Hello and welcome,
Welcome to day 7 on the circle of calm and today is about knowledge and it tells us to observe things more carefully,
To stop reacting and to start observing.
Let's begin with that.
Make yourself comfortable and allow yourself to relax.
There is nothing you need to do or achieve.
You can even let the breath move at its own pace.
And just like we've been doing on the other days,
Tune into the breath.
For the next 2 to 3 minutes simply observe the breath,
Nothing more.
Stay with the breath.
Remember to roll down the nextrequisites,
Whatever works best.

Or did your mind drift off?
And were you able to bring yourself back to the breath again and again?
And there's no right or wrong.
And then for the topic of today,
Knowledge.
Have you ever suddenly felt rage?
Anger?
And have you not been able to understand where this feeling came from?
And sometimes it happens that we have an emotion that seems completely out of proportion to what has just happened.
Does this sound familiar?
Well this means you might have touched old pain.
They say that when something happens in the present moment,
That when we respond very strongly,
That it's not about now,
But that it is about something that happened in the past.
So knowledge today invites us to remember the past but also to leave it behind us.
And there's this one question I'd like to share with you to do that.
And it goes like this.
Who would I be if I free myself from the past?
So who would I be if I free myself from the past?
I'll leave you with that question for the next two to three minutes.

And then let go of the question.
Let it be.
And then tune into the body again.
Feel the breath in the body.
Feel the sensations in your body.
What is moving through right now?
And also imagine if you were to be freed from your past.
What does it feel like in your body to be freed from your past?
And what possibilities do you see for your future?
And we will look into that topic tomorrow,
The topic of wisdom.
Because these two are linked.
And in the past be what it is.
And at the same time you start looking ahead.
