Hello everyone for this meditation.
I felt called today to meditate on our multi-dimensional health that I think that we have to look at different areas in our life to feel healthy.
So what is health?
For me of course as a nutrition coach,
Meditation coach,
Yoga and Pilates teacher,
For me health is a big topic and we cannot just look at one area in our life to feel healthy.
There's everything coming together.
So I wanted to invite you today to think about your own health and to connect with your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit and see what health is for you.
So whenever you're ready I invite you to find your comfortable seat,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Closing your eyes if that's comfortable for you.
Just sit for a moment,
Sink in into this present moment,
Just listen to the sound of the tuning fork for a moment.
Coming in and settling in your seat and your body in this moment.
Recognizing where you are,
Recognizing your breathing,
Recognizing you're alive.
I am alive.
Allow yourself to connect deeper with your breath.
The first thing when we come alive into this world we take an inhale.
Now take an inhale as if it is your first.
Really feeling this deep breath coming into your nose,
Into your chest,
Into your heart,
Setting you alive.
I'm alive.
Just being aware of the breath and knowing that through the breath I am alive.
Breathing in deeply,
Breathing out slowly,
Being alive.
Breathing in deeply,
Feeling life coming into your chest,
Breathing out relaxing.
I am alive.
Just focus on the breath for a moment and knowing with each breath you are alive.
I'm breathing in,
I'm breathing out,
I'm breathing in life,
I'm breathing out and relax.
A couple of more breaths,
Taking in life,
Prana,
Life force energy,
Being connected with yourself,
With your life,
With your body,
Being connected with your mind,
Being connected with your emotions,
Focusing on the breath,
Deepening the breath and connecting with yourself,
Realizing I am alive.
Again take a deep breath,
Breathing the space in your heart and your chest,
Creating space inside of you,
For you,
Creating space for more life.
And again start to focus on your whole body,
Scanning your body,
The physical body from head to toe.
Just scan the body,
How alive,
How healthy does your body feel,
Looking at your physical health while you're scanning your body from head down over your shoulders,
Your torso,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Internally your physical body,
The organs.
Just scan for a moment,
How do you feel your physical health,
Just looking without judging,
What does health mean for you?
How do you feel when you are healthy?
Maybe there's a body part that doesn't feel healthy,
Just observe that,
How does that feel?
And then look at a different body part that feels healthy,
Just observe.
So overall how do you feel when you're healthy?
It is health something,
You currently invest your time into,
Invest money,
How much are you invested in your health?
How do you know that what you are doing for your health is right for you?
Breathing in,
I'm alive.
Breathing in,
I would relax.
I invite you to send gratitude to all your body parts and accepting the whole body,
How it feels right now.
If it feels healthy,
If it not feels healthy,
Bringing in gratitude for this body,
Giving you signs where you can improve.
Being in communication with the body through health,
Again acknowledging all body parts,
Healthy or not healthy,
Being grateful for having this body,
For being in communication with the body,
For understanding the body.
Take a deep breath and with the next exhalation send life into each cell of your body,
Into your physical body.
I invite you to bring the awareness to your mental health.
How healthy do you feel mentally?
And without judging,
Just observe and bring in gratitude and compassion for yourself,
Taking care of yourself.
And notice how you can use your breath to slow your thoughts down,
To calm your mind and to tap into gratitude and compassion.
And again if there's one thought that comes back often which is not necessary,
What if you could let go of this thought so that you have more mental peace.
Bring this thought in front of you,
Send gratitude and compassion to this thought.
When you're ready send this thought off with an exhalation.
Take a deep breath in,
I am alive.
Breathing out,
Relaxing.
Now I invite you to bring the awareness to your emotional health.
How healthy do you feel emotionally?
What feeling would you like to shift?
What emotion would you like to shift?
And if this feeling or emotion is connected to a body part,
Where do you feel it?
And again acknowledge it.
Send gratitude and compassion into this emotion,
Into this feeling and thinking for this communication.
What can you learn from this emotion?
What can you do to shift this emotion?
Maybe for now just look at it,
Acknowledge it.
Sending in gratitude and compassion and trusting that this can shift.
Again breathe into this area where you feel this emotion,
Breathe into this emotion and exhale,
Relax.
I invite you to bring the awareness to your spiritual health.
What does spiritual health mean for you?
Is there something greater than you,
You believe in,
You're connected to?
And what if you could connect deeper with this higher force,
With the divine power,
The divine power inside of you?
Just scan your energy now in and around you.
How could you tap into this divine power?
Where can you feel it inside of you?
What do you need to connect more often with this power?
Maybe for now just use the breath,
Breathing in,
Connecting with this divine power inside of you.
And exhale,
Relax.
And again look at all pillars of health,
Physical health,
Mental health,
Emotional health,
Spiritual health.
What does health mean to you?
What would you like to change?
Which area would you like to shift?
Maybe allow yourself to pick one area.
And what could one small step be to increase health in this area?
Just one small step.
A small step could be taking three deep breaths every morning and recognizing you are alive.
A small step could be walking five minutes a day.
A small step could be writing down ten things you are grateful for.
Whatever comes up for you is right for you.
Already visualize how you are doing this one step,
How you make it happen.
Again I invite you to come back to your breath,
Breathing in deeply,
I am alive.
Breathing out,
I am healthy.
To finish this meditation I invite you to bring both hands onto your heart space,
Connecting with your heart.
Again feeling gratitude and compassion for yourself.
And recognizing health is a journey.
Recognizing yourself being on this journey.
Recognizing yourself,
What you are doing for yourself.
And feeling the love,
Gratitude and compassion for taking care of yourself,
Being on this health journey.
If it feels comfortable for you,
Imagine a grounding cord from your heart into the earth.
Grounding your health,
Grounding your journey.
Feeling grounded in your life.
Breathing in life.
Exhale recharge.
Breathing in life.
Exhale recharge each cell of your body.
One more time.
I am alive.
I am safe.
Whenever you are ready you can open your eyes.
Going back to time and space and enjoying the rest of this day.
Thank you so much for showing up,
For being on this journey.
I hope to see you soon.
Have a wonderful day.
I love you.
Bye.
