Welcome to your deep sleep meditation.
Just find yourself in a comfortable position and gently close the eyes.
Just set the intention to relax and release into a deep rest.
Start to feel your body and start to connect with the natural flow of your breath.
Just breathing in nice and naturally as you inhale and exhale through the nose.
Just take this moment to let go of everything that has happened through the day.
It's time to let go of all of the worries and all of the stress.
Just feeling the breath as you inhale and exhale.
Just starting to notice as you exhale,
Body starts to relax.
As you breathe in and out,
Start to release any tension through the body.
Just breathe and release any emotions in the body.
Just breathe and let go.
Now gently scanning through the body,
You're going to release any tension and tightness and start to relax.
So just breathing nice and naturally,
Just taking your awareness and your breath to the top of your head.
Just release any tightness,
Any tension in the scalp.
Just relaxing and softening all the muscles in the back of the neck.
Gently taking your awareness to your shoulders.
Just take this moment to soften and relax your shoulders.
Just breathe and let go.
Gently flowing down the arms.
Relaxing all the muscles in your arms and taking this awareness to your hands,
To your fingers.
Just gently allow them to soften and relax.
Just breathe as your hands just melt away.
Gently taking this awareness up into your back.
Just breathing nice and gently.
Just start to release each vertebrae in the spine.
Just allow all of your muscles to relax.
Just soften and let go.
Taking your awareness into your hips.
Just breathe as you let go of any tension or stress.
Just softening your hips and your sit bones.
Allowing this awareness to flow down through your legs.
Just flowing through your thighs,
Through your calves,
Through your ankles and gently down into the soles of your feet.
Taking a nice steady inhale.
Just exhale,
Just start to let go.
Just imagine that all of the muscles in your body are melting away.
Bringing this awareness up at the front of your body again.
Just taking a nice soft inhale into the belly.
Just gently releasing the breath.
Allowing your chest to relax.
Just breathing into your neck as you let go.
Now relaxing your jaw.
Just taking your focus and your awareness to your face.
As you breathe and let go,
All the muscles in your cheeks just relax and soften.
Relaxing your nose.
Now taking your awareness to your eyes.
Just feeling your eyes become nice and heavy.
Relaxing all the muscles around the eyebrows.
Just taking a nice soft inhale.
Just exhale,
Relax your forehead.
Completely let go.
Just release and relax the mind.
Let go of all the thoughts and all of the sounds.
Just notice that space in between the thoughts.
Slowing down,
Just allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper.
As you let go and relax,
Just allow the rhythm of your breath to take you deeper and deeper.
As you sink away into relaxation,
You are safe,
You are supported,
You are loved.
Just allow your breath to take you deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Your breath is cleansing you and healing you in this moment.
Simply let go.
Rest.
