As the pace of expanding consciousness picks up,
We can frequently feel off-center,
Out of balance or flow.
We are constantly integrating and processing and it can be hard to find our center.
A certain amount of time in the flux is important,
So that we can move forward into new dynamic rather than retreating into the old.
We need some disturbance to break the connection and interrupt the patterning of what was.
Recalibration is where we can integrate the physical manifestations of the elemental aspects that are bound to us through the emotional realm.
Emotions are like connective tissue that bind the parts into the whole.
When we deny the emotions,
We deny the wholeness.
We become fragmented and cannot fully assimilate growth because our emotions aren't fully engaged,
Which means we cannot change our responses or our behaviors,
Which holds us back.
So this meditation connects the emotional realm to the physically changing realities to support your recalibration on multiple levels.
Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Feel yourself supported by the chair or ground beneath you.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Feel the breath flow into your body,
Bringing energy and vitality.
With each inhale,
Draw the breath deeper and deeper into your body,
Using the breath to connect to every part of your body.
As you scan and connect to your body,
Be aware of tension that you're holding and allow it to flow from you as you exhale.
Continue this cycle of breathing,
Fully aware of your body until you feel very deeply relaxed and present in this moment.
See yourself sitting on the ground.
Connect to your chakras one by one,
Visualizing their light.
Connect beyond your body to your soul star and earth star,
Allowing your intuition to guide you.
When you feel fully connected,
You'll see an orb of light form around your physical body.
You and the orb will begin to sink down towards your earth star.
Then you will continue and pass through it,
Moving down.
And as you move,
The space around you feels and looks like water.
You move down through the deep,
Still water,
Passing through the Gaia Gateway,
Continuing down until you reach the ocean floor.
It is dark and still.
And in the darkness and the stillness,
You can feel the warmth of the heart of the earth all around you.
Take your time to just be.
Observe your feelings and your thoughts.
Breathe deeply and come into a state of deep peace.
When you are ready,
You see yourself stand up and you push yourself up through the water.
And you move swiftly and smoothly.
And as you move up,
The water begins to feel lighter and air-like.
The higher you rise,
The more your movement becomes feather light.
And as you reach the surface and burst through into the light,
You feel the warmth of the sun on your face.
You open your arms to the sun and soak in the warmth.
You fill yourself with light.
You breathe it in.
You breathe the light into your heart and into each chakra,
Allowing the light to reconnect you to your body.
When you're ready,
Take one more deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Open your eyes.
