Safe To Receive: Rebuilding Trust, Love & Inner Safety

With Karen Vos

Safe to Receive: Rebuilding Trust, Love & Inner Safety is a compassionate, body-centered journey for anyone who has learned to protect themselves in order to cope, survive, or stay strong. Through guided meditations and reflective teachings, this course supports your nervous system in releasing vigilance, softening emotional armor, and remembering what it feels like to feel safe within yourself. Across this course, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, gently rebuild trust in yourself and in life, and open to love, support, and connection at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable. This is not about forcing vulnerability or “letting go” before you’re ready, it’s about creating the inner conditions where receiving becomes natural, grounded, and safe. Perfect for moments of healing, transition, or renewal, Safe to Receive invites you to rest, soften, and return to yourself, where trust and love begin.

Meet your Teacher

Karen Vos is a meditation guide, teacher, and space-holder for those who have learned to be strong, capable, and self-reliant—often at the cost of feeling truly safe to receive support, love, and rest. Her work is rooted in nervous system safety, embodied healing, and gentle spiritual wisdom. She creates practices for people who carry deep sensitivity and strength: those who appear resilient on the outside, yet long for softness, connection, and ease within. Safe to Receive was born from years of guiding both others and herself through moments of fear, guarding, transition, and renewal. Karen believes healing doesn’t come from pushing through or fixing oneself, but from learning to listen to the body, rebuild trust slowly, and allow life to meet each person with care. Her intention is to offer a calm, compassionate space where nothing is rushed, nothing is forced, and the nervous system is honored. In her work, people are invited to soften at their own pace, reconnect with inner safety, and remember that receiving is not weakness—it’s a natural expression of being alive. Everyone is welcome, exactly as they are.

Lesson 1

Returning To Inner Safety

Today is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the part of you that knows how to feel safe from the inside. This gentle practice helps settle the nervous system, soften protective patterns, and re-establish a sense of grounded presence in your body. Rather than pushing for change, you’ll be guided to listen, notice, and create the inner conditions where trust and receiving can begin naturally. This day lays the foundation for the course by reminding your body that safety is not something you earn or force, it’s something you remember and rebuild, moment by moment.

Lesson 2

Learning To Trust What You Feel

Day 2 invites you to begin rebuilding trust, not by overriding your instincts or pushing past discomfort, but by learning to listen to your body and emotions with kindness and curiosity. This practice supports you in recognizing your signals, honoring your boundaries, and allowing trust to grow from self-attunement rather than effort or force. As you deepen your connection to what you feel, your nervous system learns that it is safe to respond honestly, to rest when needed, and to open gradually to support, connection, and care.

Lesson 3

Opening To Receive Love And Support

This is an invitation to open, slowly, safely, and on your own terms, to the experience of receiving love, care, and support. Building on the inner safety and self-trust you’ve cultivated, this practice helps your nervous system soften around connection, allowing you to be met by life without over-efforting or self-protecting. Rather than asking you to “let your guard down,” this day honors the wisdom of your boundaries while gently expanding your capacity to receive what nourishes you. Receiving becomes an embodied experience, one rooted in trust, choice, and presence.

Lesson 4

Bonus: A Sleep Meditation For Resting In Safety & Receiving:

This gentle sleep meditation is an invitation to let your body rest while your nervous system integrates the themes of safety, trust, and receiving. As you drift toward sleep, you’ll be guided to soften vigilance, release the effort of holding it all together, and allow yourself to be supported by the night. There is nothing to achieve here. This practice supports deep rest, emotional settling, and the quiet remembering that you are allowed to receive care, ease, and nourishment, even while you sleep.
