Arrive in this moment fully,
Gather all your scattered parts from the past,
From the future and arrive here in this moment.
See through the enchantment of the past and arrive here.
See through the imagination of the future as merely non-existent and arrive here.
And when you do arrive,
Recognize the texture of what is here,
Whatever is here.
Does it have the same memory or imagination texture of the past and the future or is this real?
It's one of those things,
If you try to grab it,
It becomes the past.
But the reality in question cannot be denied.
Can you see that?
The floating thoughts are nothing more than thoughts that we grant reality to them by believing them.
I don't want you to believe this moment,
I want you to see it as real.
Beliefs are for fools.
When you arrive in this moment,
Everything else comes to a pause.
The fast-moving train suddenly has brakes hit on it and it comes to a stop.
The train of thoughts,
The train of past and future.
All problems disappear in this moment.
Yes this moment might be difficult to experience but for it to become a problem it has to become the past first.
Problems are for the realm of the mind,
Difficulty is what belongs to life sometimes.
Thoughts have to be loud,
They have to be repetitive,
They have to be colorful and diverse for you to believe them.
Reality is obvious,
This moment is so transparent,
So hidden that we ignore it.
Believing our thoughts,
Believing the label of problems,
Constantly being lost in the past or the future is merely a habit.
Notice that you are bigger than your habit.
Right now you are in this moment,
On the sharp edge of this moment where the past and future are non-existent,
Not in theory but as an experience.
There's only two things that exist in this moment,
You and your experience,
You and the unfolding.
And see that if you think,
You can't think about this moment,
This moment has to become the past for you to think about it.
Yet my words are being heard and understood so spontaneously and easily in this moment.
The over-abused faculty of thinking can be rested.
If you are feeling uncomfortable,
It's bound to happen.
Our bodies are used to being strung along to the past and future,
That staying here is not comfortable.
Endure the discomfort.
Notice that your breath is in this moment.
The sound of my voice is in this moment.
Your bodily sensations including the discomfort are in this moment.
Even the thoughts and images that are flashing on the screen of your mind are in this moment.
But unfortunately we get carried away by the content of our thoughts.
You know this experience that we are always having can be understood with an analogy.
Imagine watching a movie on an app on your TV,
Streaming.
If you don't like something you can always move it ahead,
If you missed something you can move it behind.
And now imagine watching this movie in the theater.
There is no pausing,
There is no moving back,
There is no moving forward.
It's moving at a pace.
For you to enjoy the movie,
For you to watch the movie,
You have to be present to it.
That's what keeps on happening in this moment.
The movie of life is unfolding.
But this streaming app like interface of our mind gives us an illusion that we are going back and forth in the movie.
Whereas the movie is going on and we are not available to it.
And the worst part is we don't even know it,
That we are not available to it.
The beauty,
The depth,
The unknown of what is going to happen in this moment is not that interesting to us anymore.
The stale,
The known is what we love,
The drama and we keep replaying it.
We keep encouraging it,
We keep going to the show voluntarily.
And even though we are suffering,
We can't seem to let go.
And just like I said,
Problems can only exist in the past,
Suffering can only exist in the past or the future.
In this moment,
It can only be difficult,
That too sometimes.
Most of the times,
It's beautiful.
Stay in this moment with me.
Let your presence shine in this moment.
Let the sound of my voice shine in this moment.
Instead of predicting or fearing what might happen,
Be open to what is happening.
If you see the grandiose of this moment where life is simply unfolding,
You might be humbled at the enormity of what is happening every moment.
The simple act and the simple fact of hearing,
Feeling,
Looking.
It's happening so fast,
So effortlessly,
So spontaneously that you can't touch it.
When you touch it,
It becomes ash,
It becomes dead.
When you are in this moment,
There is no room for suffering.
Everything that is happening in this moment is utterly unpredictable.
I have no idea what my next words are going to be.
You have no idea what my next words are going to be.
But no matter what happens in this moment,
The moment continues and you continue.
Just like you have continued all these decades.
You might realize that this moment is like a magic box.
Everything is appearing.
Questions are appearing.
Answers are appearing.
Feelings are appearing.
Tastes are appearing.
Sounds are appearing.
Images are appearing.
You are not appearing or disappearing here.
The moment and you are one.
Notice that the mind cannot be in this moment.
The mind can only exist in the past or the future.
And the moment can only exist now.
It cannot exist in the past or the future.
You can only exist now,
Not in the past or the future.
All your experience,
All sights,
Sounds,
Tastes,
Textures,
Smells,
Feelings,
Sensations,
Thoughts only exist in this moment.
For something to become right or wrong,
The moment has to pass and become past.
Verify these words.
Without thinking,
See them.
See the truth in them.
All judgments,
All categorizations,
All labels,
All likes,
All dislikes are not about this moment,
Can never be about this moment.
This quality of abstraction,
Of taking a snapshot of this now and rendering it after it has passed,
This quality of our mind has become a source of our suffering.
Not because of the quality itself but our believing of that image,
That snapshot,
That rendering as this moment itself.
But once you see it for what it is,
It stops being a problem.
Everything stops being a problem.
All we have to do is arrive in this moment,
When we are lost and to stay here.
Every time we suffer,
It's a call to notice where are we dwelling.
Are we dwelling in this moment or have we taken off?
Arrive and stay in this moment.
Thank you.
