Inhale deeply,

Exhale fully.

Now is the perfect time to relax.

Hello and welcome to part 4 of the Restoration Series.

This 4 part series is designed to use the powerful and pure frequencies of nature to realign your energy with vibrant health and the well-being that is completely natural to the core of you.

Your original blueprint is one of abundant thriving,

And by releasing any discordant frequencies like stress and relaxing into more aligned states of ease and centeredness,

You allow this natural well-being to come forth effortlessly.

Today we'll be lightening,

Opening up and expanding using the power of the air or ether.

And to get started,

I'd love it if you took a full body stretch.

From where you are,

Extend your arms and legs wide,

Lifting your face up towards the sky,

Taking as much space as you possibly can,

Spreading your fingers,

Spreading your toes.

Be wide,

Be spacious.

And when you've stretched as far as you can go,

Take in an extra big sip of air,

Filling your lungs,

Breathing through your side ribs,

Your back body,

And then exhale with a big sigh,

Ah.

Relax completely.

Surrender.

Let your body go limp as you relax the muscles of your face,

Shoulders,

Soften your chest,

Your heart space,

Let your belly be soft and open,

Softening through your hips,

Letting your arms and legs be heavy,

Relaxing your mind.

Just moving slowly and mindfully to your favorite meditative position,

Letting your hands come to rest on your lap,

Your legs,

Or on the ground,

With the palms facing upwards towards the sky,

Open to receive.

Find a lift through your spine and then bring a slight tuck to the chin as you let your shoulders slide down your back away from your ears,

Settling in as you ground through the base of your body and find an effortless lift and lightness through your upper body.

If you haven't already,

You can close down your eyes.

Just take a moment within yourself and just feel how you feel in this moment.

Notice how you're showing up here,

What's going on,

Any areas of lightness or density,

Tingliness,

Buzziness,

Taking a spacious and open view of everything that's going on,

Letting all judgment go,

Seeing everything with curiosity,

Letting it be okay as it is.

Wonderful.

Now take a nice deep inhale,

Filling your belly,

Perhaps the biggest one you've taken today,

And exhale with a big sigh.

Let it go,

Letting all the air leave your lungs,

Taking another inhale just like that,

Filling up,

Pausing at the top,

And exhale with a big sigh.

Moving forward on every inhale,

I want you to allow your lungs to receive the air effortlessly.

Receiving it into your bloodstream,

Animating your being,

And on every exhale,

Feel a sense of surrender,

Of giving back to life,

Liberating the air into the great collective sky of being,

Feeling yourself as a great bellows of sky and air and ether,

Receiving and releasing,

Becoming more free,

More liberated,

More spacious,

And more surrendered to your wholeness with every breath.

Air is a sensation of openness,

Of liberal freedom and effortless motion,

Spaciousness.

It's a state of wholeness,

Of allness.

Air is a state of being fully and vibrantly alive,

Limitless,

Able to move any and everywhere in any direction and any time,

While simultaneously being everywhere in every direction across all time.

See if you can start to feel these qualities of being within,

Connecting to the sensation of openness,

Feeling the space between yourselves,

A sense of freedom,

Liberation,

Expansiveness in your being,

Starting to feel more limitless and all-pervasive.

And with these qualities softly held in your awareness,

Begin to imagine what it would be like to be a soft breeze,

Blowing by,

Tickling the trees,

Cooling a stranger on a hot day,

Traveling through mountain passes and across oceans,

Watching the world go by,

Fluid,

Surrendered,

Effortless and alive,

Really feel yourself in your lightness as you dance and travel the world as a breeze.

What would that be like?

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale,

Surrender,

Let go.

Now from your spacious,

Breezed state,

Feel yourself growing and expanding,

Noticing how your particles become more diffuse as you open up,

Expanding even further,

Beginning to lift,

Elevate,

Expand and dissolve until you merge completely with the whole of your being,

The whole of your open sky,

Completely surrendered,

Open and alive to the wider reality,

Existing as a spacious oneness.

Feel yourself everywhere all at once.

Feel yourself connected and existing as the entire sky,

Being breathed by the life of the planet,

Being fully present to the allness of your existence.

Feel how you continue to expand and merge into the infinity of all space,

Finding no bounds and no limits to where you can go,

To where you can expand,

Finding more of yourself everywhere you go,

Infinite,

Limitless.

Breathe into your expansiveness,

And exhale,

Surrender into your spaciousness,

Let go of all effort.

Again,

Inhale,

Breathing in your aliveness,

Exhale,

Surrender into your limitlessness,

Be everything,

Be all and then more.

Feel how fluid you are,

How openly and effortlessly you move and fill all spaces with your wholeness of being.

You are the air,

Spacious and alive,

Uninhibited and free.

Now gently,

Slowly,

Effortlessly feel yourself returning to your physical body,

Grounding into your earthen wholeness,

Your centeredness.

Feeling a heaviness through your pelvis as you root down deep into the core of the earth.

And yet as you ground and connect to your body,

Stay connected to that limitless quality,

Keeping in touch with the spaciousness of your allness,

While being vivid,

Stable and present in form.

Feeling the space between your cells,

Allowing your essence and aura to be expansive,

Open to receiving new insight and ideas effortlessly.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Relax,

Gently opening up your eyes,

Remembering that there is far more space in your body than physical matter.

You are always connected to the limitless,

Sky-like expanse of being at all times and you hold all the elevated qualities of air within you.

You are intimately connected to every living thing and your gentle presence is a vitalizing force for all beings.

As you move forward into your day,

I invite you to use this quality of expansiveness to bring a sense of possibility,

Openness and effortless movement into your daily life and activities.

Let yourself move like the breeze,

Allow your mind to be spacious like the sky,

Open and clear,

Continuing to perceive yourself from your limitless expanse where you rest in continuous motion as an effortless breath in an infinite sky.
