Hi I'm Natasha and these five-minute mantras are just for you.

Try listening to them in the morning as soon as you wake up and they will support your conscious mind in your choice to face your fears.

I am making a conscious decision to face my fears.

Fear gives me clarity.

Fear helps me focus.

Fear helps me prioritize.

Fear pushes me into action.

I overcome my fear by embracing change.

I accept that life changes.

Changing direction gets me where I want to be.

I accept when I cannot change a situation I can change myself.

I see change as an opportunity to grow.

I search my soul to grow.

I dive deep.

I'm honest with myself.

I'm aware of how I need to grow.

I accept growth.

I desire growth.

I see growth as freeing myself from where I was once stuck.

I connect to others to help me grow.

Asking for advice makes me strong.

I have a strong character.

I am happy with change.

When I step outside of my comfort zone I see what I am capable of.

When I am challenged by something it is unfamiliar I know I will grow.

I accept struggle so I can progress.

I accept hurdles to show me how much I've grown.

I handle anything life throws at me.

I keep everything in perspective.

I relish doing new things.

I shine a light on my resistance.

I dig deep and understand where this has come from.

I accept this as outdated behavior.

There is no failure only growth.

I accept uncertainty.

Other people's reactions or opinions are not of interest to me.

I accept pleasing others as the role of my ego.

I quiet my ego and listen to my higher self.

I surround myself with positive people.

I am capable.

I impress myself.

I improve my life.

I accept challenges.

Challenges are welcome.

They're tests of my ability.

I don't see challenges as a way to fail.

I have upgraded my beliefs.

As I grow from every challenge I rise up to meet my challenges and this ensures my success.

Everything challenging is an opportunity for me to rise.

I love finding solutions to my challenges.

Challenges open stores for me.

Challenges make me feel alive.

I easily overcome challenges.

My capabilities increase every day.

I love learning new things to grow.

I learn new things about myself.

The lessons I need to learn make me who I am.

I accept imperfection.
