Hello love.
Today we're going to be tuning into your direct experience of now,
This moment here,
And feeling it fully.
The overarching purpose of this practice is to become vibrantly aware of the ever-present sensory landscape that underlies every single moment of your life experience.
There is no wrong or bad sensation or feeling.
There is only textured information and energy formations that exist solely for your benefit.
Each and every emotion holds a rich treasure of awareness and information that will help you open up to greater and greater freedom in the happiness,
Energy,
Clarity and well-being that are natural to you.
With all that said,
All we're doing here today is being with your feelings,
Being with the sensations in a loving,
Non-judgmental way.
Just kind of getting a handle of that more vibrant sensory awareness.
And in doing so,
You're strengthening your mind-body connection,
Which will make it so much easier to decipher where the sensations are coming from and what they're telling you.
In many,
Many cases,
The sensation is just asking for your gentle and loving attention,
Your awareness.
And once given,
It may simply dissolve or shift,
Allowing you to return to stasis,
Which generally feels like effortless ease,
Contentment and a holistic sense of inner balance.
And so to begin this practice,
Find somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit or lay down if you haven't already.
Whatever position you're in,
Maintaining a nice long spine,
Just letting your hands come to rest on your legs or at your sides.
And if it resonates to connect even deeper,
You might place one hand over your heart,
Coming to a place of stillness,
Closing down your eyes.
And as you get more deeply settled in here,
Feel the natural withdrawal of attention from the outer reality.
As everything external begins to dissolve,
While simultaneously feeling a brightening of your inner awareness,
As the sensations of your inner body and your emotional ocean become more vibrant and present in your awareness.
Begin to use the breath here as a vehicle to increase your presence awareness.
Breathing in,
Feeling the air filling your lungs,
And exhale,
Letting it all go,
Softening.
Easy in,
Feeling the slight lift in your shoulders and head,
And exhale,
Feel yourself settling as you relax more deeply.
Easy in,
Easy out.
Just like that.
Now release conscious awareness of the breath.
Let it come and go naturally,
And turn all your attention,
All your presence onto the sea of sensations that make up your now.
There may be areas of tightness and discomfort,
Areas of darkness,
Numbness,
Unease.
Let that all be okay.
There's nothing wrong about how you are now.
Hold the wholeness of your now experience like you would hold a butterfly.
Let it rest gently on your awareness with an open palm,
Just watching,
Letting it be.
Continue to breathe,
Seeing the inner sensations fully,
Feeling everything,
And calling nothing wrong.
Simply giving your inner experience full presence,
Full awareness,
Letting it all exist as it is.
Breathe.
Continue to sit like this,
Feeling where you're at fully,
Without gripping or judging,
Just resting in full presence,
Total allowing.
Everything needs to change here,
And if it does change on its own,
Just let it.
There's nothing you need to figure out or understand here,
Just watching and honoring your felt experience fully.
I'll offer you 3 silent minutes here to simply be and feel nothing more.
It can be tempting to turn away when sensations begin to feel uncomfortable or intense.
And if this occurs,
I encourage you to speak the words like a mantra.
It's okay.
If thoughts come,
Let them.
Keep tuning back in to the sea of sensations that make up your felt atmosphere of this now moment.
If judgments come up,
See them,
And return once more to the embodied sensational experience of your now.
You can't do this exercise wrong,
Simply by being here,
Feeling.
You are honoring yourself in a deep and sacred way.
Inhale deeply.
Feel fully.
You'll hear a soft chime when the 3 minutes have passed.

Feeling your heart beat and your thumbs ever so slightly bowing your head and offering yourself a silent prayer of thanksgiving for honoring yourself so honestly here.
The light in me sees,
Knows and loves the unextinctable,
Beautiful and ever present light in you.
