Transcript

Take a moment to come back to this present moment.

Let there be thoughts,

Let there be sounds,

Let there be sensations,

But be present with all of it.

Let your breath be as it is.

If you feel like,

Take deeper breaths,

But don't force it.

Just notice the presence.

Notice how alive it is.

Notice the ongoing nature of it.

It doesn't go away.

It's always there.

You are present.

Now whether you're lost in thoughts or you're present,

The presence itself doesn't depend on where you are.

It's always there.

It's only a matter of where your attention is.

If you direct your attention towards the presence itself,

Then the natural side effect or outcome would be a sense of peace.

Because this presence doesn't have anything to worry about,

To think about,

To feel,

To sense.

Because this presence is beyond the senses.

Eases are on top of it.

Thoughts are on top of it.

Emotions are on top of it.

But the foundation is presence.

And the more you can strip away thoughts,

Feelings and sensations,

The more you can tune into this presence.

And even if those things are present,

You can directly focus on the presence so that you're not involved with the world.

You can withdraw your attention from all of it,

No matter how tempting it is to engage with thoughts,

Emotions,

Sensations.

Some of them could be pleasant,

Some of them could be exciting,

Whereas some of them could be not so pleasant,

Maybe painful.

But it doesn't matter to presence itself.

And you have the freedom to tap into it at your will,

At your command.

And as you're listening to this,

You're already thinking,

You're already using your mind to listen to me,

But it doesn't affect presence.

Notice that no matter what I say right now,

You can still stay tuned in to the presence.

The presence that is beyond the world,

Which also includes the world,

But it doesn't depend on the world.

It is,

You can say separate,

But also one with it.

Keep coming back if you lose your focus,

Stay tuned in,

Highlight the presence.

And as you notice this presence,

Now ask the question,

Not intellectually,

But just inquire within,

Who is observing the presence?

Who is aware of the presence?

What's looking at presence?

And get a sense of this awareness itself,

The awareness which is prior to presence,

Which enables the presence,

The awareness that is ever present.

It includes everything.

And it's always observing.

It's always noticing.

It's always witnessing whether you realize it or not.

But just like you tuned into presence,

Now you can tune into this awareness itself.

And when you do that,

You will not be engaged with thoughts.

You will not be even engaging with the presence.

You will have an idea of what is looking.

Can you get a sense of it?

The awareness.

Can you highlight it from the worldly experience?

Can you differentiate it?

The presence,

The awareness,

Those layers.

Now stay with the awareness for now.

Forget the word,

Forget the presence.

Just come back to the awareness that is looking.

Come back to the subject itself.

No object.

Even if the objects are present,

Merge those objects,

Objects back to the awareness,

Back to the subject.

So that there is only subject which is looping.

Awareness is becoming aware.

Each moment is becoming aware,

Aware,

Aware,

Aware.

The more you tap into this awareness,

The deeper love you will feel because the judgments will go away.

The fears will go away.

Lesser thoughts will go away.

Because this awareness is only loving and wise.

It will give you insights,

Understanding,

Forgiveness,

And wisdom.

Because awareness cannot judge itself.

It cannot think about itself.

It can only be it.

You can only tune into it.

You can have a sense of it.

But if you're thinking about it,

You're going back into the word.

So just be awareness.

There cannot be judgmental thoughts about awareness.

You can be observing thoughts,

And the more you tune into your awareness,

You will see those thoughts.

You will be listening to them,

And you will see those thoughts are getting purified with love and wisdom.

So it's not that the thoughts will stop appearing,

But they will be transmuted.

The more you stay with the awareness,

The more you'll purify yourself.

Keep becoming aware of awareness,

Or in other words,

Just be aware.

Now as you come out of this meditation,

You can see that even when you engage with the word,

Even when you open your eyes,

Or talk,

Or listen,

Or do things,

You can still be connected with this awareness.

It's just a matter of devotion,

Your focus,

Your will,

How dedicated you are towards this awareness,

Staying in touch with it,

Not losing it.

So your life becomes a meditation.

You're present,

You're aware,

You're loving,

You're wise,

And life becomes a joy.

So prioritize that which is truly the most important thing.

Deepen your relationship with your presence and awareness.

Don't get lost as you go back.

Now go forth and enjoy the world with presence and awareness.
