This visualisation is to bring in calm and peace when we can feel out of balance during our Autumn season. PMS can feel a strain and struggle but when we lean into the knowledge that it is giving us feedback about something we need to change in life or align with. This meditation and visualisation provide a much-needed pause when we feel PMS.

Allowing yourself to take this moment for you.

To know that it is important at all times in your cycle to bring in this love,

This self love,

This rest and restore.

Taking a moment to breathe in through the nose and down into the belly.

Exhaling onto the bed,

Into the chair,

Onto the floor,

Wherever it is that you find yourself.

Remembering that this time that you're taking for yourself is as important as the time that you take to do all the things that you need to do.

And right now this list,

This doing,

This busy is not the priority.

The priority is you and your mood and your feelings and your self worth and filling up your cup.

Breathe here,

In through the nose,

Down into the belly and start to tap into the womb space simply to say hey,

Simply to check in.

Breathe.

What's coming up for you?

What's arising?

Is it that the womb space is feeling tired?

Is it that your mind is still whirring and you're struggling to tune in?

Is it that your womb is saying that she's feeling creative but needs this time for this expansion?

What is coming to you?

I want you to repeat this mantra while bringing in some self love today.

Placing one hand on the womb space,

One hand on the heart and repeating this mantra.

I am worthy of the feelings that are rising for me.

I am worthy of feeling in to these feelings that are arising for me.

I am worthy of feeling in to these emotions that are arising for me.

Feeling in to that space that you have created.

And the next mantra.

I deserve to be heard.

I deserve to be heard.

I deserve to be heard.

Breathing in,

Breathing in to this space.

Into the thoughts and the feelings that may arise at this point as you're giving yourself this space.

Breathing down into the body.

Relaxing the shoulders away from the ears.

Dropping into this space.

And now taking a moment longer to repeat another mantra.

I deserve to fill up my cup first because I cannot pour from an empty cup.

Breathing in to that.

Settling down further into this space.

Bringing in this visualisation of some self love that you need right now.

Breathing in to the heart space.

Imagining that in the heart space there's this pink light and with every breath this pink light glows and grows.

And suddenly it glows and grows so brightly that it's filling the whole of your chest and your heart space,

Feeding off the oxygen you're providing through the breath.

And now this glowing light begins to spread down from the heart space into the womb.

Underneath your hands,

Filling your womb space.

Reminding yourself that you are a cyclical being who deserves this rest and restore cycle and that when the feelings become too much,

When everything feels overwhelming in the autumn season to remember to value that feedback,

To bring in further love,

To bring in further safety into the body,

Into the womb space,

To slow down,

To pull back,

To allow the emotions to move through you,

To know that you are okay,

You are loved.

And now allowing this pink light to pour out down the cervix through the yoni into mother earth giving her anything that you need to give her right now,

Fears,

Stresses,

Worries,

Overwhelm,

Giving it to her to take,

To hold you,

To support you at this time,

Remembering and reminding you to ask for love and to ask for support at the times when you need it and even in the times when you don't,

Just as a reminder,

Reminding you that you're always held and always loved,

Darling one.

And you can lie here allowing that pink light to remain glowing for as long as you need.

In your own time,

You can allow this to fade,

Knowing that your own inner light shines whenever you need it,

Right there in your heart space.

Loving you,

Darling one.

Loving you.
