Hello,

Welcome to this safe space where you can just be.

I'm so happy you're here.

To start,

Find yourself a comfortable spot.

Let your spine lengthen enough so you feel supported.

Let your breath come and go like waves on a shore.

Close your eyes if you can,

And take a deep breath in with me,

Inhale,

Hold it at the top,

And let it all go,

Landing softly in this moment.

See if you can find a bit more ease.

Perhaps you can soften your jaw,

Relax your shoulders,

And shrug off whatever you need to.

You see,

The world at times can feel unkind,

It can move too fast,

Ask too much,

And forget how tender your heart truly is.

But here,

Here in this quiet space,

You don't have to be strong,

You don't have to hold it all together.

You just have to be with you.

No,

Not the version of you who smiles to keep the peace.

Not the one who wears the mask,

Who performs,

Who shrinks or stretches just to be accepted.

But the real you,

The one who exists beneath all the rules,

The one who feels so deeply,

Who yearns to be fully known,

Who aches to be seen without filters or armor.

This is your return back to the one who has always been with you.

The one who has walked with you through it all.

The one who deserves your gentlest care.

You.

I invite you to place your left hand on your heart.

This is your feminine,

The nurturer within.

Take a slow,

Loving breath to really tune into her.

Now place your right hand over your belly.

This is your masculine,

The grounded protector.

Take another slow,

Solid breath to tune into him.

Feel yourself held by yourself as you breathe gracefully,

Soft in,

Long out.

Find a breathing pace that soothes your spirit,

Ensuring your exhale is longer than your inhale.

Gently speak these words aloud or within,

Letting each one echo deep through your body.

Recite,

I see you,

For the parts of you that have gone unseen,

For the quiet aches,

The spoken dreams,

I see you,

Say I feel you,

For the truth that lives beneath the surface,

For the feelings you've tucked away to survive,

I will not leave you for the vow you make now,

To stay,

To honor.

I will not leave you,

To never self-abandon,

I will not leave you,

Proclaim,

I forgive you,

For the choices made in fear,

I forgive you,

For the times you didn't know how to love yourself,

I forgive you,

Proclaim,

I release you,

From the shame that was never yours,

I release you,

From the story that said you had to be perfect to be worthy,

I release you,

I come home to you,

Not to erase the past,

But to hold it with kindness,

I come home to you,

And begin again,

I come home to you,

In this sacred silence,

Allow your innermost self to speak to you,

Listen,

Receive this deeply,

Breathe into your belly and your heart,

You're masculine and feminine,

Feel the rise and fall beneath your hands,

Let this serve as your reminder,

You are already whole,

There is no peace missing,

No par unworthy,

Only layers waiting to be loved,

Into the light,

Still,

Present,

With yourself,

Wait until your nervous system softens,

Until something deep inside,

Exhales and says,

Thank you,

And when you feel cold,

Wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers,

Slowly begin to open,

Carry this knowing with you,

In the stillness,

I am sorry Oana,going to start with "negative" part first. Photo/picture from /off you with this meditation is too much,and for me a bit inappropriate. I know how you want to stand "out" perhaps thinking that's why you maybe come up with this photo. If people were to chose your meditation because of this photo it's for the wrong reasons,and I believe you don't need it either. You are very much so beautiful but your character with all your meditations I participated so far in (and listened to) (which are really a lot ) iis even a lot better and even more ground breaking your inner beauty is unlimited. That being said it's your life and meditation,for me this photo would be suited more on Bumble something like than Insight Timer. I hope you don't take this the wrong way and see why I came up with this point of view. I love you and your work here for a very long time already so. As for meditation it sef ,I really loved it as usual,it's absolutely magnificent and very insightful and a great experience.
