Welcome to this light language sleep meditation to promote optimal health.

Now before we start I want to talk a little bit about what optimal health might mean and that for many of us it might mean different things.

If we have physical health challenges or perhaps mental health challenges that might be ongoing in our lives,

Then optimal health might mean something different to what it might look like for another person.

And of course health is so important for the quality of our lives and it can be really difficult when we're facing mental or physical health challenges to find that sense of resilience or empowerment.

Sometimes the physical or mental health challenges that life can throw at us or that we can face can be really really challenging times.

So I just want to take a moment before we begin to remind you to exercise self-compassion,

Patience and acceptance for what is and for those things that we may be unable to change.

Having said that I also always encourage and allow space for miracles to occur and really think and feel that miracle healings are possible but that as difficult as it may be we should resist any urge or any temptation to attach too strongly or hold very tightly to any desired outcome which can sometimes be easier said than done.

So encouraging you now to begin to settle down the body perhaps beginning to breathe in your fullest deepest breath into the belly space really allowing the belly to expand and grow with this nourishing breath and to sigh out and exhale releasing any tension that you've been holding or carrying from the day and just to continue with this cleansing breath in your own time working with your own lung capacity breathing in your fullest breath in through the nose if that's available and just sighing out and releasing any tension through the mouth and inviting you to continue working with that breath for a few rounds and perhaps with the out breath with each breath outward just releasing anything that you've been carrying any to-do lists anything that's been on your mind anything that might be pulling for your attention to do with tomorrow or the next day or the coming days or weeks just to imagine releasing those things with the out breath allowing the universe or whatever you connect to personally to just take care of them for this night so that you can sleep and rest deeply knowing that you can pick anything back up in the morning or whenever you are wakeful again and once you've worked with that breath for a few rounds just beginning to come into presence in the body maybe beginning to listen to the body and take note of anything it's been communicating to us we can so often move through our days in the mind being directed by the mind doing what the mind wants us to do and feeling the busyness of the mind but our bodies are communicating to us all the time so just taking a moment now to notice how your body is feeling whether there are any areas of tension or perhaps pain and pain can be really difficult to move through when we're working with the body but just taking a moment to hold space for yourself in whatever you're experiencing resisting any urge or temptation to judge whatever experience you're in simply bearing witness and bringing presence to whatever is in this moment in time and perhaps if you are noticing any areas of tension or perhaps any areas of pain in the body just bringing in the idea imagining or sensing or just knowing that there is a little golden light just growing and resting on this space and with each in-breath this light becomes a little bit brighter glowing and sparkling and just infusing this area of tension or pain with some loving nourishing energy and receiving these light codes now to encourage a release of any pain or tension or to soothe and bring some energy medicine to this area what and having received those codes to soothe any pain or tension that you may be feeling in the body or in the mind just inviting you to really connect to the surface beneath you to really tune into all of the places and spaces on the body that connect to the surface beneath you the bed or the couch or the floor just bringing awareness and attention to all of those points where our bodies meet the earth and with the next few in-breaths just inviting welcoming some supportive and nourishing earth energy up through the earth that supports us and carries us and provides to us each day maybe taking a moment to give some gratitude for that and for all that the earth offers and provides us with and continuing to welcome earth energy into the body with each in-breath and receiving these light codes from her to support you and your body to move through your life in optimal health whatever that means or looks like for you is more allowing those codes from our earth mother to land for a moment and continuing to breathe and maybe just elongating the breath knowing that we can promote a sense of relaxation in the body through our connection with the breath and through intentionally trying to breathe nice deep full breaths wherever possible and inviting you now to just reflect on your relationship with food with any habits with anything that you are putting in your body on a day-to-day basis if we are trying to come to a place or space of optimal health in our lives or really support our physical vessels and mental health then it's really important to consider and take accountability for what we are putting into our bodies as well as our relationship to exercise if exercise is accessible for us and choosing healthy habits wherever possible to support our body's ability to repair and restore itself this can also include honoring our need for rest and we do live in a world that can be so forceful in the need for taking action and the conditioning around productivity or being on the go or in an action state all the time can be really loud but we are seasonal and cyclical beings and rest can also be really important for our physical and mental health so inviting you now to just take a moment to consider anything in your life or perhaps to pledge anything and it could just be one small thing that you are going to pledge for yourself to support yourself on your journey towards moving to optimal health and often we are aware of the things that might not be feeling supportive for our mental or physical health but it can also be really tough to change habits or to release things that might be supporting us in other ways our habits and choices can often provide comfort to us when we're facing challenges or periods of difficulty in our lives but sometimes they can also be preventing us from living in the state of health or well-being that we deserve so just taking a moment to consider anything to do with that to do with what you are feeding your body with nourishing your body with and to pledge one small action one small thing that you can bring into your day-to-day to try to support your health whether that be mental or physical health going forward and receiving these light codes to support you to have the drive and motivation to really make that happen for yourself to show up for yourself in a new way and now receiving these light codes to support a deep restful nourishing and restorative sleep so that your body may repair and reset as you sleep so that you may receive nourishment and light into each beautiful cell of your being into all of your energetic bodies your mental emotional physical and spiritual energetic bodies may you be held and wrapped in a bubble of love as you sleep dream and rest and may your health and well-being be supported in whatever way that means for you for the highest love light and truth receiving these codes of support now eternal eternal and now receiving all of those beautiful light codes that we've journeyed with to encourage nourishment and all of those intentions and to encourage you to step into a place of optimal health and receive deep rest oh okay kiti okay oh kia
