So I need to be aware of that which is hearing my voice.
The silent witness before your name that has no history,
That has no story.
It is just pure seeing itself.
It's also pure feeling itself.
It is that which feels the body and that which sees through the body.
Pure consciousness,
Pure witness.
Bring that all the way forward and drop everything else.
Drop all thought,
All history.
Know nothing about yourself.
Just be this witness.
It is the I,
The I am.
It is pure seeing.
And it's the loudest thing here.
It's the most obvious thing here.
It's you.
It's also oneness.
This seeing,
This feeling,
This pure consciousness that receives everything is also infused in everything.
There's nowhere you aren't.
You exist in all things.
That pure I,
The I of consciousness,
Of oneness,
Of God.
Feel how this I doesn't end.
There's no place that the I isn't.
Your mind can't help you here.
Let the mind just drop away.
There's no problem that it's here.
But it's just a passing cloud.
And you are the sky.
You are the I that sees and feels everything.
So we're gonna just take this I,
This witnessing,
And we're gonna flush it through the body.
Now it's already in the body.
It's not like you have to do anything here.
But we're just gonna sort of focus the I,
Right?
Just in the way that an I looks at something.
It's still capable of looking at the whole room,
But it's looking at the couch.
Same thing here.
It's an endless I.
It could look at everything.
It is looking at everything.
We're gonna focus it,
This vast I,
This vast consciousness,
On the head.
So it's very simple.
Feel your head.
Feel inside your head.
You might want to start with the back.
You could start with the front.
You could start with the top.
Feel the spine in the head that meets the brainstem.
Feel the skull.
Feel the swirling energy off the top of the head.
As you're simply feeling your head,
There's nothing to do.
You're just taking that vast,
Vast,
Vast witnessing,
That vast I,
What's looking,
And you're sensing your own head.
While you do this,
You may want to move.
In fact,
I can probably guarantee it.
If you really listen to your body,
Which is what this witnessing,
This sensing is doing,
Awareness itself,
The body is all tight from years and years.
We could also say lifetimes of not expressing itself,
Not moving itself,
Not being heard,
Not being witnessed.
So there are tight junctures.
There's tightness in our skull,
In our face,
In our brain.
So if you're willing,
Let your body move.
I'm letting mine move.
We have to be willing to be weird,
To let the body express themselves.
There might be sounds that come out.
There might be weird stretches and twists and turns.
You might feel like I did the other day,
Like twisting back and forth and back and forth rapidly,
Like a corkscrew.
We don't have to call that kundalini yoga.
We don't have to do any formal anything.
The body will show us what it wants.
But you got to go all the way in.
So in the same way that I asked you to come all the way forward,
Now go all the way into your head.
Feel the fullness of your skull from deep inside the brain through the skull out the top of the head.
From deep inside the back of the brain through the skull out the back and out the brainstem,
The very base of your head.
From deep inside the brain,
Inside your ears,
Through the front of your head,
The front of your skull and forehead.
Let your skull soften and relax and open.
Let your eye sockets soften.
Let your eyes liquefy.
When the body is witnessed,
It relaxes,
It feels safe.
Because you're with yourself.
You as pure consciousness are meant to love and connect with this body who's been profoundly neglected.
We weren't witnessed by the people in our lives and that's okay.
We're the one for the job.
So keep feeling your whole head.
Feel the back of your head all the way to the front.
Feel your cheekbones and the skull itself behind your nose.
Feel your jaw.
Let your jaw soften.
Feel the roof of your mouth.
Feel your teeth.
The more you just feel the body,
You witness the body,
You come in and all the way through the body,
So so intimate and close,
The more the mind calms itself.
The mind is desperate to protect this body.
But if you go and connect with the body,
Which is the easiest thing in the world to do actually,
It's a thousand times easier than following those thoughts,
Then the body feels safe and the mind as the faithful servant relaxes and can lay at your feet.
The mind is a servant,
It's not a master.
There's nothing for you there.
You,
You,
Pure consciousness,
Pure awareness,
Pure witnessing,
You hearing me,
You inhabiting your body,
You are the master.
You are God.
You are oneness.
You are not separate.
And the body has simply felt separate,
But we are going to show the body.
She,
He,
They are not separate.
So feeling through the whole face now.
From deep inside the head,
Through the face,
Out into the room,
Out through those walls again.
From deep inside the head,
Behind the eyes,
Out the back,
Out through the back of the eyes and let the head twist and turn and do whatever it needs to do.
If something releases in the head,
It may release through your feet or your hips as well.
That's very welcome.
If you want to stand up,
If you want to shake,
Meditation,
As Adyashanti says,
Is just simply not manipulating yourself.
That's all we're doing.
Doing in quotes,
We're just not manipulating ourselves.
So let your head do what it will.
Feel that you're completely and utterly inhabited in your head.
You can feel your whole head and you're feeling it and maybe even seeing it from the inside out.
So that eye of awareness is deep,
Deep,
Deep inside the head.
And then it sees all the way through,
It sees and feels all the way through the head.
And feel how 360 degrees around your head.
You feel all the way through the skull,
All the way through your hair follicles,
All the way out into the room and out into the street,
Feeling your whole head 360 degrees around.
Can you feel where the head begins and ends in reality?
Because now we're in reality.
We're not in your story of yourself,
The story of your body,
The story of your healing,
The story of your problems,
The story of what you have to work on.
There's no story here.
In reality,
Feel how you can,
Your head is,
Is endless.
Because it is.
There's no beginning and end to you.
There's an illusion of it,
There's a kind of gameplay of being a separate being.
And this separate being as an animal has natural boundaries,
And it says no to things,
And it does all of its animal things beautifully,
Beautifully well.
We need only listen to this being.
And that's what we're doing now.
We're deeply listening and feeling inside of ourselves.
And then this critter,
She will take care of herself very well.
She will only eat the food she wants to eat,
Hang out with the people she wants to hang out with.
And she will,
You know,
Hang up the phone on anybody she doesn't want to.
Because the body never sabotages itself.
Life doesn't sabotage itself.
That's only the codes that were artificially put in.
They're not real.
So she keeps coming out of the mind and feeling through the whole head,
All the way through the head,
Feeling how there's no separation between deep inside your head,
Through the skull,
Through the room,
Through the home walls,
Out into the street.
And again,
Let yourself move.
I'm going to continue to move.
Excuse the chair sounds.
And let this be very casual.
Don't,
Don't feel,
Don't be pious.
Don't be rigid.
Let,
Let your body move.
The body wants to move.
There are so many movements,
So many releases.
The word emotion just means energy in motion.
There are so many energetic releases we haven't allowed.
So as you're finally coming into the body and listening and feeling,
Let the releases happen.
Whatever they are,
It's all fine.
It could be sound.
You might want to do a headstand.
It doesn't matter.
It's all fine.
Let's move on to the neck.
And it's the same thing.
Let's feel deep,
Deep,
Deep inside the neck.
So the center of the neck,
Base of the throat,
Right in front of the spine,
Inside the spine.
Just feel you're there.
See and feel it.
This consciousness can go anywhere.
You,
Pure awareness,
Can go right in.
You can travel right in to the center of your throat,
Center of your neck.
And let your whole neck be supple,
Really supple.
Let the neck be flexible and supple.
Maybe you want to stretch it back and forth.
Feel an enormous release out the front of your throat.
Feel an enormous release out the back.
There are spirals of energy in the form of our chakras.
You don't have to know anything about them,
But they are moving.
They are spiraling out the front and out the back of your neck.
And you may want to follow that spiral.
That is,
Let your neck kind of swirl.
All this is,
Is a deep listening.
All this is,
Is an honoring of what already is.
You're not making your neck stretch.
You don't have any control here whatsoever.
All you,
Pure awareness,
Is doing is honoring what's here,
What's true.
Letting the body move itself,
Finally.
If your mind tries to complicate this,
Just drop it.
It's as simple as I'm saying.
Feel your neck and whatever the neck wants to do.
If it wants to be very still,
Great.
If it wants to stretch,
Great.
If it wants to moan,
Great.
If it wants to hang down like a rag doll,
Great.
If it wants to arch back,
Like a backbend,
Great.
How would you know?
Your story of you might have an agenda,
But you,
Pure awareness,
You're just listening.
You're just honoring.
And you meld with the body and let the body lead.
You're freeing yourself.
You're freeing yourself of all constructs,
All ideas of how you should be,
How you should be as a body.
They're all insane.
Just insane.
How is the body?
What does the body want in this moment?
What are they up to?
This is reparenting.
This is deep healing.
Good.
Feeling all through your head and all through your neck,
Including the base of the neck now.
And then we're going to move right in to the shoulders that are deeply connected here.
So the tops of the shoulders,
Those big bands of muscles that wrap around the shoulder joints,
The collarbone and underneath the collarbone and the scapula,
The shoulder blades,
Deep inside the joint,
Tops of the arms.
And what do your shoulders feel like doing?
Mine feel like doing a lot of stretching,
Kind of rocking back and forth.
To finally honor this body,
To really,
Really listen,
Is to be sort of awkward,
Is to allow unexpected things.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let gravity have them.
Let the reality of the body of physical life.
So all the muscles,
How do they feel?
What do they want?
All the bones,
How do they feel?
What do they want?
The tissues.
And then all the influences,
Right?
The chemical influences and the gravitational influences.
You might find while you're inside your scapula that you need more water.
Come down underneath the collarbone into the sternum.
Let the sternum dissolve.
Go inside your bones.
Peel your bones.
They're hollow bones.
They're made of air.
Made of air and water.
Really,
Really the base space,
Pure space,
Pure nothingness.
99.
999% space in that sternum of yours.
Feel the elemental qualities of who you are,
Who you really are.
And feel the ribcage,
The whole ribcage now.
It wraps all the way around.
It provides beautiful protection to your organs.
It's an awesome,
Awesome thing that does its job for you.
You don't have to hold on to your heart.
You don't have to hold on to your lungs.
Let the ribs do that for you.
Let your body do its work for you.
You don't have to manage your body.
Stop being a manager.
Manage nothing.
Let the body be out of control.
Maybe you feel like deep exhales.
Maybe you feel again like stretching or twisting.
Come deep,
Deep,
Deep inside your chest now.
So feel your spine.
Feel every vertebrae of your spine.
Feel the spinal cord.
Feel the energetic lines.
Feel your nervous system.
Don't have a story about it.
Feel your lungs.
Feel your heart.
Feel your whole chest.
Feel in between your ribs.
Feel the beating of your heart.
Feel your whole heart and lungs unlocked.
Like you just opened a door and they're just unlocked.
You can cry,
You can move.
There's nothing to hold on to there.
See and feel it all.
Feel every single corner.
If there's pain,
Go right into it.
Pain is just a story.
Don't buy the story about your pain.
Don't buy any story about pain or tightness.
Don't give it a name.
Just go into it.
Healing is doing this.
Witnessing and feeling yourself.
Inhabiting your body.
Feel the tissues that connect into your arms.
Feel your upper arm bones.
Feel your lower arms.
Feel your elbows.
Feel inside the bones.
Feel all the way from inside the bones through the skin and out into the room again.
Feel the wrists.
Feel the hands and the palms.
Feel every little bone of the hands.
Feel how those bones are made of air.
Feel how your nail beds are alive.
Feel the aliveness of your hands,
The aliveness of your arms,
The aliveness of your torso,
Your chest,
Your neck,
Your head.
It's all just energy in space.
And there's nothing to fear about feeling your body.
The mind,
Time,
Stories,
They've said so much.
It's that we have so many ideas about our bodies.
Drop them all.
Drop them all.
You don't know anything about it.
You just are gonna be with you.
Feel the aliveness,
The aliveness of your whole chest,
Of your pulsing hands,
Of your pulsing heart,
Of the lungs breathing on their own.
There's nothing stagnant about you.
Even that spot that feels really,
Really dense in your chest,
Go right in there.
It's not stagnant either.
It was just a story.
Your whole body is alive with life force.
You are life force itself.
So feeling all through your chest now,
Coming down to the bottom of the chest in the back.
So that's gonna be kind of the back of the solar plexus right under your ribs.
Feel that and I want you to feel that just blast open.
Back of your heart and then back of your solar plexus,
Your back body.
Just open.
Just air it out like opening windows,
Opening doors out the back of your body.
While you're doing that,
You can do that out the back of your neck as well and out the back of your head,
Right out that back part of your skull.
Just blast it open.
Don't be cautious.
You don't need to be cautious.
That's just fear with a polite face.
Open your body.
Let your body be opened.
It wants to open.
So all out the back and then all out the front.
I want you to feel out the front of your forehead.
Just open that third eye.
Boom.
Open.
From deep inside your head,
Open the front of your forehead.
Between your eyebrows,
Right there.
Open.
I'm gonna do that from inside your neck.
Deep inside the neck,
Out the front of the neck,
Open.
From deep inside the heart,
Out the front through the sternum.
And then from deep inside the solar plexus,
Underneath the ribcage,
Out the front of the solar plexus.
Just open.
Let your body continue to move.
I'm pretty regularly stretching here.
Just feeling how the body wants to move.
Feeling what it wants.
If it's very still,
That's fine too.
Feel your whole solar plexus melted open.
No thought needed here.
Just sensing yourself.
Being with yourself.
Merging with yourself.
As pure witnessing consciousness.
Pure immortal awareness.
Fully inhabiting this body now.
Like you've never felt your solar plexus before.
Feel the level of power there.
It's a powerhouse.
That is the center of your power in many ways.
It's loud,
That solar plexus.
Let it be loud.
Let it pulse.
Let it be big.
Take up space in your solar plexus.
This is where you're willing to be a bitch,
Be a dick.
Land in your solar plexus.
You've got guts.
Be in them.
Now starting to come down into your belly a little bit more from the solar plexus.
Really feeling your whole belly.
Let your belly just be really deeply inhabited.
And you might feel some pain.
You might feel some nausea.
That's fine.
Go right into the nausea.
Go right into the depths of your belly.
Wherever it feels like there's some density or some pain.
Awareness can go right in.
Go right in.
Like it's a burning building and you are going in.
You are going to save yourself.
You are going to inhabit yourself.
You are not leaving yourself behind.
You are not leaving this being behind.
You are the one for the job.
Nobody else is going to save you.
Nobody else is going to recover you.
Only you.
Feeling the whole belly and then feeling the back behind the belly as well.
The mid-back.
Let the belly be nice and soft and open all the way around.
Again,
360 degrees around and then deep inside the belly as well.
Good.
Feel how all through your belly,
All through all the organs and then coming down into your intestines and the lower belly,
The kidneys,
The stomach,
Up above.
All through the whole belly.
Feel how you can feel all through it.
Then feel through the skin and again out into the room,
Out through the walls,
Out to the trees outside.
There isn't a separation there.
You are an energetic tree.
You are 100% connected with the ecosystems,
The one ecosystem of this world.
Then you are 100% connected to the worlds beyond this one.
There is no separation.
Then you are feeling that now.
You are sensing that now.
You are realizing that now through the belly.
It's a direct realization.
It's not a belief system.
We don't need belief here.
We don't need the mind at all.
We just go sense it for ourselves.
Where's the separation?
There isn't one.
Sensing the whole belly and through the belly and then down into the pelvis.
Again,
Moving if you feel like moving.
Feel the lower back,
The top of the pelvis,
Under the belly button,
The whole sacral area.
Let everything start to soften.
The tops of the hips,
Let them soften.
Deep inside the pelvis,
Feel that.
Feel your whole sacral area,
Your whole pelvis open and soften like a flower.
Put your awareness,
You,
Pure awareness right in the middle of the pelvis and then let it just flow through the hips.
Flow through the sides of your hips.
Flow through the back of your hips.
Flow through your tailbone.
Flow through the front and your pubic bone.
May all the bones just liquefy and open,
Turn to dust.
Feel how your whole pelvis is soft and open and merged with your chair,
With the ground.
Feel how the pelvis goes down into the earth.
There's an energetic line that flowing many lines from your pelvis down into the earth,
Through your legs down into the earth.
You don't have to do anything for that.
You don't have to plug yourself in.
You're already plugged in.
All you're doing is witnessing and feeling that connectedness.
And letting,
Just allowing your body to just be.
Allow your body to relax so much.
It's never been this relaxed before.
It's never been this safe and open before.
It's in the safe loving hands of you now.
The one hand,
The hand of God,
Of you,
Of goddess,
Of source,
Of pure consciousness.
That's where we're safe,
Held in our true selves.
So like a baby,
Let your pelvis just soften and open,
Be held in the arms of you.
Feeling through the pelvis,
Letting the pelvis move if it wants to.
And then from inside the pelvis,
The tops of the legs and the bones,
Those upper bones,
The muscle groups,
The tissues,
Those connective tissues,
So beautifully doing their job.
You don't have to help them.
Again,
You're just dropping being a manager of your body,
Letting your body just be.
All you're doing is loving this body by inhabiting her,
Inhabiting him,
Inhabiting them,
Feeling every tissue all through the upper legs and from inside those bones,
Through the muscles,
Through the skin and out.
Whatever the pelvis wants to do,
Let it do it.
Whatever the legs want to do,
Let them.
You're letting your body be in its full expression.
Feel the knees,
Feel the tissues of the knees,
Feel deep inside the joint,
Feel your shin bones and your calf muscles and the skin of your lower legs.
Soften your whole,
All your legs,
Let your legs be so soft and open,
Relaxed and safe.
Feel your ankles and your feet and the arches of your feet in between your toes and your nail beds of your toes.
Feel the aliveness of your feet,
The tops of your feet,
The heels.
Your feet are buzzing with energy.
They may be achy.
Go right into the ache.
Feel it.
All pain,
All achiness,
All nausea,
All senses are invitations.
Pain is an invitation to come closer.
That's what it's saying.
Honor it.
Good.
Here's this vast,
Vast witnessing consciousness,
You,
What's looking.
It is now fully flushing through the body.
It's feeling the whole body.
It's vibrating with the body.
It's enjoying this body.
Feel all of your body now.
Everything,
The feet,
The legs,
Pelvis,
Belly,
That solar plexus,
The heart,
The back of the heart,
The whole chest,
The ribs,
The arms,
The shoulders,
Back body,
Those hands,
Those wrists,
Those fingers,
Super relaxed,
Coming up to the base of the neck and all through the neck,
The head,
Back of the head,
Front of the head,
Front of the face,
All through the face,
Top of the head.
Let yourself be a rag doll,
Allowing life to flow through.
Inhabit yourself as that rag doll.
Fully feel inside your rag doll.
It comes alive.
You are the operator now.
You don't have strings attached somewhere else being puppeted.
Now you're inhabiting this being,
And they don't have any strings.
You're awake in the game,
Awake in your avatar,
Awake in your in your Sims character,
But it's real.
It's not an illusion.
It's not a video game.
It's aliveness.
It's multidimensional beingness.
This is you awake inside your avatar,
Awake inside your body,
Awake inside this being.
So feel all the channels opened up.
I'm going to invite you to open your eyes.
And continue to feel your whole body.
Feel your belly,
Feel your chest,
Feel the back of your head,
Feel your tailbone,
Feel your legs and your feet.
Stay steady inside that pure consciousness that's just sensing and feeling itself.
Feel how the whole body is one big sense organ,
And how that sensory experience is beyond the body.
Feel into the seat you're in.
Feel through those walls.
Look and feel through the walls,
Through the out into those trees in front of you maybe.
Feel behind yourself,
Through your spine,
Through that wall.
Feel from inside the pelvis,
Through the tailbone and down into the earth.
Where do you begin and end?
You'd have to go to thought.
Don't go there.
Don't go there.
Don't have any idea of yourself.
Just enjoy sensing and feeling,
Seeing this oneness.
There's only oneness.
And this body is a channel for that oneness.
And the more you inhabit this body,
Come out of time,
The more this channel opens.
And cool,
Cool shit comes through.
There's no need to refer to time again.
You don't have to.
You don't need to do that to run your day.
See if it'll run itself.
See if the next moment shows itself without you planning for it.
