that.

You do know that you can give so much more,

Don't you?

And the more you give,

The more you receive and experience in this life in complete abundance,

Now and in the future.

As you feel that deep sense of gratitude for everything in your life,

Allow your mind to unconsciously preserve all of the learnings here.

And shift your focus back to your breathing.

Simply taking slightly deeper breaths.

Breathe in deeply and intentionally slow down your out-breath.

Breathing out as slow as you can.

That's right.

Deep breath in and slowly let go.

Relax.

Breathe in again.

And exhale slowly all the way down.

And use this great positivity,

Calmness,

And peaceful experience to feel great gratitude in this moment.

Use this sense of gratitude to do something inspiring.

Take action.

Stay happy.

Enjoy and celebrate life today.

Turning to the present moment,

Noticing your current surroundings.

Suddenly open your eyes.

Be here.
