Notice thought of the past without judgment.
Then perhaps label it,

Let it go like dropping a heavy bag or releasing a helium balloon or pop it like a bubble by labeling it,

If it arises during meditation,
Notice it without judgment,
But don't follow it.
Let it be unimportant right now.
Perhaps label it,
Speculation,
Things to do,
Worry.
Then let it go like a car passing by while you remain seated comfortably on a park bench.
Let it pass right by you.
Anchor your awareness in this now.
Can you allow this simple now to be enough?
Can you allow yourself to be this space,
Allowing the contents of this now to simply be?
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Be fully conscious of each abundant full inhale.
Be fully conscious with every sensation as you exhale completely.
Relax.
Bring your awareness to your inner body.
Can you feel the subtle vibration of energy animating your existence?
Beyond your flesh is the light of your being enlivening your body.
Beyond your heart is the light of your being,
The force of energy which beats your heart.
Can you listen for the subtle vibration of your inner body like a loyal puppy waiting at the door for the return of a loved one?
Listen with every aspect of your awareness for this subtle vibration.
