Welcome.

I'm so grateful you decided to join me today on this meditation journey.

Before we begin the actual meditation,

I just invite you to find a safe,

Comfortable space where you will be uninterrupted for the duration of this meditation.

And please note that you are free to be in any position with your body that feels right and that feels comfortable for you.

And if during this meditation that changes,

Please feel free to shift and change the positioning of your body as needed for you.

So once you have found a space where you can be uninterrupted and you have sunken in to the position that your body prefers right now in this moment,

Just go ahead and close your eyes if that feels right for you.

You are also welcome to just lower them.

And then just bringing your awareness into your breath as you begin to deepen and lengthen the breath for about three to five breaths.

Feeling nice and deep and then allowing the exhale to be nice and long and drawn out.

And as you take these deep breaths,

Just notice where in your body the breath moves to.

And perhaps where in the body the breath doesn't go.

More just noticing,

That's all.

Very gentle with yourself.

As we deepen into the space and get to know it better,

We bring in a space of no judgment and nonviolence to the self.

Just deepening a little more as we then let go of controlling the breath.

The body is very wise and it knows how to breathe itself.

For this moment,

Just trust that and see if you can let go of controlling the breath.

And just allowing yourself to sink in a little deeper into your body.

And as you sink in a little deeper into your body,

Just bringing your awareness into the palms of your hands,

Wherever they may be.

Just see if you can feel the sensation that belongs to the palms of the hands.

Just noticing what that feels like as you continue to sink deeper into your body.

And as you get to know this space a little deeper and a little more intimate with a gentle curiosity as to what arises within your own body.

Even if you find that it's hard to really know what your body is experiencing or feeling,

You can actually be curious about that.

Curious about the numbness.

Or you could be curious if you're on the other side of that and you notice that there's lots of sensation and perhaps lots of emotion and maybe even anxiety or depression.

Just wrapping that which is presenting itself right now in a beautiful blanket of gentle curiosity.

And as you do that,

I invite you to also just place down any of the masks that you wear out in the rest of the world.

And that just for this very moment,

You're able to place the masks down and you're just able to come and be here with me.

All of you is welcome here.

Even those little hidden parts that perhaps you don't share with a lot of people or maybe that you don't even share with anybody.

Those parts too are welcome here in this moment.

And let's just see if we can just give them permission to be here with us right now.

Just see if we could invite them very softly to enter into this space with us.

And you don't have to think too much about it.

Just going to give permission for the hidden parts of us to show up if they wish to.

And for whatever parts that may have arised and maybe are a little curious,

I just want to let those parts of you know that they belong here as well.

There is a place for all of you in this world.

Very gentle,

Very soft.

Taking your time.

Just taking your time.

There is no rush.

And you get to decide how fast or how slow these parts of you want to enter in.

And just seeing and noticing what it's like to just have a deeper sense of permission to arrive into this world.

You really are welcome here.

And I feel very delighted to get to know you even deeper than I already do.

And know that as these different parts of you and this main part of you begin to take a deeper step into this world,

Just know that I am with you on this journey and that we are going to do it together.

And as you step deeper into this world,

You could even notice or imagine that somebody is holding your hand as you do this.

Maybe it's someone you love very deeply.

Maybe it's somebody who is now in spirit.

Maybe it's an angel or a guide or even an animal.

Just hand in hand.

Entering into life deeper as a more authentic part of you shows up here.

And just notice what that's like and notice how that feels in your body to arrive here.

Hello world.

I am arriving within you.

And just know that in this space right here,

You are safe and that you are not alone.

And as you arrive more authentically here,

Just really notice how your body feels.

And just know if there are any adjustments that you need to make with your body,

You are free to do so.

Remember how wise the body is.

It very much knows what you need before your mind does.

And then just notice how the breath feels as it moves through your body now.

And we are just noticing the breath.

We are not changing it.

Just noticing.

And as you notice the breath,

And as you notice the breath breathe through and with your body,

I want you to know again how very delighted I am that you are arriving deeper into this world.

And there is this small excitement within me to get to know you even deeper than I already do.

You so belong here.

I welcome you and bow deeply to the person,

To the human being that is you.

And just notice what's happening within your body.

Maybe there's more sensations.

Maybe there's some emotion.

Maybe there's even some thoughts.

All of that is welcome here.

All parts of you are welcome here.

And I'm just going to give you a minute to just be with yourself,

With your body,

With your mind,

With your spirit.

And just really stay focused with the body.

And just really notice what arises for you.

Because I know you.

And as you are noticing.

.

.

What is arising for you within your own being.

.

.

I want you to see if there is a word,

A phrase or an image that goes with this experience that you had during meditation today.

Just see if something moves through you.

Just as a little reminder or a little bookmark that you can carry with you throughout the rest of your day or evening.

And once you have that,

We're going to slowly and gently bring this meditation to a close.

And so bringing your awareness back into your breath and just allowing the breath to deepen through the body once more,

Allow the breath to grow longer and fuller.

And as it does,

Just do a little comparison from the beginning of the meditation when you lengthen your breath to now the end of the meditation as you are lengthening your breath.

And just notice how the breath feels now.

Notice how the body feels now.

And when you feel ready and that it is time for you to enter back into regular consciousness,

You can go ahead and do so.
