Today we meditate for greater positive energy in our minds and in our hearts for greater good.

Let's begin.

Root down in your seat on earth.

Merge downward.

Lift upwards from your waist to the top of your head.

From your head towards the heavens.

Extend.

Begin to relax the insides of the shoulders.

Melting tensions down like ice to water.

Flowing downward through the arms,

Elbows,

And feeling the evaporation of water to gas,

Letting go.

Then rest your hands in the position offering peace inwardly and outwardly.

Release.

Next focus your eyes on the tip of your nose.

Then look past your nose to the floor.

And then lastly closing your eyes,

Totally relax all the skin around your eyes.

Taking the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth,

Relaxing your jaw.

Now offer your attention to your breath and its ever changing vibrational rhythms.

Feel the depth of your inhale and the length of your exhale.

Begin to sense the supple movements of your experience resting your main attention on the breath itself.

Stay curious,

Awake,

Observe.

Remember your breath is able to adjust to what is important in the moment.

And naturally when you start to think,

Simply start again by exhaling,

Sensing your vibrational rhythm of your breath.

Exhaling again.

And now setting your personal intention.

Silently recite your inner words,

Knowing in this precious moment,

This wonderful moment,

Every cell in your body is open and listening to your heart's wisdom.

VEL],

ChurchIt.

Take a moment to thank yourself,

Thank your teachers,

Your parents,

And everyone that supports you on this path.

Thank you.
