So yeah,
Today's session is the power of sound and it's very personal to me because I've been practicing the use of sound for a few years now but I've never really talked about it with people or shared it with people I don't know why,
I think it's just this personal practice I guess I realize there's,
You know,
I do all these talks and I've got a lot of things to share and to impart to people but there's also this other realm that I have which is almost a toolbox that can be used sometimes I call it the practice,
The practices that you can include in your day because it's all great having insights,
That's very useful but it's all about the practices,
The actions,
The things you're doing who you're being and for me,
My whole,
Like I've had a morning routine for years now and I've constantly been like refining it the one thing that has stayed is definitely using some mantras,
Some chanting before meditating and if any of you guys have done anything like this just put a yes or no in the chat just so I get a feel but yeah,
This is very powerful to use once because you know we spend a lot of people say to me it's so hard to meditate and focus and my thoughts are everywhere and it is because it's like,
This is the way I see it by the way because it can take you a while to settle down instead of meditation if you just go,
Like you're watching and you're like frantic and then you say okay I want to sit down and you only give yourself like 10 minutes or whatever,
However long it takes a while for your system to slow down and really get into meditation like what meditation really is so the use of the body is so powerful I will in the mornings I will always do some kind of movement and then I'll do some chants then finally I will end with meditation and I'll even do some breath work right I'll use the breath before that because that's how it works to get the full effect that's the path because then when you do meditate you've kind of cleared out some of the noise already but here's the thing you don't have to do that all the time because I'm in both camps there's no like this way or that way also if I feel like meditating and not doing anything which I do in the daytime if I want a daytime meditation I'll just sit for 10 minutes but what I'm trying to say is to get a more profound effect you can use sounds chanting,
You can use your body here's why before we go into practice because we're going to do some practice today for sure you're going to hear my singing voice or my chanting voice you can call it before we get into that why is sound so powerful?
Because it's an actual vibration going through you because you know you can say the words you can get like someone can you can google like what are the best mantras or chants time and time again people have said to me what do you recommend a mantra I can use?
I'm going to give them an answer right there I want them to really get what they're doing you know because you can say things you can repeat the words but it doesn't do anything unless your heart is in it unless you feel the sound vibrations going through you because it's literally energy it's literally stimulating the energy you know we have the whole system inside us and sometimes I hesitate to even use the words chakras system because and you know I definitely definitely work with chakras like that's been what I've been doing for a while so I'm not saying you know don't think about chakras but it can be misunderstood very easily and it turns into this thing like hey I've got to go get my car repaired so I'm going to go repair this part of my car you know I've got a flat tire so I've got to repair the tire and then you say I've got something wrong with my throat chakra I've got to repair the throat chakra that's what happens it starts being understood from that level of consciousness of this is a thing let me go and do this thing to repair this chakra thing that's where I notice it can be misunderstood even by the people teaching it teaching about it even they don't know what they're doing sometimes and I'm not saying this to put people down I just really really want people to get the correct methods and the correct level of wisdom around this I don't want to hear these stories when people come to me and they say I've been doing this stuff on my chakras I've been doing this stuff you know I bought this thing and I went to someone and they tried to help it doesn't work and they've been doing it for years I don't want to hear that I really want to progress by knowing the truth and how to use this system properly I won't go into massive details on chakras but coming back to what I'm saying today and by the way I can do that separately maybe if you want to ask me questions about chakras I'm happy to share everything I know because for me it's been an experience of connecting to this system one by one by doing stuff,
Practicing over years,
Right?
So I can share what I've learned I'm not saying it's going to be everything I know is true I'm not saying I'm an expert but for sure I can tell you what I know is true for me but anyway,
Back to the topic sound is vibrating the system vibrating the system so when you use certain pitches it moves through you it moves from these parts of your body it's like you think of a light that is glowing it's like you feel this rumbling of light in your stomach or some other part and it starts moving upwards and roaring out of your mouth roaring and some people,
And here's another funny thing people say to me sometimes they say to me,
Raj,
Your voice your voice,
There's something about your voice and I didn't understand at first I was like,
What do you mean?
And they started telling me these experiences of like when I'm in a session with them they feel something through my energy,
Through the voice and at first I was like,
Hmm,
Not sure about that but as soon as I heard these experiences from them I realized it's because I'm just letting this thing out of me this energy out of me it's not even about Raj,
Gorcia it's not about me it's about something that's trying to come through from the sound it's trying to come out so why am I saying this?
Because that's how I want you guys to approach anytime you use mantras think about it as this energy that's trying to come out from underneath,
Upwards and out your mouth and also like even these areas of your head is moving imagine it like a moving force so it's not just you're trying to say it in this area of your throat you're not just trying to like speak it it's a whole body experience that's why it's so powerful secondly I want to say that before we start into practice,
Which we will secondly I want to say that why do I think this is useful for people who are still like or not even people,
Let's just say when all of us in general are feeling like we're swirling with thoughts and we're stressed because it keeps your senses occupied it keeps your senses occupied keeps your mind occupied because when you traditionally go into meditation you can feel very hard to feel the mind racing everywhere and of course the whole purpose of meditation is to observe but when you're feeling all this tension and like you're erratic that's where things like mantra can be useful because it keeps the mind occupied so you can listen in,
You can tune in to your energy I think that's why it's really popular because we're a distracted we're a distracted age of people so easy to get distracted you've got your phone,
You've got technology you've got like,
Oh what am I eating later oh maybe I'll have some,
Yeah maybe I'll have that and then you'll jump to the thought of,
What am I doing right now?
And you'll jump to the thought of,
What's happening with my life?
And then the anxiety might come up,
Oh my god,
You know latching onto that stuff,
We get distracted easily so when you tell the mind,
You give it a job to do you say hey hey,
You go over there and you go and do this then it's easier sometimes to get deeper into your practice so if you're like finding hard,
You could start with some mantra and then meditate,
Try that,
That's my tip for the day what comes up for you guys as I say that?

What do you mean?
What specifically?
Because I can answer that in so many ways but I don't really know what you want to get from that so you tell me,
Give me a bit more is silence also a vibration?
There is a vibration moving through when there is silence,
For sure but,
Yeah,
I don't know what I don't know if there's anything else I can say about that because when you are using your voice,
There's a vibration when you're in silence,
There's a vibration it's about what do you want to do?
Do you want to do this thing?
Or do you want to be nice?
You get to choose I'm not saying this is a sure and proven way to do things both are great so it's probably like,
I probably need to know more of what you're trying to really ask there what's behind the question?
Alright,
So,
I'll come to you,
If you have anything else to share,
You can and we'll come back to that conversation because there's all sorts of ways to do this stuff these days,
Right?
Like,
You repeat this thing in your head,
Or maybe you shouldn't do that some people will say don't do that or you repeat a mantra some people say no,
That's a distraction you're trying to distract yourself from what true meditation is and I agree,
Like truly,
It's your observing you're in that role of the observer you're just being,
You're not doing anything but this kind of stuff is still powerful in practice,
All together almost,
It is you know,
It's just a different mode,
A different tool you have that could help so who wants to do some practice?
You have to really participate in this as well to feel what I'm trying to share with you so get yourself into a comfortable place and I'm going to guide you to tell you exactly what to do comfortable as you can upright spine if you can,
But not trying so hard and the first mantra we're going to do is AUM AUM,
The most simple one if you do this,
Just this alone without trying to make it all complicated look for the special mantra this one alone is powerful you know,
They say it's the sound of life and I don't know if that's true or not I'm not a philosopher,
Scientist but it feels good and I know it's useful so when we're practicing AUM I want you to split it up into three parts so three syllables and it's said that these three syllables are what make up every other sound every other sound so the first part is A AUM,
So just practice that for now and when you're doing this,
Feel it in the lower body so as you practice AUM bring your awareness to the lower part of your body so I'm going to do it with you take a deep breath AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM okay,
Pause see if you notice anything stay with your breath the next part is the AUM so when you do AUM,
Almost make a circular shape with your mouth AUM and you feel it in the heart so see if you can notice,
When you're making this sound it's here in the heart that you feel it so when you make the sound,
Just focus on the heart area see if you can sense any vibrations so let's practice close your eyes take a deep breath AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM and pause see if you notice anything yeah,
Finding the note,
Exactly,
That's what it is,
It's a note moving through you in your body now the final part is the MMM,
You know we all know that one when you eat something and you're like MMM you're like MMM see,
I'm sure you can practice this one well but when you do the MMM,
I want you to think of it as moving up from your head,
Completely out,
Shooting into the sky imagine a rocket is firing off and it's like MMM it's moving yeah,
So you do it at your own pace exactly so you don't need to follow my pace exactly it's like,
When you do it,
Your breath will guide you you let it out with your out breath the chant,
And then you breathe in and then you do it again so yeah,
Follow your breath,
You don't have to do it exactly like how I'm doing it if it helps you can,
But it's up to you so,
The final part guys,
MMM so MMM and feel the vibrations in like this forehead area in the forehead,
And then feel it moving upwards see if you can follow the movement of it and there's no special way to do this if you're judging yourself and saying,
Am I doing this right?
Everything is right everything you're doing is right so let's practice the MMM remember,
Head ups MMM MMM MMM MMM okay,
Pause see if you can notice how that one feels start creating your own massage almost who needs a massage when you can do this?
Natural within you rather than outside of you we spend all our lives looking for the spa retreat or the jacuzzi tub,
All this outside stuff in here you have the toolbox and it's much more potent because it's like you're feeding off your own life force it's crazy it gets lighter in the head,
Yeah,
It gets lighter in the head for sure so now let's practice the whole sequence so I'll just demonstrate first remember the AH is starting from the bottom usually around your sexual organs,
That's where it starts the life force the AH and then it starts moving up feel it moving up and you transition into the OOOH in the heart and then it moves up and it goes MMM literally like you can imagine a firework going off constantly it's moving down and then it's shooting up as you change the tone so just practice,
Right?
Again you might feel like,
How am I doing this right?
What am I doing?
All you have to do is focus on the sound and then feel it moving through your body see if you can notice,
Like is it moving through here?
Is it in my throat now?
Is it going here?
Feel the light just shooting like,
What do you call them?
Shooting stars so let's try guys you can listen to me first if you are not sure and then just start when you are ready take a deep breath AUM AUM AUM Ah A general Ahm.
Ahm.
Ahm.
Ahm.
Ahm.
Ahm.
Ahm.
Okay.
Whenever you're ready,
You can pause.
What are you guys feeling right now?
When you say the silence,
Now is the time,
You know,
In between the sounds.
Where you can get into awareness and become aware of what is actually happening.
How are you guys feeling after that?
Put one word or put a sentence in the chat so I know.
Really feel the vibration using all three.
Yeah.
It's a whole body experience.
The sounds activate this system.
Smooth energy all over.
Yeah.
Feathery now.
I love that.
I want to practice this meditation for how long and how often in a day.
It feels really good.
Yeah.
You can do it for,
Like,
You can do it once a day.
That's what I usually recommend.
Once a day,
You can just spend ten minutes doing this,
You know.
Ten minutes just repeating the three steps.
And then you can meditate and you'll see your meditation will be so much more powerful.
This is the thing that a lot of people miss.
That is the sequence.
It's the process.
Because,
You know,
We have sound healing days and then we have just meditation.
And then we have,
Oh,
There's like movement using your body.
People make these days call embodied this or somatic that.
The way I see it and the way I lived it is it's a system.
It's interconnected system.
Once you figure out how they look,
Then you really get like massive results.
This is whole thing of your mind,
Body,
Soul.
What does that really mean?
When you can harmonize all of that by doing these techniques and then combining them with other things.
Combining that with like the other practices you're doing in your life.
With what you want to create in your life.
With how you're moving.
With how you're speaking to people.
All of that becomes this amazing cocktail.
It's just figuring out like how do they fit together.
That's what most people struggle with.
And I made it this kind of like obsession I had for a while.
Trying to figure out how do these pieces work together.
So there's no like separation anymore.
Of hey I got to do this thing and then that thing.
Sometimes I'm working on my practice.
Sometimes I'm in my career and I have to be very hard working.
All this like sometimes this,
Sometimes that.
Meditate,
Sound,
This,
That,
This,
That.
It gets too much.
So I'm all about simplicity and creating something where everything works together.
Like a harmonious ecosystem.
So to answer your question once a day you can practice this.
I'd say if a little bit of movement before.
Really simple.
Maybe 10 minutes of movement.
Just moving your body.
Activating the spine really.
That's all you want to do.
Activate the spine.
Doing some twists.
Maybe doing some squats in the air.
That's always useful.
Because again there's a system down there in your organs.
Sexual organs.
The legs opening up your thighs.
Activates energy again.
And then afterwards doing some of these mantras.
And then meditating for 10 minutes.
So you can make that a 30 minute practice if you want.
Bit of everything.
So I'm glad it helped.
You know there's actually special techniques.
You know we like things like coffee.
Or we like other things that help us to sleep.
All of that can be done through breath techniques and specific sounds.
And even specific types of meditations.
All of that.
You can feel blissful.
You can feel sleepy if you want to be.
You can wake yourself up.
And it's like 100 times more potent than any of these things like coffee.
Or sleeping things.
Or like hey I'm going to buy a special bed that helps me sleep better.
If your mind is not still then it doesn't matter what you do on the outside.
So it's a whole science you know this stuff.
But it's amazing.
Like with the simplicity of doing these little practices how much can change.
So yeah that's my invitation to you guys.
If you find meditation hard try some of this first.
Because ultimately this is a form of meditation.
Your awareness is kept on the energy.
You're feeling the vibrations.
If your awareness is in one place.
Your mind is in one place.
Then you can start accessing the stillness within.
So it's really useful for some people.
Like I know a lot of people who say I can't meditate.
I find it hard.
So I'll give them these kind of things to help them right.
Anyway I'm so glad.
Oh there's a yeah thank you guys.

That's what this is.
This is a system inside us which is fire.
Fire and water and all of the other elements.
They're all in here.
So that's what is really going on underneath the surface.
You don't need to worry about and try and figure out what.
I did that because I'm obsessive around this stuff.
I want to know.
But all you need to know is that you're working that system.
When you do these techniques.
So you're literally electrifying your energy.
You're awake.
You're ready.
You're primed.
Scream your heart out in the car.
Yeah like getting your heart.
Even like crying.
Crying is a is that's going through.
That's why it feels great after sometimes when you cry.
It's like the roaring of energy is coming through.
Out of your sound and your tears and everything.
Roaring.
Like a lion roaring.
That's how I see this stuff.
So.
Let's do one more practice.
I've got a bunch of different things that we can do.
Like these are ones that these are actual mantras I practice myself.
And I know that are useful.
But there's hundreds of them if you want to try different things out.
I also practice Kundalini Yoga.
I don't know if anyone knows Kundalini Yoga.
That's the type of yoga I've been practicing for a few years now.
And included in that is there is some mantras,
There is breath work,
There's a load of different things.
But it's potent.
It's very very potent.
Maybe it's not for you.
You know you got to check it out and see for yourself.
But yeah there's a bunch of different mantras that are used.
And the one we're going to use now.
I'm keeping it really simple.
So.
Aung So Hum.
Aung So Hum.
Just remember those words.
Aung So Hung.
So Hung.
Like hung over maybe.
So Hung.
So Aung So Hung.
All this is really meaning is I am that.
I am that.
You might say what do you mean I am that?
I am that the whole of everything.
I am that that is the universe.
That is energy.
It connects you to the truth of like the fundamental level of what we are.
We're like this little thing that is connected to everything else.
I am that.
So just keep that in mind when you're practicing.
And this is really going to feel the heart.
Well I don't know you might not feel it in the heart.
I don't want to paint it with that assumption but this is where I feel it.
As well as everything.
Because really the heart is connecting the whole system.
It's the centre piece.
But let's see.
Let's see what you guys feel.
You'll feel it everywhere maybe.

Interesting.
Yeah.

Alright,
We are going to do one more.
And you are going to have to listen to me.
So you feel a lot of energy across the bridge of your nose and chest.
Yeah,
Powerful.
Yeah.
So the last one is Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Se So Hung.
And that might sound like a lot,
But you will get the hang of it slowly.
It doesn't matter if you do or don't.
It's just your intention.
And what this means,
This is actually a very healing mantra.
Very healing.
Because it's,
You know,
When I say Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Se So Hung,
It's connecting to all the different parts of life.
The sun is Ra.
Ma the moon.
It's connecting to the material world.
Connecting to the elements.
Connecting to what's true inside us.
That's what you're doing when you say this.
And you know,
There's so much wisdom behind this.
Whoever made these things up,
The language is more than the words.
It's literally like they found this science.
They found the scientific way to empower your body to connect with these things.
So it's said in these words and not in English,
You know,
Because it's more powerful.
They purposely made these,
Selected these syllables because the syllables have that vibration in them.
So you can't do it with English.
You can,
But I definitely suggest to try these.
Even if you feel like,
Oh,
What is this weird language and this weird stuff?
This is not what I am.
I'm this kind of person.
Yeah,
I'm not doing this.
This feels silly.
This feels silly.
Whatever,
Right?
If you want to try and you get past that,
Then you're going to notice like what you're really doing is personal development.
You don't have to think of it as I'm aligned to yogic principles or Sanskrit or even the Kundalini stuff.
Forget about that.
Take the effects from it.
That's what I've been doing mostly.
Taking the things that work and leaving my identity behind.
I don't have an identity and I don't even like people ask me sometimes.
I don't have a specific thing I'm aligned to.
I love Taoism.
I love Buddhism,
Zen from Japan,
The Indian stuff which I'm much more closer to through practice and even things like shamanic traditions.
I love that.
Taken bits of everything and just decided what works for me.
So that's what my invitation is to you as well.
I know for sure the Indian stuff is powerful.
Let's just say that's why I've been doing it.
Might sound biased because I am Indian but I don't know.
Not sure if it is that.
Anyway the last one.
Ra Ma Da Sa.
Sa Se So Hung.
I'm going to want to do it now and you can just listen and just see if you get any of it.
But just notice what you're feeling inside.
I don't judge or worry about how you're doing.
Play along.
See what happens.
This is best when you sing it a little bit.

What are you guys feeling?
Let yourself come back into the present moment.
Be with what is present.
Notice it.
Not trying to work it out.
What is this?
Just feel it.
My whole body is warm and my heart is pounding.
Yeah.
Me too.
You're connecting to my energy then.
Which is great.
Not even my energy.
You're connecting to the energy that I'm trying to get across here.
That's in you as well.
People have said to me their hearts start throbbing.
You people have mentioned to me,
They've said Raj,
Is it normal for my heart to start throbbing like this?
And I say to them,
Does it feel good?
And they say yeah it does.
Feels great.
And I'm like,
Well that's awesome then.
It's something beyond your physical body.
Your whole energy system is lit up.
Solar plexus,
You feel it,
Yeah.
That can be a challenging area for a lot of people.
It was for me,
For sure.
This whole area of solar plexus and below.
A lot of like blocks.
So I really had to work through that.
Because once you start practicing these things,
And not just this,
I'm not saying this as the holy grail,
But you start working through yourself and discovering who you really are beyond thinking.
Once you get to that place and you start knowing yourself,
The energy starts to flow,
Starts flowing.
Sometimes there's blocks of that energy.
So these practices become even more profound.
You can do it for a few minutes only and you start feeling it.
What else is coming up for you guys?
It's exciting for me to share this.
I don't know why.
It feels fun.
Like tools.
Tools and using this system you have.
You know I do a lot of talking in my sessions and I think they've been very useful for a lot of people.
But I also want you guys to know that there's this tool set that you can access.
When you're thinking in the way,
You can use this tool set.
Use your body.
Use your awareness.
Somebody mentioned that awareness earlier.
Your energy combined with your awareness,
That's the cocktail.
That's meeting the two worlds together.
You know I'm all about unity.
I mentioned that earlier.
All about unifying,
Using everything you have and making it into one.
That's what I think the ultimate goal of life is.
Being able to move through everything without attachment to it.
Like full aliveness.
Full aliveness,
Full awareness as well.
Freedom comes from that.
Tears are rolling down.
Yeah that happens.
I've guided people through meditation sometimes and I'll be like what's going on?
And then they'll just burst into tears.
Because something's being freed.
I think when tears come out,
Something's being freed.
Or you get faced with the truth.
The thing that you've been avoiding for a while is in your face.
And it hurts.
Because you can't run away from it anymore.
It's right there in front of you.
That happened to me and I had a bunch of tears coming.
Many times.
Because it was like oh my god.
This is the truth.
So Gabby says why mantras work even when we don't know their meaning.
Yeah they work because it's a very scientific thing that they've created.
Whoever these yogis were,
They knew.
They knew what they were doing.
The whole language is almost like a song if you think about it.
So the language is like a song.
It's almost like a spell in a way.
You know like magic spells.
But yeah that's probably not the right wording.
But yeah it's like that.
You're almost accessing the song which casts this spell on you to free you in a way.
And that connected with the vibrational power that's going in your body.
It connects mind,
Body and spirit.
That's why it's so powerful.
Like this.
So powerful.
If you're doing it in the right way and you're maximizing it and not getting distracted by all of the noise out there about sound healing and sound therapy,
There's so much out there.
It gets too much.
Keep it simple.
You don't need to go and buy all of these little instruments or go and sit there for one hour while somebody you know.
Well those things are quite nice actually.
Those sound healing things.
I'm not judging it.
It feels great.
I love it.
But you can do this in your own way by just practicing some of these mantras.
Ten minutes.
You see like someone's tingling.
Other people are saying their heart's pounding.
People are flying.
There's expansion practice.
I'm sweating.
It's a powerful science.
If you really understand it,
You become the master of yourself.
Master of your energy.
Master of your mind.
And you don't have to go into the thinking zone.
You just do these things.
You practice these things.
Like the way I work as a coach is to use tools,
Get people present and in their most powerful state.
And then we'll use the thinking.
Then we'll figure out what is your life.
Where do you want to go in your life?
Okay how about we do this?
And then give options and actions to create that.
But if you're not in a place of stillness and presence,
The potential is capped into what you can achieve in life.
How you make your relationships better.
How you get past your mental blocks.
Because you're still playing at that level of frequency,
Vibration,
Consciousness of like mind and erratic behavior.
All over the place.
So I'll say to people sometimes in a session,
I'll say how about we start this session by slowing down and being.
And then we'll talk.
Then we'll create your dreams.
Then we'll get you to wherever you want to be.
Because now you're going to be potent.
You're going to be potent and powerful.
So yeah.
Hopefully that was helpful.

Because then you have this expectation of oh I've got to feel like this.
Like there's been times where I haven't known the meanings and I've just done them and I be like oh my god.
It's a surprise then.
There's no expectation.
Like even when I say to you guys hey you might feel this.
There is still some reluctance for me and I'm being very conscious in how I say that to you.
I don't want you to have expectations.
I want you to just do this thing and then see what you feel.
So you don't even need to know the meaning sometimes.
If you just know which ones are working for you,
Do them.
Practice them.
Don't get into the analysis of what this means.
But you can if you want.

It's a habit and a belief of what life is.
You see right now you just practice this stuff and your whole energy changed.
You could have been tired or upset or angry before and we just obliterated that.

So I know what's possible with the right steps and tools.

How can we experiment with it?
Mantras work personally.
I'd say the AUM mantra is a really good one to start with.
That's the one I use every day.
Sometimes I'll do very complicated mantras as well.
Different ones.
But you don't need to get stuck on that.
Looking for the perfect one.
I've learnt through experience and just trying stuff.
So I'd say just try with a simple one like the AUM mantra or something else.
Just try it for a week and see what happens.
And again it also depends on what are you trying to work with.
What are you trying to achieve?
Is there a specific block you have?
Because like you notice some of them are more in this area.
Some of them are more in other areas.
Again it depends.
So again if you want questions,

What was the biggest shift you noticed when you started to meditate?
Awesome question.
So I didn't start to meditate until after I was practicing yoga.
Because I started seeing yoga as a meditation.
Because it allowed me to slow down by using my body.
I was no way ready to meditate cold.
Because I've had a history of being using my body to calm my mind.
So I did a lot of like running and boxing and fitness and stuff like that right.
Lifting heavy weights.
So for me,
I translated yoga as a way to use my body to start getting calmer.
And I only went by chance you know.
I just went because it was this class and I was like oh cool let's try it out.
And I felt relaxed.
So that's how my journey started with using the body as a tool.
That's why I love talking about body because I know a lot of stuff about that.
It excites me.
But now I know it's the system.
It's a system that we can use to still our mind.
So to answer your question,
I then started practicing meditation and different like pranayamas,
Breath practices.
And I started noticing a shift once I did it more consistently.
Because initially it was just once a week I would do it for like 10 minutes.
And I would be from my body and my physical exercise.
But I didn't really focus on this stuff at all.
But that shift started happening slowly where I had a balance let's say.
Between like I was still like muscular and big.
I was still focusing on my strength.
But I started doing more of the mind stuff,
The spirit stuff.
And it became balanced.
And then I felt some real results.
But even then it was like kind of kind of.
I didn't really know what I was doing.
I wasn't asking anyone for help.
I was just doing things.
But once I took it much more seriously and practiced every day.
Yeah,
I noticed some shifts for sure.
Oh okay,
So the question was what was the biggest shift you noticed?
Okay,
So maybe I went down a different path there.
So what was the biggest shift?
The biggest shift was becoming calm.
Able to deal with life without having to get stuck in my head.
Anxious and worried about things.
I couldn't sleep because I was so anxious.
And doubting myself in every situation.
I couldn't really,
I had digestion problems even.
I was tense.
So the biggest shift I noticed was I started becoming more aware of what was going on inside me.
What can I do about this?
More possibilities,
Let's just say.
We can even call that.
I had like this hope of okay,
Maybe I'm not stuck in this.
There is something I can do.
So that's the biggest shift,

I'm here to tell you.
I wasn't born like a yogi or anything like that.
I became one and I still wouldn't call myself a yogi.
Let's just say I have the tools of a yogi.
All of the tools of the yogi.
But I wasn't born that way.
No way.
I had to create this.
I had to create this person who is in front of you right now who is teaching you guys.
I had to create that.
Can you imagine?
I felt I had all of these blocks around doing this kind of work and helping people.
All of these blocks.
I had to create that by doing things.
I always like to tell people that because people ask me questions like,
Well not even questions they say to me,
I can't believe you were like that before.
I really can't believe.
I wish I had videos almost of like the old me.
But in a very short space of time,
I've been able to create change.
Just by practice and knowing the right things to do.
So it's possible.
There's no fixed traits.
Once you start using these tools and knowing yourself,
Anything is possible.
As cliche as it sounds.

That's very true.
But when the heart's involved,
You can create money creatively.
You create money through your heart.

But yeah money heart set is how to create.
How to change your relationship to money.
Because it's such a taboo subject.
It was for me.
Of like oh money?
All these fears come up.
Even if you think you're okay with money,
Yeah there's something that's always there.
There's always a story.
So money heart set.
That's what I'm going to talk about.
I'm not saying I'm like an expert on wealth.
But I'm going to tell you from a spiritual perspective.
You can call it how I connect with it.
Alright I'm going to leave it as that.
You said bumpy why is the start of the day important?
I think it's a great way to start your day.
Because then you ride your day on a wave.
You can wake up in the morning and you have all these thoughts.
Like oh let me do this.
Autopilot kicks in.
Tension is built sometimes.
Firstly moving your body in the morning is great.
Working with the energy inside you is like waking it up.
Igniting the fire.
And then being still before your day gets busy is the best time to do it.
You can say oh I'm going to do this thing later.
But you know life can get in the way.
Give yourself this ritual.
It's been pivotal for me.
Seriously pivotal.
So make time somehow for your day.
Don't have to do it every day if you don't want.
Don't have to be like me.
But do what you can.
Guarantee you will see some changes if you do this.
