Welcome.

Please make sure you are in a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Make sure you're warm and that you feel supported.

As you bring awareness into your breath,

Feel how that supports you.

Feel the shallowness or the depth of your breath at this moment,

And just let it be there.

We'll change the breath soon enough.

Please simply breathe.

And continue simply breathing without changing the breath,

But just bring awareness to the breath as it moves through your nostrils.

And more specifically,

Now please follow your breath from the tip of the nostril up to the place between your eyebrows and back down.

Continue following your breath.

Inhale from the tip of the nostrils to the place between your eyebrows.

Exhale back down to the tip of the nostril.

We'll continue there for about another minute.

And then please rest awareness at that space between your eyebrows.

We will stay here for the next minute,

Just feeling a softness lingering from here.

On our inhale,

We'll draw awareness from this place between the eyebrows into the midbrain and exhale back out to the space between the eyebrows on exhale.

So inhale,

Drawing energy and awareness into the midbrain,

The true third eye center,

And exhale back out to the space between the eyebrows on exhale.

Please continue here two minutes,

Drawing yourself more fully inward,

Creating more awareness,

Energy and capacity in your midbrain.

One more minute.

And now please rest in your midbrain,

In the space where you are collecting energy.

Stay in that space.

And in this dark space,

See or sense yourself standing in the darkness,

Nothing seemingly around you,

But the potential is there,

Standing in the void.

And as you stand there in the darkness,

You open your eyes and you turn around as the sun breaks through the horizon.

First daylight,

Daybreak,

And as the sunlight grows,

You take in the landscape,

The seascape.

What do you see?

Notice the vivid colors,

The texture.

Have you been here before?

Does this place exist?

Or is it only in your imagination?

Taking in this landscape,

Seascape,

Whatever it is that surrounds you,

Begin to walk.

When you look down,

Notice what it is you're walking on.

Again,

Take in every detail.

Is it soft earth?

Is it sand?

Is it hard rock?

Just let it come to you.

Let the images form.

Continue to walk,

Taking in the sights.

And on your left,

See a gorgeous tree.

Notice how big the trunk is,

How deep the roots flow,

But also how the branches reach toward the sky,

Taking in every detail of this tree and what kind of tree it is.

Go ahead and walk so that you're underneath the tree and take your seat.

Take a look at this view from underneath your tree and just gaze at this inspiring scene.

This is a place that inspires,

Incites calm,

And you can return to it at any time.

Please bring your hands into your heart center and bow your head slightly,

Bowing to the memory of this happy place,

Into your vivid imagination,

And how things can come alive if you let them.

Namaste.
