Through this course I want to take us through a process of remembering who we are and what we bring to this world, outside of everything we have been told about ourselves and what we have believed to be possible and acceptable. This is a space where we become reacquainted with ourselves.


Meet your Teacher

Kiran is an artist, writer and creative mentor working under the name of Illustrating Rain. Both through her art and writing she investigates the relationship between the inner and outer worlds. She is inspired by the connection between the patterns and cycles found in nature and within the human mind. She is the author of the book The Creative Unlearning which has an accompanying podcast.

The Voice - Claiming Your Inner Truth

When you have spent such a large amount of time contorting to the expectations of others, of the society you live in and the environments you inhabit, you can lose sight of yourself. Lose the very essence of you. In this lesson you will be remembering the parts of you that have been forgotten and beginning to tune into yourself.

Emodiment - Stepping Into The Person You Are Now

Aligning our actions with our beliefs is the next stage of this evolution. This is where we are practising stepping into who we are. People are going to respond to you as they always have and so it will be how you now show up and behave that will signal to them that you have changed and that your requirements may be different.
