Hello and welcome to 10 minutes of breathwork to feel amazing.
This is such a great practice anytime you just want to feel really good.
This sort of breathing has been shown to be really effective in literally changing the neural networks in our brain,
Allowing us to let go of difficult emotions and to also help us with anxiety and even depression.
So what we're gonna do today is find a comfortable spot to either sit or lie down and for this practice I really recommend lying down because it can be really easy to go even deeper when you're lying down to really relax and to breathe really deeply and what we're gonna be doing is circular connected breathing so that's breathing fully in and fully out without any pause between the inhale or exhale like this.
And we're gonna be going quite fast,
But just keep up and it's actually quite easy.
So when you're ready just taking a few slightly deeper breaths before we begin noticing how your body is feeling in this moment and just allowing whatever is there to just be there whatever you're feeling knowing that it's completely okay.
Just breathing into that for a few breaths.
And then when you're ready we'll begin inhaling fully in,

It's just a different balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body.
