Beautiful soul,
This guided meditation is simply an invitation for you to join me to tune into your breath,
Tune into this moment,
And give yourself the ease and the comfort that you've been seeking.
We're going to be doing a three-part breath,
Inhaling from your belly,
Then your chest,
And then exhaling fully.
It's going to sound a little like this.
It is in the moments when we close our eyes,
We tune into our heart,
That we can begin to fully feel what it is that we've been feeling.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Oftentimes we procrastinate going to bed,
We procrastinate our meditation,
Because we're afraid to be in touch with ourselves,
Afraid of being alone,
Afraid of what it'll mean to feel these feelings.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
You're a beautiful person.
You deserve all the good in the world.
Sometimes our lives feel upside down,
Like nothing is going right.
This is not an indication to give up,
Or that something has gone wrong.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Life is a continuous cycle of movement,
Like waves.
Allow emotions,
Allow problems,
Allow the good and the bad to come.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Things don't often seem to make sense when you're going through them.
Life can feel like a tumultuous storm,
And being at the center can be extremely disorienting.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
But if you can begin to be the refuge that you're seeking,
If you can begin to be the kindest person you know to yourself.
.
.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
You can give yourself the comfort that you've been seeking,
And you'll begin to see that the enjoyment is very simple,
And that your external reality needs not changing for you to feel that.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Placing one hand on your heart,
Another hand on your belly,
We're going to be taking three mindful breaths here.
Deep breath in through your nose,
Holding it at the top,
Now exhaling slowly from your mouth.
Two more.
Deep breath in from your nose,
Two more.
Deep breath in from your nose,
Holding it at the top,
Exhaling slowly from your mouth.
Last one here.
Taking a deep inhale into your nose,
Holding it at the top,
Exhaling slowly from your mouth.
And now taking this ease,
Calm,
And joy into your day.
