Thanking yourself for creating this space for yourself.
I know what it takes some mornings,
So be gentle with yourself,
Rolling your shoulders back a few times,
Breathing in to any tight spaces,
Rolling your neck one way and the other way,
Slowly making your way into stillness and just noticing your breath for a moment,
Noticing where you're coming from,
Where there is flow,
And where there is more tightness,
Constriction.
And as you follow the natural rhythm of your breath,
Also notice your inner world.
Any emotions or sensations within,
Any places you may not wish to feel,
To notice,
And places that feel more soft and warm,
Kind,
Loving thoughts,
And the shadow.
Multiple things can be true at once,
And all thoughts and emotions just want the space to move through at this time.
Expanding your awareness all around your body,
Feeling the wholeness of your body in the space all around you,
Noticing the aliveness of you,
Your energetic field,
Meeting the energy of this day,
Feeling into any pockets of stillness in the room,
Noticing how your body responds,
How your inner world responds,
And allow the music to carry you for a moment,
Like water would carry a flower down a stream,
Feeling yourself expanding in all directions,
Guided by the water,
Open and warm in the heart,
By the earth.
All is well for a while,
All is moving through you,
Releasing behind you.
You notice your mind,
Your body becoming lighter and lighter,
And you notice all the layers falling away,
More space for yourself to just be as you are,
Loved as you are,
Guided as you are.
And if you are moving through any inner noise,
Crawling out of your skin,
Or feeling a heavy wave of emotion,
Give yourself grace.
Let it be what it is,
And you are doing an amazing job by just following your breath,
And creating this space to feel and release.
The noise will dissipate over time.
The emotions will meet stillness,
As you allow yourself to be as you are.
Sinking in towards your heart space,
Like you're sinking into quicksand,
Allowing the rhythm of your heartbeat to hold your hand and pull you inward.
It is safe to be you.
You are enough.
You are worthy.
Feel the ground holding you,
And your whole body softening from the top of your head,
Down your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Receiving these words like warm water.
You are enough.
You are worthy.
All of life is supporting you to come back home to yourself,
To release your essence,
Your beautiful,
Pure state of being.
Be here for a moment,
Unfolding,
Unraveling into yourself,
And follow the breath,
Noticing where you are,
Noticing your breath.
Placing your palms over your heartbeat,
Feeling this grounded connection to the aliveness of you as you are.
You are worthy,
Whole,
Complete,
Unfolding in your own beautiful way.
Notice the ground holding you.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Noticing more space created for you,
Your fingers,
Your toes,
Awakening to the most beautiful new day.
